The second day has passed with Sanskar almost whole day busy inside his room with meetings. It was Ragini who took the responsibility of cooking and also serving him. He thanked her many times for the help she has done to him but for Ragini it was like she kept looking for the chances to get atleast a glimpse of him as he was almost in his room.

She is sitting in her room with a pillow in her lap. Her face has a beautiful smile while her eyes are looking dreamy. She is playing with her hair twisting it smiling madly like a teenage lover. She remembers the whole day how she now and then went and asked him does he need something. He was quite surprised by her behaviour but pushed his thoughts as he has to get back to his work.

Ragini gets disturbed by the knock on the door. She immediately jumps out of the bed excited to see him. She runs to the door and tries to make herself presentable. She makes a normal face and opens the door slowly.

Sanskar: (concerned) You didn’t have your dinner?

He asks as soon as she opens the door. Ragini gets lost in his concern filled face that nothing he spoke went into her mind. Sanskar looks at her confused and strange. He waves his hand in front of her face but there is no reaction. He doesn’t understand what happened to her.

Sanskar: (finally keeping his hand on her hand and shaking her lightly) Ragini!

Ragini comes out of her land and looks at him.

Ragini: Haan!

She says smiling at him. He feels strange and smiles back awkwardly.

Sanskar: I was asking Why didn’t you have your dinner yet?

Ragini: Dinner? Oh yeah… actually I was watching some film and lost the track of time. Will have it now. Did you have?

She asks hoping for him of not having his dinner and they both can have together like the previous day. She actually wanted to have with him and didn’t had it waiting for him to complete his work.

Sanskar: My work just got over. Come let’s have dinner.

He says moving towards the dining table while Ragini kept looking at him happily for the concern he has shown. He looked behind to find her still standing there lost in her own land. He looks confused of what happened to her suddenly.

Sanskar: (to himself) What happened to her?

He looks at her again and she is still standing there same staring him without blinking. He scratches his head and moves towards her again. He once again shakes her.

Ragini: Ha…haan. What happened?

Sanskar: That’s what I want to ask. What happened? You are behaving strange since afternoon.

Ragini: (worriedly) No… nothing like that. I am normal only. I… I was just thinking…

She stops not understanding what to say. Sanskar is looking at her as if she will continue but madam has nothing to say further or doesn’t know what to say further.

Sanskar: You were thinking?

He asks her trying to know what happened to her.

Ragini: Leave it. Nothing.

She moves away not looking at him. He looks confused but then shrugs his shoulders and goes towards the dining table. They both settle down. Sanskar takes the bowl and starts serving. Ragini again gets lost in him. Sanskar looks at her and finds her lost again. He doesn’t know how to react. He shakes her again bringing her back to earth.

Sanskar: Ragini I think you should talk to your parents. You will feel better. From afternoon you have been behaving strange and getting lost every now and then. It’s not good for your mental health.

Ragini looks down embarrassed.

Ragini: (whispers and stammering) No…No… I…Am..fi…ne.

Sanskar: Now my doubt got clarified. You are not at all fine. Just talk to them. You must be missing them. It happens you don’t need to be embarrassed.

Ragini nods without talking further. Sanskar smiles and starts eating. While Ragini makes sure she doesn’t look at him but fails and again gets lost in him. He is surfing his phone while having his food. She kept observing every feature of his face trying to register them in her mind to rewind again and again when he is not in front of her. Sanskar looks above and she immediately looks down taking a morsel into her mouth. Sanskar feels more strange.

Sanskar: Ragini tomorrow I am going for shopping to mart. You please give me the list of things you need I will get them.

Ragini nods. Sanskar completes his food and goes from there. Ragini pouts. She suddenly hits her head.

Ragini: (to herself) Idiot, Pagal, Stupid. What are you doing? Yesterday whole night you were scared that he would do something wrong and today you are staring him dreamily. It’s obvious he would have by now came into a conclusion that I am mad. He might also thought that I have been thrown out of the house of that irritating woman because of my madness. Good very good. Keep it up.

She huffs being irritated of herself and goes to her room. She sits on the bed and again his thoughts are occupied in her mind and heart. She plucks her hair not understanding how to get rid of them. She takes her phone and was about to call her parents as suggested by Sanskar but stops seeing the time.

Ragini: No… ma and papa will get worried receiving my call at this late night.

She says to herself and moves out of the room. There is a balcony attached to the hall as well. So she moves towards the balcony and sits on the floor leaning to the wall watching the moon and stars. Seeing the moon again his smiling face appears in front of her eyes. She makes a cry face.

Ragini: (holding her head) What are you doing to me in just one day Sanskar?

Sanskar who wasn’t sleepy comes out of the room. He doesn’t observe her and moves to kitchen making himself a coffee he moves towards the balcony. That’s when he saw her there. He gets surprised.

Sanskar: Not sleepy?

He asks her. She jerks being scared.

Sanskar: Sorry I didn’t mean to scare you.

He says making a sorry face. She looks away.

Ragini: (stammering) It…it’s o…okay.

She says. He frowns seeing her actions but gets settled a bit far from her leaning to the wall. He keeps staring the moon letting the fresh calm air touch him. Ragini slowly turns to him and gets lost in his face again. He is looking so handsome with his hair moving due to air and few strands falling on his forehead. His smile is like a cherry on the cake. He looked drool worthy that Madam Ragini has forget to blink her eyes. She openly drooled over him. Sanskar thinking to start a conversation turns towards her and finds her staring him with her mouth half open without blinking her eyes.

He gets confused thinking that there must be something wrong on his face and takes his phone to check. He switches on the front camera and checks to find he is looking all normal. He looks at her who is still in her dream lands.

Sanskar: (To himself) Is she always like this? Or is it she behaving like this only with me?

He sighs.

Sanskar: (a bit loudly) Raginiii!

Ragini immediately looks away.

Ragini: Haan… haan.

She says coming back to the world cursing herself for again getting lost in him.

Sanskar: I feel there is something wrong with you. Don’t hesitate to share. What happened?

He asks worried. Ragini curses herself in mind. She immediately gets up and speaks hurriedly.

Ragini: Nothing Sanskar. I am sleepy. Good night.

Saying she runs into her room not letting him to speak. Sanskar looks on. She falls on the bed and closes her whole face with pillow tightly.

Ragini: Yes… only one thing can help me sleep. Hanuman ji please help me.

Thinking she starts chanting Hanuman Chalisa as if Sanskar is some scary Ghost and Hanuman ji will help her in getting rid of him. By the time she completes chanting she falls asleep with beautiful smile on her face. Sanskar also goes to his room and falls asleep watching a film in his laptop.

Next morning Ragini wakes up early. She comes out of the room praying god to not to bring Sanskar in front of her. She is walking towards the kitchen when she collides into him and was about to fall but he holds her through waist at the correct time preventing her from falling. Both of them look at each other and their eyes meet. That’s it both of them get lost in each other’s eyes and kept staring into each other’s eyes. Both their heartbeats started besting fast but matching rhythm of each other’s heart beat. The little breeze from the windows and the open balcony door made the atmosphere more romantic.

Their moments as usual gets disturbed by Sanskar’s phone. Both of them immediately look away and Sanskar leaves Ragini while Ragini runs back to her room controlling her fast heart beat. Sanskar felt different. He kept his hand on his fast beating heart. He takes deep breathes controlling himself and takes the call. Ragini on the other side in her room is standing closing her eyes remembering the moment between them few minutes ago. The brightest beautiful smile on her face is not leaving. She opened her eyes and looked herself in the mirror. She could see Sanskar behind her in the mirror smiling at her lovingly. She smiles brighter if she could.

Sanskar knocks her room door making her look at the door. She takes a deep breathe making her mind to be conscious around him and opens the door.

Sanskar: (looking everywhere but not her) The list of items you want me to get from the mart.

He says still not looking at her.

Ragini: Can I also come? Please!

She asks making a puppy face. Sanskar for one second looks at her and immediately looks away nodding.

Sanskar: Get your mask and come. I am waiting outside.

He says and moves out of the house. Ragini jumps happily and runs to the cupboard to get her mask. She puts her mask and runs out of the house grabbing her phone. Sanskar was about to lock the door but she takes the keys from his hand and locks it. He avoids looking at her. They both are avoiding each other and get into the car.

He starts driving while Ragini to avoid looking at him looks outside. Sanskar unintentionally takes glimpses of her now and then. They reach the mart and go inside.

Sanskar: (not looking at her) You get the things you need till then I will get uncle's list of items and other things for our kitchen.

Ragini looks at him immediately hearing 'Our Kitchen'. Sanskar realises what he said and moves away from there not giving a glance to her. Ragini’s face broke into smile and she goes to get her things excitedly. While Sanskar curses himself for the words.

Sanskar: (to himself) What happened to you Sanskar?

He hits his head slightly and gets to his work. Soon Sanskar gets completed with taking his things. He looks around to find Ragini but couldn’t find her. So he calls her.

Sanskar: Hello Ragini where are you?

He feels a pat on his shoulder and turns to find her. She waves at him smiling. He chuckles.

Sanskar: Done?

Ragini: Yesss!

She says showing him the trolley. He looks at the things.

Sanskar: You seriously want these all?

Ragini looks at them and then him and nods yes.

Sanskar: I don’t eat chocolates much.

He says thinking she brought so many because he would also have them.

Ragini: Hello…. I don’t share my chocolates. These all are for me only. I eat different chocolates at different kind of moods.

Sanskar: Like?

He asks looking at her.

Ragini: Like Dairy milk silk almond when I am super duper happy. Then Dairy milk silk caramel when I am just happy. Dairy milk Bubble when I am super duper sad. Dairy milk oreo when I am excited…

She was about to continue when he stops her.

Sanskar: Okay Okay I understood. Enough. It’s my mistake. That’s all you need anything else?

Ragini: Till now only chocolates done. Now it’s biscuits time. Please help me na.

Sanskar looks at her in disbelief.

Sanskar: You go to Gym?

Ragini: Eww… who goes to gym. I am too lazy to even walk sometimes, gym is not in my dictionary.

Sanskar: Then how the hell are you so fit and fine?

He asks shocked. Ragini frowns.

Ragini: You have a problem if I eat chocolates.

Sanskar: Arey no no I am so sorry if I offended you. I am just amazed seeing you having anything not thinking of any diet. My friends who are girls were always so conscious about their diet but you… you are different.

He says everything with worry of offending her. Ragini smiles listening 'you are different' from him.

Ragini: It’s okay. Let’s go and get them.

She says smiling. For her he looked so cute in the worry face. Though his whole face is not visible she could find him cute. He smiles back at her seeing her smile and nods. They both move taking what all Ragini wants.

Sanskar: You need something else?

He asks. Ragini hits her head.

Ragini: How can I forget taking it? I am so stupid.

Sanskar: What is it?

Ragini: Ice cream.

She says making her eyes big. Sanskar looks at her without blinking his eyes. She looked so cute with that expression. He got lost for few seconds but looked away and nods. They both get what all Ragini keeps saying one after the other. Once done Ragini’s trolley is filled with all the junk food like chips etc. while Sanskar’s trolley with all the necessary things.

Ragini: (dusting her hands) Finally done!

Sanskar chuckles hearing her. They complete the billing and get into the car. He is about to start the car but his phone rings. He looks at the id and shakes his head in disbelief. He takes the call and before he could speak he hears the other side talking…. No… say screaming.

Arjun: Goodddd morninggggg Bhaiii!

He sings screaming. Sanskar puts the phone away but still he could hear Arjun’s voice. Ragini chuckles lightly seeing that. Sanskar keeps the phone near his ear.

Sanskar: Chote please don’t show your singing skills and the range of your voice at a time. I beg you.

Arjun laughs hearing him. Ragini giggles silently.

Arjun: Okay sorry for the beautiful experience. You don’t deserve it. What are you doing?

Sanskar: Going back home. Will call later.

Arjun: Okay I will myself call you after half an hour. Because I don’t trust you in calling back. Tata.

Saying he cuts the call. Sanskar looks at his phone in disbelief. He huffs and starts the car.

Ragini: It’s really nice to have siblings no?

She asks looking at him. Sanskar smiles and nods.

Sanskar: Hmm… I miss him.

Ragini: You are Lucky!

He looks at her and her eyes are teary.

Sanskar: (worried) Hey what happened?

Ragini wipes her tears away.

Ragini: He was just five months when I lost my younger brother. He had health issues and we couldn’t save him. I was just three years. Very attached to him. I still miss him.

She wipes away the other tear that escapes her eye.

Sanskar: I am sorry.

Ragini just nods.

Ragini: (changing the topic) What are the plans for the weekend?

Sanskar: Hmm… Just planning to watch some old Bollywood movies.

Ragini: (excited) Meeeee.

Sanskar chuckles lightly.

Ragini: Please Sanskar Please I also will watch.

She asks with puppy face.

Sanskar: Arey you don’t need to request this much. Let’s watch together.

Ragini’s mind gets struck to the word 'together' and she literally dances in the mind. Sanskar stops the car as they reach home and gets down to see her smiling dreamily. He knocks the window which makes her come back. She gets down and helps him in taking the things out.

Sanskar: So the plan is final?

He asks as they start taking the things from the car.

Ragini: Yes let’s complete cooking for lunch and then get on to the plan.

Sanskar: Not just lunch but dinner too. I am sure I am not going to stop in the middle to cook. So it’s better we complete for dinner too.

Ragini laughs and nods okay.
