Story idea!

Ya know how a lot of fics with high school/college aus have Logan coming from a rich family/scientists who want Logan to be better than everyone else and it traumatizes Logan and he doesn't get slang and stuff because he's never had a childhood or a teen life of his own and his parents don't care about his mental health and only his grades which leaves Logan to act cold because that's all he's ever known from people?

Well! What about instead of that; we have country boy Logan who comes from a family of rednecks that never were too smart but they love their son and are so loving and ok with him having feelings. But Logan is the smartest kid in their, possibly entire, bloodline and Logan wants to make his family proud and become rich so he can help out his family. Maybe one of his parents are really sick so he needs the money so he works three jobs while also going through university so he can pay for his own college and for his parents medical bills since they're very poor. But Logan only has one nice outfit, the rest are old hand me downs from his older brothers and even some from his sisters. So all he ever wears is his button up, tie, and slacks every day to school and work so nobody thinks less of him. He barely talks too because of his STRONG southern accent, like I mean strong like you probably couldn't understand a lick of his words because of it. He's also not very good at speaking because he's always had troubles speaking despite being very very intelligent and good at writing and reading words (of course you can be smart and still be illiterate but not much people think that you can be so I put that!) So whenever his friends- Patton, Roman, Virgil with the occasional Remus and Janus- finally take him out with them outside of classes and when he doesn't need to work or study. They are shocked to see Logan in dirty overalls and a messy blouse with torn apart shoes. They thought Logan was from a rich family who just had a bunch of the exact same clothes. They ask him a bunch of questions and quickly understand why he rarely talks because they can barely understand him. Remus can though, Remus knows drunk speech and he can understand any accent. He takes it upon himself to be Logan's translator with their friends. When they find out Logan is actually a poor farm boy, Roman and Remus (who ARE rich boys with loving parents, of course Roman being the favorite but they don't ignore Remus and never made them fight for their attention or love) take it upon themselves to take Logan to the mall and buy him tons and tons of clothes. Logan refuses multiple times because "The McBerry family doesn't take charity, other people need it more" was the family's motto. But they buy Logan whatever he wants anyways. Patton, from that day forward, takes it upon himself to drive Logan to and from college and his home to give his parents money and the family practically adopts Patton into the family because of it. Janus takes it upon himself to make sure nobody knows that Logan is poor or illiterate, he doesn't want anyone to make fun of Logan or doubt his abilities and he's not afraid to go to jail.... again... Virgil goes out of his way to help Logan by trying to teach him to speak clearer and to speak better, he doesn't rush him though. They all sometimes come home with Logan and the family loves them. His family just believes they're all their son's boyfriends. Logan blushes every time they bring it up. Whenever Logan asks about them saying more than one boyfriend, they always reply with; "Great Uncle Fred married his cousin and had three kids with her, I'm just happy you'll have five boyfriends who aren't related to you and actually care about you." Blah blah blah, they all start dating and his family is supportive through all of it. Logan learns to talk clearer and to speak more without fear of people thinking he's stupid.

It just struck me suddenly! I had a small idea than it bloomed into a bigger idea!
Might make a story about it here or on my tumblr, probably both!
