Yoongi sighed tapping his pencil against the psychology book. He was trying to focus on the essay he was suppose to be typing.

It was for his online college course. He was very good at psychology 150. The essay was super simple. It was about the personality theory.

Yoongi knew this like the back of his hand. He was committed to finishing the assignment today, but his mind remained blank.

He couldn't get over the fact that he made a fool of himself in front of Jimin. Of course he wouldn't talk to him in public. Even if he did pinky swore he should've known better.

That's what bothered him the most. How did it ever cross his mind to think they could be friends?

He shook his head and placed his fingers on the keyboard. All he had typed so far was the date. Not even the title.

Seconds later he started typing suggestions but kept erasing them. Why couldn't Park Jimin leave his mind for at least thirty minutes?

He groaned defeated laying his head on the keyboard. A sudden voice made him abruptly get up.

"Excuse me?"

Yoongi looked up and there was Sana standing. She was absolutely breathtaking up close. Her features were so tiny and gorgeous. No wonder she had half of the school crushing on her.

"Y-yes?" He asked nervously. Did she know about his identity? Would she confront him about it?

It had to be that. Otherwise she wouldn't have even talked to him. He was basically a nobody around here.

"Is this seat taken?" She smiled pointing to seat next to him.

"N-no."

"Awesome. Do you mind me sitting next to you?"

Yoongi shook his head no and yet again she smiled sitting right beside him. He quickly looked at his computer screen which was had bunch of random shenanigans.

Now he definitely wouldn't be able to concentrate. Not with Jimin on his mind and with Sana right next to him. His conscious was eating him alive.

While Yoongi was focusing on the computer screen Namjoon had just walked in. He had the brightest grin on his face. Any opportunity to see Jin was heavenly.

"Jin!" He whispered screamed running to him.

He flinched almost dropping a book. When he turned to his direction Namjoon was standing mighty close.

Jin stepped back to avoid being so close and only bumped onto the bookshelf behind him. "I've got the book!" He squealed holding it up.

"Yeah." He mumbled scooting to the right.

"Where are you going?" Namjoon wondered concerned.

"I'm just stepping over here." He quietly said avoiding his look.

"Oh. Was I too close? I'm sorry. I'm a very personal touchy person. Okay, let me rephrase that because it made me sound like a pervert. I'm just affectionate. There you go. That's the word."

"Uh huh. So, the book." He told shifting the conversation back to reason they had met up in the first place.

Jin didn't know why being around Namjoon made him neurotic. He didn't know how to deal with such a bubbly person. Especially because he was a guy.

Not that he was homophobic in any way. He didn't even know Namjoon's sexually just that he was a very touchy open minded person.

Jin was seen around school as a tough guy. Hanging out with Namjoon would only get people talking.

"Oh yeah! Here you go! I absolutely adored it. It's amazing. I binge read it in like two days. I can't wait to hear what you have to say about it."

"Mhmm. Anyways, thanks. I should get going."

"Hey! Do you recommend me a book? I'd love to read something that you like."

"Umm...no. I don't know. I'm not a big reader."

Namjoon chuckled, "But you're in battle of the books."

"Yeah. I needed one more club to join for my college application. This was the only available one."

"Oh. Okay." He responded disappointed. Knowing that Jin didn't take books as serious as he did was a bummer.

"Mhmm. See you around." He told walking away.

Namjoon sighed quietly. He continued to look for a new piece to read that would catch his attention. As he got closer to the end of the shelve he heard a familiar laugh.

It was too loud for a library. Namjoon peeked only to spot Sana sitting next Yoongi. She was laughing covering her mouth. He was smiling.

Namjoon couldn't quite hear what was being whispered. He couldn't stand there to watch any longer. If he did it would only be creepy and he already knew too much.

Instead of continuing to search he quickly walked out. Neither Yoongi nor Sana even realized he had been there.

"Fuck this." Jimin said annoyed.

"It's okay. It's not your fault. The teacher should understand your problem." Namjoon cooed.

"Yeah. The teacher should but some teachers are uncaring assholes." Taheyung added.

"It's true. My English teacher is a dick. He thinks I'm failing on purpose. I'm actually trying. It's not my fault my brain doesn't interpret letters and numbers like everyone else."

"Have you been back to your tutor?" Namjoon asked.

"Do you want me to pop his fucking tires? I will slash all four motherfuckers for upsetting you. That fucker." Taehyung mumbled.

"Ignore Taehyung—"

"Would you actually do that?" He asked with hopeful eyes.

"Ye—"

"No. You're not doing that it'll get you expelled. Listen Jimin popping his tires isn't going to fix your grade. You need to go back to tutoring. Why did you stop?"

"It's not fun, okay? I feel stupid. I should know how to decently read by now. I'm fucking seventeen. I'm failing miserably."

"They can't hold it against you. Dyslexia is an actual problem that many deal with. It's incredible to me how everyone keeps overlooking it."

Jimin huffed bawling his test. Taehyung stood next to him gently patting his back, "It's okay. At least things with Sana are going well."

"Yeah you're ri...what is it?" Jimin asked looking at Namjoon.

"Uh nothing." He lied looking at the floor.

"What?" Taehyung wondered confused.

"Whenever you said that things with Sana were going okay Namjoon blinked twice. That usually indicates he's hiding something and now he's blushing which just confirms it."

"I-I don't know what you're talking about."

"You're stuttering!" Taehyung added.

"I-I-I'm not."

"You are! What are you hiding from me?"

Namjoon cleared his throat walking back, "I think I left my uhh...my phone in class. I have to go."

Before he could get any further Jimin quickly ran in front of him blocking his way. "What happened with Sana? You know something. I know you do."

Namjoon looked at him and then at Taehyung. He felt trapped. His friends knew him too well he couldn't lie.

"I...fine. I'm going to tell you. Keep in mind that it's probably no big deal."

"Okay." He impatiently replied.

"So, today I was at the library. I saw Sana and Yoongi sitting next to each other. They were laughing about something. I know Yoongi because he was in my Civics class sophomore year. I don't think they were..."

Jimin instantly felt his blood boil. Hadn't Yoongi sent her a message saying it wasn't him? And why was he speaking to Sana?

"I have to go." Jimin said walking away.

"Wait! Where are you going?" Namjoon screamed.

Taehyung just stared and tapped his chin. "Oh fuck. I think I started some shit." Namjoon whispered.

"You think?"

"Fuck. Curse my stupid blinking eyes."

"It's okay. He was going to find out either way."

Jimin had just walked through the gym door and he could already feel his face turn hot. The mixture of failing and knowing they were talking was upsetting.

Yoongi was standing by a locker. It felt like destiny was trying to instigate the fight. Jimin hadn't actually expected to see him there.

"Hey." He sternly said.

Yoongi shut the locker and turned to look at him. He didn't expect to feel so happy when hearing his voice.

"What's up dude?"

"What's up with you? That's the real question."

Yoongi furrowed his eyebrows confused but chuckled. "Nothing. Getting ready to have an asthma attack in gym class."

"I'm being fucking serious."

"Ooh. We're being bold today. Okay so—"

"I'm not fucking kidding. What the hell is your deal with Sana?"

Yoongi stopped smiling and tilted his head. "Huh? What do you mean?"

"Why were you talking to her at the library? I thought you said that you had told her it wasn't you. Now she knows about you? What kind of game are you playing?"

"What are you talking about? How do you even know about the library? Are you spying on me or some shit?"

"You didn't answer my questions." He snapped.

Yoongi scoffed, "You didn't answer my questions either."

"I don't know what you think this is. You talking to Sana was never part of the plan. You need to keep your distance."

Yoongi bawled his hand into a fist angrily. He could feel his whole face turn red. "Get your head out of your ass Park Jimin. Are you hearing yourself? You're seriously jealous of me? Right after I told you I'm looking for a boyfriend. A boyfriend. Last time I checked Sana is a female."

At this point Jimin was starting to realize how foolish his argument had been. It was pointless for him to start a fight over this.

But it was too late. He was already pissed at his failing test and he couldn't back out now. His ego wouldn't let him.

"Then why are you talking to her? You shouldn't have to! If she finds out—"

"I can talk to whoever the fuck I want. You don't fucking own me."

"How would you feel if I talked to one of your little crushes huh?"

"You sound so ridiculous right now. I'm done with this." Yoongi said moving past him.

Jimin was too angry at everything at the moment that he spoke without thinking. "I don't even need you! I can get her on my own."

Yoongi wanted to keep walking away, but he felt so attacked that he turned back around. "I don't even need your help either."

"Psh. Really? Because last time I checked you're a nobody and you can't even talk to a fucking cardboard without being so awkward."

Ouch. Yoongi felt an ache spread across his chest. It physically was hurting. It felt similar to an asthma attack although his inhaler won't fix this.

"You're a piece of shit," Yoongi whispered. He was afraid if he'd speak any louder his voice would crack.

Jimin didn't know what to say. He had regretted saying that as soon as the words left his lips. It was too late to take it back.

"You're trying to cut my wings because you're afraid that I'll fly higher without you. Well guess what? I already am. I don't need you."

With that being said Yoongi walked away. Jimin stood behind processing everything. This time he's the one that felt his chest ache.
