Chapter 11 : Singing and Dancing.
Virgil enjoyed school very much and he enjoyed spending time with Roman.
The boy didn't laugh when he said he could dace, in fact he clapped when he saw the boy move in a way he couldn't.
Turns out Roman loved Disney and so did Virgil, they ended up comparing different Disney princesses and princes and villains.
Not to mention he caught Roman singing plenty of times in the boys bathrooms, the one he sang repetitively was Somewhere Over the Rainbow from Wizard of Oz.
"Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high." Roman sang and as he washed his hands, "and the dreams that you dream of
once in a lullaby." His voice echoed off the walls.
"Somewhere over the rainbow, bluebirds fly. And the dreams that you dream of dreams really do come true." He dried his hands on his red shirt.
"Someday, I wish upon a star, wake up where the clouds are far behind me. Where trouble melts like lemon drops, high above the chimney top. That's where you'll find me-"
"Roman?" Virgil said listening to Romans amazing voice echo off the walls.
Roman turned red, "h-hi Virgil..."
"You should be a Disney Prince!" Smiled the small boy in purple.
Roman giggled, "you could be my princess!"
Virgil laughed as he shook his head, "I can't sing! And I don't like dresses!"
"Roman? Virgil?" Called Miss Hanning.
The two boys walked out.
They sat outside on the swings.
"Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high. And the dreams that you dream of once in a lullaby."
Virgil stood up, making Roman frown in confusion, "keep singing."
"Somewhere over the rainbow-" Virgil spun, "bluebirds fly." Roman smiled as Virgil lifted his hands.
"And the dreams that you dream of dreams really do come true." He he spun bending backwards slightly.
"Someday, I wish upon a star," Virgil went on the tips of his toes and crossed his arms over his chest and raised them up.
"Wake up where the clouds are far behind me," Virgil spun and reached away from Roman and his arm spun around to his chest.
"Where trouble melts like lemon drops," Virgil spun while slowly going down and kneeled, "high above the chimney top-" his arms went in a half circular motion above his head.
"That's where you'll find me-"
"What are you doing?" Asked a boy, who known for bad behaviour.
Virgil got up and moved to Roman, "singing and dancing."
"Ha! You girls actually do that?!"
Roman glared, "we are not girls!"
"Yeah you are! Everyone knows thanks to me!"
Virgil glared, "and you're a girl for g-g-go-sip-ing."
"What's that?"
"It means you're a tattle-tale! And spreads made up stuff!"
The boy glared and tackled Virgil, who tried to push him off and Roman managed to pull the boy off and shove him down.
"Roman! Virgil!" Shouted Miss Hanning, moving over to the crying boy.
The two boys looked at each other shock, both agreeing he deserved it.
"Why are you pushing this boy?!"
Virgil stood straight, "he was making fun of my dancing and Romans singing and called us girls and spreading lies."
Roman nodded, "Yeah!"
"Then he pushed me and got on me, Roman pulled him off."
"Y-you pushed me to the floor!"
"I didn't mean to!" Roman lied.
Miss Hanning sighed, knowing she would have to tell the parents and she did regret it, because she knew Virgil and Roman where good kids.
