During the time the official protectors were merely babies, the city of Ninjago was established, and had their annual Ninjaball run, the King of Merlopia adopts a son named Benthomaar and The Tyranny of Shintaro was established.

Sometime during Serpentine War, (because I forgot this part of the timeline) A Dr.Julien while secluded to the woods would soon build a robot by the name of Zane, who, after Forty years, would go on to be the next Master of Ice, and one of the Official Protectors of Ninjago.

After some time, Lilly (I just realized a misspelled her name) gives birth to the first of the protectors, The Newborn Master of Earth, Cole. But due to her giving up her Elemental abilities to Cole, Cole gets the immunity to health conditions and Lilly gains a sickness soon after during Cole's toddler years. Meanwhile, Ray and Maya get their own son, Kai, The Newborn Master of Fire, who would one day be the closest friends to the Green Ninja, soon after, in Ninjago City would The Previous Master of Lightning, Libber Gordon, will give birth to her own son, Jay, however will have no choice but to abandon him due to her and his Elemental Powers, he is found in Ed and Edna's Junkyard and is soon raised as their own son, later would be born is Ray and Maya's other child, The Newborn Master of Water, Nya.

After destiny brings forth the protectors of Ninjago, they bring forth the Green Ninja.

Sometime before the brother's fought, Lloyd Garmadon, Son of Garmadon was born, Lloyd at a very early age showed signs of becoming the Green Ninja, causing Misako to leave for to try and stop destiny, Garmadon, distraught and confused, blames his father for his nature, or even Wu, that he makes a mission to shape Ninjago into his own image, so that no person would ever see him the way that he was, 'The Son of the First Spinjitsu Master' this leads him to try and steal the Golden Weapons, however, Wu caught him, causing a fight between the two brothers, Garmadon was then defeated and banished to the Underworld, as lightning showed the form he was truly meant to take...his Oni form. After the gate closes and Garmadon makes his place as Lord Garmadon, ruler of the Underworld, Wu realizes that his brother will stop at nothing to try and take the Golden Weapons, so he makes a mission to find it,Wu then hides the Golden Weapons and gives the map to Ray who hides it somewhere in his Blacksmith shop.g

After some time, Krux starts his plan of vengeance and kidnaps Ray and Maya, forcing the distraught parents to leave their children behind, Kai and Nya grow up depending on each other and neighbors for safety.

Meanwhile, Winter comes by to Dr.Julien's place for mysterious circumstances, as a wandering traveler asks for aid, Dr.Julien lets him stay as they care for him, seeing how fascinating a machine could be given human mind and emotions, the Master of Ice sees it worthy of having his powers, and once he leaves, Zane who was unaware of the passing, feels a cold feeling that changes him...

A few days later, apparently after the Previous Master of Ice Passes, Wu arrives to ask about him as Dr.Julien explains the situation, seeing Zane they have a conversation and Wu tells, that they would one day meet again...

Some time passes and Dr Julien grows too old to continue his life, in his last moments, he erases Zane's memories of him, but as the process of erasing his memories had occurred, Samukai, former leader of the Underworld, gives Dr Julien an elixir that brought him back to life, to try and force him to create vehicles for them, he refuses, so they lock him up in a Lighthouse guarded by Leviathan and threatens that he may not leave and see his son again if he doesn't comply, however once he did, he is never once released from his captivity. Zane becomes an orphan and is left wandering the outskirts of Ninjago.

After some time, Wu finds a note from Misako saying that Lloyd should go to Darkley's and for reasons unknown, Wu agrees leaving Lloyd at Darkley's as he continues to watch over the fate of destiny. After Wu finds Misako and confirms to her that Lloyd is at Darkley's she sends letters to him...but Lloyd never received them due to Darkley's harsh emotional circumstances.

Not long after, Cole would lose his mother to the sickness somewhere in his adolescence, and it caused a strain between him and his father, that once he was old enough...Cole left with the lie saying that he's going to dancing school...

Cole would go on to make his own adventures, trying to cope with the loss of his mother and barely making a call to his father, one day while climbing an entire mountain, because somehow he feels closer to his mother that way, he meets Wu at the top, they have a private chat with each other and soon after Cole agrees to become his student to help cope with his issues. (Cause of course that's healthy...)

Sometime after when all of them have grown up, Wu finds Zane (I refuse to believe Jay was next he was in the damn city compared to Zane) underneath the pond, slightly confused about his memory loss, he tells Zane that he is destined for great things and that Zane is more than welcome to come into his wing, Zane agrees and meets Cole who both are told to train together and balance the two, their bond causes Master Wu to become confused as at this point of age, they would have unlocked their Elemental Powers, Master Wu takes this as a sign and prepares himself for the Green Ninja. Next he finds the Master of Lightning, leaving Ray and Maya's kids alone for the time being as that would take time to process since Ray was the one who hid the map, Jay was busy trying to make his invention work as he had tried for the sixth time, however once he failed, he met Master Wu, who convinces him that he can build the impossible, he meets the other two and they train together.

He then meets Kai, mistaking him for Ray and telling him an old joke, they argue for a bit and Wu leaves as Kai declines his offer to become a ninja, Then, Samukai attacked, as he searched for the Map of the Golden Weapons, he and his men kidnap Nya under Lord Garmadon's orders, Wu finds out about this as Nya gets kidnapped, encouraged in saving his sister Kai trains to be the next Ninja of Fire and goes to the Monastery to train with Wu.

After a while being beaten up and mistaken for an intruder, Kai meets Jay, Cole, and Zane and together they work to search for the Golden Weapons. After finding 3 of the weapons, Kai wakes up to see 'Nya' and follows her to the Fire Temple where he finds out it was a trap, taking the Sword of Fire with him as Wu saves both Kai and Nya, they find out that the rest have been ambushed and the weapons had been stolen, Master Wu, taking responsibility and matters into his own hands, takes the sword of Fire and goes to confront his brother Garmadon.

Altered Timeline:
The Ninja go back in time from the future because of Garmadon, changes are:

Nya doesn't get kidnapped in the first half, the future Ninja had to kidnap her in the monastery and give her to the Skulkin.

The interaction in the Fire Temple changes, Future Garmadon disrupts the timeline and attacks Past Kai, Future Kai steps in, along with the Future Ninja and they destroy the Mega Weapon that was used to alter their time shooting it into space. They return to a slightly altered timeline of their own.

Back to the Non-Altered timeline:
The Ninja tame the dragons who were guarding the weapons and head to the Underworld to stop Garmadon and Wu, Samukai and Wu fight in the Underworld for the Sword of Fire, but Samukai ends up the victor due to him wielding the other 3, however, instead of giving them to Garmadon, he betrays him and attempts to wield the weapons for himself, however the amount of power was too much and cause him to...explode? (Is that what happened? I can't remember anymore...whew, and to think that was one Lloyd and FSM's powers) it cause him to open a portal to the Realm of Madness. Garmadon reveals his plan to the Ninja (And with a very saturated voice acting from Wu) he leaves and Ninjago is once again...in peace...

Temporary peace...

Nya goes back to the blacksmith shop, only to be attacked, but again she aint the future Master of Water for nothing so she kicks their ass and decides to move to the Monastery.

The Ninjas do some bonding such as racing and actually become good friends.

Kruncha and Nuckal, two Skulkin warriors, decide to steal the Golden Weapons while everyone sleeps but the overpowered ancient relics are used against them because both of them don't know how to use it, they pretty much give up on trying.

Kai and Nya return to the Fire Temple and destroy a secret passage that shows a way to the Underworld.

Wu reminisces the past and sees his old Kimono remembering his battle with Garmadon.

Ok I'd like to clarify: Garmadon having abandonment issues is all for the sake of this AU, I was like (Damn even when Garmadon did evil he was still willing to not do evil for his family in season 1 right? Like he was willing to protect Lloyd and stuff, and the reason he was doing those evil things was because destiny spoke that he was the Green Ninja) and I was like, so what if Misako leaving was the reason why Garmadon left? And so Garmadon having abandonment issues like his son makes even more of a parallel in this AU and I've just realized how evil that is. As well as Misako leaving when Lloyd was just a baby, was because I was confused on why Lloyd remembers his first day in Darkleys and not his Mother, like, he must've been old enough for Brad to pull that prank on him? Like again he must've been 5 I guess, so why doesn't he remember his mother? Like, at least he'd remember her dropping him off and leaving him there or something...so I was like Wu took him there and told Misako and just added that into the AU, so that's how Lloyd doesn't know his mother, but knows who Wu is and obviously he'd know who Garmadon is...also Garmadon wasn't even that great of a villain back then what he do? So multiple OOC changes for this AU but hey you aint complainin this is an AU and I haven't gotten to the LMK part yet, like what the heck, Ninjago has a shit ton of Lore.
