Today is Dawn's birthday, however she had school. As any elementary school, they host parties on someone's birthday. Dawn wanted all of us to go to her school, but both Lottie and I had classes.

Instead, once our classes were over, me and her spent some time making Dawn a cake. I wish I always had time to just be with my girlfriend. The few hours we had alone felt like the best time of my life.

Eventually, everyone else got home including Val's grandparents. We had a "party" for Dawn and all the cats were invited.
