(9) Rescue Mission

*Ren's PoV*
I don't like this castle... Brenda still looks pretty uneasy too. But, I'm not going to show I'm scared. I can't, all I  can do is protect Brenda and try not to get in a fight. That would be stupid.

"Ren?" Brenda asked, looking around. I don't think she remembers what happened. "How did we get in this cell? Where are we?"

"We're in Ganon's castle," I replied, staring out the cell window. Decently high up, could probably die from this jump. Conclusion; jumping is a bad idea, though; it might be nice. Huh? What? No, I didn't say anything. What are you talking about? My eyes traced to the door. I sighed quietly and leaned my back against the wall. How to get out of here...? Brenda sat up and rubbed her head, Ganon had dropped her.

"Dang wasn't expecting this." She groaned while sitting up. The guard was sleeping at his post, foolish.

"Neither was I," I grumbled, while standing. I stretched a few of my muscles popped, but that felt nice. Brenda raised a brow at me. I grinned slyly.

"Are you quite alright?" She hesitated.

"Yeah, that felt nice," I assured. A pig guard was sound asleep in front of us. I leaned on the gate and frowned slightly. "The least they could do is actually make getting out of here a challenge," I complained quietly. Brenda face palmed. She stood, using the gate as a help. It pulled open with ease. We gave one another a dumbfounded look. The guard was still sound asleep. We shrugged and slowly crept out of there. My sword was literally sitting to my left. I frowned slightly, why was this so easy...?

"You're okay!" Link panted when he ran up to us. Steve was directly behind him. They both seemed out of breath. "Good, we need to get out of here, though. We have to help Dark and Hero." My head tilted.

"Herobrine and Shadow took their place," Steve explained, not very well. I was even more confused. "Let's just go!" He ordered quietly. Brenda and I ran after them. At the bottom of the stairs, there was a red eye Hero and plain eye-colored Dark to greet us. Link seemed extremely hesitant, I was just very confused.

"Hello, again." Herobrine grinned darkly. Brenda and I slowly backed up. Steve made sure to keep us behind him.

"Uh, guys Ganon's behind us..." Brenda whispered out. Steve moved behind us, now we were stuck between Link and Steve directly, Shadow and Herobrine in front of Link and Ganon coming towards us. I glanced around for an escape, but there was no window and the stairs were blocked by a wall beside us. I frowned slightly, how the hell are we supposed to get out of this?

"You're all gathered in one place, how convenient." Ganon hummed proudly. My eyes narrowed at him. "Don't bother with the sword, sweetheart-"

"Oh, you better stop right there," I warned with a growl. Link bit his lip, he almost started laughing at such a serious moment... Ganon smirked slightly.

"-I know you don't know how to use it." Ganon continued. I growled quietly in frustration, he was right. I yelped out when I was dragged to the ground and a blade was pressed lightly against my throat. Shadow was smirking down at me. Link had been shoved off a good distance and was being surrounded by respawning monsters... What was happening to Brenda and Steve? I couldn't see them anymore and I didn't hear Herobrine anymore.

"This is why I don't like you." I pouted up at Shadow, who looked pretty shocked after I said that. "You're just a meanie," I whined. Shadow growled and pressed the blade on my throat more roughly. I tried to form into the floor, it wasn't working.

"Kill them," Ganon ordered. I closed my eyes worriedly. Nothing happened, well, something did. What it was, I'm not quite sure. There was faint music and then I passed out.

I woke up on one of the bunk beds. I shot up in confusion to the sound of conversating voices. I fell back again after I knocked my head on my knee.

"Ren's awake!" Brenda's voice cheered. I carefully sat up to see Zelda, Link, Dark, Hero, Steven, Brenda, and Kelly all seated at the small table Kelly possessed. I was greeted by the sweet scent of food.

"What happened?" I sighed.

"Shiek happened." Link grinned at me. Shiek...? As in Zelda? I gave Zelda a confused look, but she just smiled. I paused but returned the smile. I tensed as a pair of arms went around me. The only person I could think of who would hug me was Brenda, but she was still sitting in her seat. The other person seemed to pause as well. He fumbled back and leaned on the wall silently. He was glaring at the opposite wall. It was Dark.

"I totally ship it!" Brenda cheered. Link high fived her. Steve got a high five too. I stared at them with a blank confusion.

"Oh, by the way, Kelly made some fo-" Hero started. I was already behind him before he could finish. "-od..."

"That was certainly fast." Kelly laughed sheepishly.

"I like food." I smiled sheepishly. Dark was watching with a slight frown. Link smirked at the pouting Dark. I was given a plate and munched on the food. Pretty quickly, I was done and listening to the conversation, something about a portal opening to send us home in about a week, in our world it would be early morning. I frowned slightly, I hate being up early in the morning.

"I'm stuck with these idiots that long?" Dark grumbled quietly. I faced him quickly.

"I'm not a idiot!" I grumbled. His eyes traced over annoyedly.

"An," he corrected.

"I said that!" I huffed.

"No, you didn't." Kelly chimed in. I glared over at her. She smiled casually and I pouted while facing away from everyone.

"Ren, stop being so childish." Brenda groaned. I continued to stare at the corner I faced. She sighed in frustration.

"If you're going to keep acting like this, we are going to have a problem," Dark warned. I ignored him.

"Ren, please calm down," Zelda instructed calmly. I glanced at her and quietly sighed. I listened.

"Why did that work?!" Brenda complained. I simply shrugged and Dark went back to glaring at the wall. Link sighed quietly.

"I think it would be best if we all got some rest, we've had a long day." Hero suggested.

"But I'm not tired." I frowned slightly.

"Because you slept most of the day!" Dark huffed.

"Do you have a problem with me?!" I growled at him.

"Ugh..." Hero sighed and dropped his head.

"Yes, I do!" Dark yelled angrily. I turned and stormed out of the building. "Where the hell are you going?" Dark growled. I didn't respond, just went towards the mountain. Maybe the Gorons would be nicer than this jerk?

*gasps dramatically* what is this I see?! AN UPDATE?! *falls over in amazement*
