"Hey Logan its Stacey and the mother is at five centimeters right now, so you better come on over to the hospital cause she keeps trying to get the baby out" Stacey tells Logan

"Alright I'll be right there" he says as he hangs up his phone

Logan was really excited cause this was it he was going to meet his little one really soon, so he headed straight to the hospital, but first he stopped to pick up some snacks to munch on, and something to drink just in case it was a long wait for him

"Don't worry little one daddy is coming" he says as he heads over to the hospital

(Hospital)

Logan drives for a parking spot before he finds the perfect one top of the roof

"This is it no turning back now" he says as he grabs the suitcase, diaper bag, car seat and his snacks and heads into the hospital to meet his little one that he couldn't wait to meet

"Logan over here" Stacey calls to him as soon as he enters the hospital

Logan goes to where Stacey was

"How is she?" He asks Stacey as he approaches her

"In a lot of pain, so she is pushing the baby out every time her doctor comes in the room and checks her" Stacey says

"This ought to be fun" he says as he goes up with Stacey to the adjoining room that he is going to be in while the mother was in labor in the next room

Logan gets comfortable and waits for his little one to come

"So Logan did you come up with a name for your little one?" Stacey asks when she comes back into the room

"Yes if its a girl her name is going to be Aviana, and for a boy I don't know" he tells her as he sits on the bed

"Well the girl name is going to be great that's for sure" Stacey says as she goes back in the room to be with the birth mother

Logan sees the nurses get the warmer ready and everything while he waits for his little one to be born

"Will you like to do the cord?" A nurse asks him

"Of course I would like to do my little one umbilical cord" he tells her

"I need to get some information from you as well for the birth certificate" the nurse tells him

"Sure I don't mind" he tells the nurse

Logan gave the nurse all the information that she needed

"Logan its getting down to the wire now, so it won't be too much longer" Stacey tells him when she comes back into the room after the birth mother signed the papers needed

"Is she pushing?" He asks her

"Yes as the doctor checks her she is pushing the baby out, so the doctor is trying to talk her into not pushing right now she is only eight centimeters and the baby can't comes out yet" Stacey tells him as she puts the papers in her suitcase

"I wish I knew what the baby was" he says as he sits back on the bed cause he was getting tired of sitting in the chair

"By the looks of the ultrasound that was done a little bit ago the doctor says its a girl, so Aviana will be born here in the next few hours" Stacey tells him as she sits down cause she needed to rest for a little bit

That made Logan very excited for his little girl, so he went down to the gift shop to shop for his little princess

(Much later)

"Logan the mother is only nine centimeters, and she is forcing the baby out, so they had to bump the contractions up a bit more, so the baby can come out" Stacey tells him

"Tell Aviana her new daddy is in the next room" he tells her as he gets up to go over to the diaper bag that he put in the closet when he came into the room

"Will do Logan" Stacey says as she goes back into the room to join the birth mother

Logan gets everything ready for Aviana arrival like her cute blanket, her cute headband, and adorable mittens to wear on her hands, so she doesn't scratch herself

"The head is out, so be ready Logan" Stacey says as she pops her head into the room

"I'm ready" he says as he goes over to the warmer where the nurses were standing waiting for the baby

Logan could hear the mother screaming, yelling and cursing at everyone in the other room

"Don't worry Aviana I'm right here" he says in the direction that Aviana was

Soon he had to look away cause the doctor had to use the forceps to get the baby out

"I can't look" he says as he goes into the bathroom to get ready for bed cause he was going to spend the night with Aviana 

Soon he could see Aviana being brought into the room still in her little sac

"Is that her?" he asks the nurse

"Yes right now we have to get her out of her sac cause apparently the mother's water didn't break, so she is still in her little sac" the nurse says as she cuts Aviana sac away, so they could get to work stimulating he and getting her to breathe on her own

Once the sac was cut away Logan got a glimpse of his little angel

"She is beautiful" he says when he sees her eyes wide opened

"Cut here Mr. Henderson" the nurse says after they got Aviana dried off a little bit

Logan cuts the umbilical cord

"Why hasn't she cried yet?" he asks the nurse

"We got to get the fluid out of her lungs, and once we get that out maybe she will let out a cry for us" the nurse says as she starts taking some fluid out of her lungs

Logan saw that his little girl had a lot of fluid in her lungs

"Let's try flickering her little foot to see of she will cry cause all she is doing is looking around" the nurse says as she flicks Aviana heel

Avianna still didn't cry at all

"Is something wrong with her?" he asks scared

"We are going have to see cause right now she is healthy as far as i can see" the nurse says as she starts pumping air into the little girls lungs

"Come on baby girl cry for daddy please" he tells his little girl who still wasn't crying at the moment

Nothing worked and Aviana still didn't cry at all

"We are going have to take her to the NICU" the nurse says as they head for the NICU

Logan decides to get some sleep cause he was exhausted 

(Next morning)

Logan woke with the sun shining in his room

"How's Aviana?" he asks the nurse that came into the room

"See for yourself" she says as she brings in the cute baby that she had in her arms

"Did she cry? he asks as he sits up in the hospital bed

"No but she was whimpering, so we brought her here, so you could hold her" the nurse says as she hands Logan the bundle

"Hi Aviana" he says as he holds his little girl for the first time
