Ezra's pov
Sabine was right about me my healing facter wasn't working as it should be, the bullets behind my back come out as I could feel the pain this time but I didn't feel pain but now I do, I'm worried that something can happen to me and mira. Sabine is hunting both of us, then I heard Mira, daddy are you okay? Yes I am mira said Ezra as he walked to his daughter. I'm scared daddy said mira, about what? Said Ezra, mommy she wants us both dead why does she? Said Mira, I don't know mira but I won't let that happen said Ezra as he hugged his daughter as Mira hugged her father back.

Later as Ezra saw a old friend named Charles.

Logan is that you? Said Charles, yes it is said logan (Ezra) how's your daughter doing? Said Charles, she's well just sleeping said logan (Ezra) she knows what happening to you? Said Charles, no she doesn't said logan (Ezra) logan you have to tell her, she's your daughter said Charles, I know she's my daughter and I will tell her soon said logan (Ezra) Ezra got up off the chair as he want to see himself in a mirror, he took off his top to see his chest with the scars that are not healing well. What's happening to me said Ezra to himself as he want to a little bed that was right besides Mira as Ezra looked at Mira and kissed her cheek goodnight said Ezra as he fell asleep.

In the morning

Mira's pov
I woke up as my father was sleeping right behind me, he didn't look that well at all so I put my hand on his forehead to see that he was having a other nightmare because he's sweeting cold, daddy wake up said mira as she moved her father a little, what...Mira? Said Ezra, you had a nightmare again? said mira, yes I did said Ezra, about what? Said Mira, nothing said Ezra as he got up as he looked outside as he saw sand (they now live in the doestroute, is that how you spell it?)
It's really hot here daddy said mira, I know sweetheart but this is the only place your mother won't find us said Ezra.

Ezra's pov
I was outside looking at a picture of sabine and mira in her arms as it was Mother's Day it was the last one, I really love sabine but I need to protect my daughter from Sabine because I know what's she has in head she wants to make mira into a weapon like I was before I meet sabine when we where teenagers, years later sabine found out she was pregnant with mira, she knew something what's right about me and mira. Sabine looked into my things one day, that's when she found out that I was a mutant and so was mira, she's like me the claws and the metal bones (that is the metal called again?) she has my healing facter too, she faster then me. Then I heard a voice behind me, logan are you okay? Said Charles, no I'm not said logan (Ezra) is there something is wrong? Said Charles, yes said logan (Ezra) about what? Said Charles, Sabine said logan (Ezra) yes she's hunting you and mira but why what for? Said Charles, I don't want to talk about it Charles said logan (Ezra) Charles grab logan and looked through is mind, your scared because sabine wants mira said Charles, GET OUT OF MY HEAD OLD MAN! Said logan, Charles took his hand off of logan's arm, I'm sorry logan said Charles, don't be sorry old friend said logan (Ezra) I need to go see mira now said logan as he want inside to see mira as she was doing so art, you know you're just like your mother said Ezra, I know I am but why do I still do art work like mother dose? Said Mira, my guess is you miss her said Ezra, I don't miss mother! I hate her what she did to you! said mira, mira sweetheart come here said Ezra as Mira hugged her father as Ezra hugged his daughter back, I miss her too said Ezra.
