It was an easy breezy day for Logan, until...

"Logan I am like your best friend! Yes I get that roman is being a little unfair about this situation because you can just be friend with both but, are you seriously picking Virgil over us?"

"Patton I am afraid so, and when we're we ever 'best friends' ? That is ridiculous! I've known you for about, what? Two days?!? How can you even call that a best friend?"

"I thought you and Roman were best friends?"

"Well me and Roman are indeed not best friends because he is unreasonable, now I get that he doesn't have emotions, like me, and he doesn't care about people's feelings but that still doesn't excuse what he is doing!"

"you said you don't have emotions Logan, you just got angry with me.."

Logan's eyes widen, "I, just leave me alone Patton."

After Logan and Patton's fight, Logan suddenly internalized what just happened. He felt anger..? But Logan doesn't have emotions. Then what could this be...?

Logan decided to just brush it off and go to lunch, while at lunch he sat with Virgil sitting alone again, Logan walks over a takes a seat. "Hey Virgil." Logan greets him with a smile. Logan puts his hand over his mouth as fast as possible, Logan doesn't smile, that's odd.

He took his attention off that and put it back on Virgil who was giving him a slight wave. "Sorry I just zoned out." He nods, "it's okay."

For the rest of lunch Logan was experiencing other emotions such as sympathy...? He had no idea anymore.

His mom pulls up outside of the school. Logan tells Virgil goodbye and hops into his moms car. "Hello mom." Logan greets, "Hey Logan, have a good day?" Logan nods, "I actually have a question." She nods for him to go on, "I felt emotions today..." his mother gasps in excitement, "do you know who could of gave you emotions?" Logan shakes his head, "no not really, I only know two people that have emotions."

"Oh, and who are they?"

"Do you remember the kid in all black that was waiting with me outside? Well that's Virgil, he has emotions, and then there's Patton the bright outfit and bubbly personality."

"Yeah I remember seeing them."

Logan sighs, "what do I do?"

"Well I mean your only in 7th grade, for now you don't have to really worry about it." She smiled sweetly. Logan nods, but he still doesn't understand....
