Y/N woke up in a circular cell with no memory of how she got there, the last thing she remembered was running from someone, then a sharp pain in her neck. She stood up and got a feel for the place, she couldn't find a way out of the cell without revealing to her captors what she was, a vampire. She couldn't even get a signal on her phone, so she couldn't call her siblings for help.

"Welcome back from dreamland" said a voice that seemed sad and broken 

Y/N Looked to her right, it seemed there was another cell that had an occupant, a rather handsome occupant, he was dressed weirdly and he had pale skin with black hair. He was sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall of his cell, watching Y/N like she fascinated him.

"Who are you? where am I?" asked Y/N who started looking around franticly.

"You don't know who I am?"

"Should I?"

"Huh, must be somewhat of a hermit"

"I am not a hermit I just don't pay attention to narcissistic assholes"

"Brother stop antagonising her" said a rather large blonde man carrying a hammer.

"Where else am I to get my fun?"

"Where am I?" asked Y/N 

"What is your name?"

"You first you half wit Viking"

The man looked hurt by her comment.

"Ooo nice one" said the raven haired man

"She got you there point break" said a smaller man with a blue light on his chest who was standing in the doorway with a tall blonde man who could defiantly take Y/N in a fight.

"Who are you people?"

"Your not from around here are you kid?" said the man with the blue light on his chest.

"New Orleans"

"Ooo nice town, Love the French quarter, some great bars"

The blonde guy with the hammer left the room and the other blonde guy hit the brunette on the arm.

"My name is Tony, Tony Stark and this is Steve Rogers"

"Okay"

"Now's the time when you tell us your name"

"Really, cause I don't see that happening" she retorted

"The longer you freeze us out the longer you stay in here" said Steve who crossed his arms

"Sigh* Fine my name is Y/N, Y/N Mikaelson"

"Pleasure Y/N"

"I have people who need me back in New Orleans"

"And we'll get you back to them as soon as possible"

"What's the hold up?"

"Our boss wants to meet you"

"Your boss, Who are you people?"

"We're the Avengers"

"The who now?" said Y/N as she raised one of her eyebrows.

"Earths mightiest heroes?"

"Not ringing any bells, sorry"

"We saved the world" said Tony obviously hurt she didn't know who they were.

"When?"

"The Attack on New York?"

"Oh right, okay cool....I guess"

Tony and Steve left leaving Y/N with her raven haired friend in the other cell.

"I'm Loki by the way"

"Hi"

"Being defensive won't get you anywhere with these people"

"And I suppose you'd know being stuck in here just like me"

"I'm only in here because their boss doesn't know they let me out, whenever he's here I am in here"

"Sneaky, I Like it"

"I figured as much"

"What?"

"You've got a little mischief in your eyes"

Y/N looked away and tears had begun to form in her eyes.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you"

"Its not you, My brother used to say that"

"Is he..?"

"He's okay Its just I miss him, I haven't seen him in over five years"

"Why?"

"He is a complicated guy"

"So this is her, this is the one who took out three of my agents?" said a dark skinned man with an eye patch and long coat.

"And you are?"

"He's the boss they were talking about" said Loki

"Nick Fury" he said as he dragged over a chair and sat down in front of the cell.

"Y/N"

"How did you take out three highly trained S.H.E.I.L.D agents without breaking a sweat?"

"Are you saying because I'm a helpless little girl that I can't defend myself?"

"I just want to know how you did it?"

"And I want out of here"

"Tell me and I can make that happen, within reason"

"What does 'within reason' mean?"

"Join the team, become an Avenger, we could use someone like you"

"Your offering me a place on your team, you don't even know me"

"Then let's change that"

"What about him?" said Y/N nodding at Loki

Loki looked up at Y/N was she trying to negotiate his release, she doesn't even know him and she's trying to help him.

"He is too dangerous"

"So am I if you piss me off or if I'm hungry"

"I doubt that"

Y/N looked at the man and extended her fangs, her eyes turned red and the veins under her eyes became prominent.

"So your a Vampire, interesting" he said crossing his arms

"How do you know about me?"

"I've know about the supernatural community for years" "So about my deal?"

"If I did agree would I have my phone back?"

"Yes"

"And I could leave whenever I wanted?"

"If you come back and go on missions with the team then yes"

"Alright fine"

"Good I'll start the process, you'll have to go to a press conference and take the oath, then you will officially be part of the team. Unfortunately until that happens you will have to stay in here"

"Fine"

"I look forward to the good we will do together Miss Mikaelson" Said Fury as he got up to leave.

"Oh an I want my Motorbike and car back!" Shouted back to him as he walked through the door.  "And some blood, I'm starving!"

"Welcome to the Avengers Y/N" said Loki

A week later Y/N was greeted by a red haired lady in a skin tight black suit. She walked up to Y/N cell with two dresses in hand.

"Pick one" she demanded

"What for?"

"The press conference Is is an hour, Pick one"

"Come with me" she said opening Y/N's cell.

She followed the women into what looked like her bedroom.

"Nice room"

"Thanks, sit down" she said pointing at the dressing table. "I'm Natasha by the way"

"Y/N"

"So what do you like to do with your hair?"

"I usually do braids"

"Braids it is"

An hour later Y/N was ready for her press conference, she walked into the lounge area and saw many people standing around in suits and dresses.

"Y/N welcome to the tower"

"Thanks Tony"

"Everyone this is Y/N, Y/N this is Clint, Bruce and Wanda, you've met everyone else"

"Hello"

There was a chorus of 'hey's' and 'hi's'. Everyone seemed to be on edge about the decision to make Y/N an Avenger. 

"Right lets get this show on the road" said Steve who led everyone to the elevator and into the black SUV's waiting in the garage.

"Who's car is that Tony?" asked Clint

"That's my car and my motorbike, how?"

"Fury might have mentioned it"

"Thank you!"

"Are we going or not?!" shouted Wanda from the car.

When they arrived there were many paparazzi waiting outside to take photos of the Avengers entering the building.

Tony and Steve walked up to the microphone.

"Welcome, thank you all for coming. Today we are pleased to announce the newest member for the Avengers Y/N Mikaelson"

Y/N walked on stage and stood next to Steve as they took questions.

"Mr Stark there are rumours that Loki is no longer in his cell, Is this true?"

"That is not true he is still there"

After a few questions they returned to the tower and Tony gave Y/N a tour then showed Y/N her room.

"Woah, nice"

"Make yourself at home"

"Thank you"

When Tony left Y/N to explore her new room she saw her phone and a new laptop sitting on her bed. The first thing she did was call her sister.

"Rebekah?"

"Y/N where have you been, I was worried"

"Needed to start over, I'm okay"

"You better be, are you coming for your stuff?"

"Would you mind sending my clothes and shoes to my New York P.O box?"

"Sure thing"

"And there's a box under my bed would you send that too?"

"Yeah"

"Thanks Bex"

"You ever need me you know how to find me"

"You got it sis, love you"

"Love you too"

Y/N hung up the phone and started to explore the tower, It seems the bedrooms had names on the doors, when she came to one that had 'Loki' on the front she seemed confused. The door opened and he came out.

"Uh hi"

"Y/N good to see you"

"Looks like we're neighbours"

"Really?" he said looking at the name on the door across the hall. "Cool"
