Part 2- The Date
Patton smiled, feeling the grip in his chest pull him towards Logan. He seemed... nervous, for some reason. Patton brushed it off, just Logan being himself. He opened the car's door and stepped in. Hopefully this night would go well. No, it will go well. Yeah.
Logan swallowed nervously. The man who he was so deeply in love with was looking as beautiful as ever, with his bright red, kissable lips. But what if he said he wasn't ready? What if he said no? His thoughts churned as they pulled into the restaurant's parking lot.
They held hands tightly, one out of love and the other out of nervousness. Logan fiddled with the box in his pocket, while Patton simply smiled. As they entered the restaurant, the looks were coming. It's not like they weren't used to it, but it was still... stressful. They gripped hands even tighter. Luckily, the waiter seemed nice enough and led them to a corner table.
Dinner passed quickly. Sipping down his fourth glass of wine, Patton was already drunk. No, he couldn't do it now. "Sooo, Logie, why'd-a bring me here, hmmm?" Patton lazily smiles at him. "Uhm... no reason. I just wanted to take you out, that's all." Thank the gods drunk Patton can't tell between lies and the truth. He just chuckled silently while Logan paid for the check. Time to get him home.
