It's marching band season, and Val and I are both people who just don't like sports games. Lottie had to go for marching band, and we promised we'd flip to cable for half time.

At the moment though, Val's collection of DVD's has come in handy. Because I cracked underneath all of Austin and Jonas's references, I am now watching Hannibal. With Val! We'll probably only get three episodes in, but that's better than nothing.

A few minutes into the second episode, Lottie called me so we flipped the tv to cable and had to find which channel played sports. We found our college's football, and clicked. Then, Never Gonna Give You Up was playing and I was rickrolled.

Take On Me was also played and then one I didn't know, but Val started freaking out. I asked what was playing and they said they heard boss music. It had to do with the Jojo. The band hooked a speaker to the keyboard and half way through it I knew what it was. It was that one meme song! With Jojo the anime!

After that ended, we grabbed some snacks and Lottie called us while the third quarter was happening. Val was freaking out over the Jojo, and she told us that the band director is really into anime and it was really fun seeing that weeb faces light up at that song.

After third quarter, Val and I went back to Hannibal. Then, Lottie came home and watched some of it but didn't really enjoy it.
