Skarloey : "They make you look like a really useful Engine!"

Rheneas : "That means-"

Skarloey And Rheneas : "A new coat of paint." *They Both Laugh*

Michael Brandon : "Then, Thomas and Liy arrived."

Liy : "Good morning, guys!"

Thomas : "Skarloey! I've asked all my friends. We're sure there is nothing an Engine could do that is bad enough to be sent away from Sodor!"

Liy : "I would've asked my friends too, but I didn't know who to ask. There's 69 other people on my Show!"

Skarloey : "Thomas! Liy! Have you talked to the other Engines and BFB Contestants and Hosts about Luke?"

Liy : "Of course we didn't!"

Thomas : "No! I told you We wouldn't do that. We're trying to help Luke. We want to be his friends."

Liy : "I know there's something we can do."

Michael Brandon : "From inside the tunnel, steam swirled and two eyes watched."

Skarloey : "Very well, Thomas and Liy. Puff along, now."

Thomas : *Puffs Away*

Skarloey : *Backs Away, Not Knowing He's Heading In The Same Direction As Rocky's Bag Of Rocks*

Liy : "GUYS!"

Thomas : *Blows His Whistle* "Rocky! Watch out! Stop, Skarloey!"

Skarloey : *Stops And Blows His Whistle As Rocky Almost Hits Him With His Bag Of Rocks*

Rocky : "Woah! Sorry, Skarloey! Oh! That was close!"

Skarloey : "Fenders and fireboxes! Oh, thank you, Thomas and Liy!"

Liy : "Anytime. Safety is my priority! Especially to people I love!"

Thomas : "Happy to help, Skarloey!"

Skarloey : "You both saved me from losing my cab."

Liy : "Well, I don't think you would've gotten TOO injured if you hit Rocky's bag of rocks."

Skarloey : "Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit but the point is, you two are good friends!"

Michael Brandon : "Thomas and Liy smiled. And that made all the other Engines and Luke smile at Thomas and Liy."

Luke : *Comes Out Of The Tunnel And Approaches Thomas And Liy*

Thomas : "Oh, hello Luke!"

Liy : "Pleased to meet you."

Luke : "Hello, Thomas and Liy! I'm sorry I hid from you two... I didn't know either of you and I was scared.. But now... Well... I wonder... Will you both be my friend?"

Michael Brandon : "Suddenly, the Quarry echoed with the sound of a very strange horn. Luke darted away again."

Luke : *Hides In A Tunnel*

Michael Brandon : "It was Winston! This time he was carrying Mr. Percival and Sir Topham Hatt."

Winston : *Stops Next To Thomas After Several Joints*

Sir Topham Hatt : *Grunts As He Tries To Park Winston* "Hello, Thomas and Liy! I have news for you both. Paxton is now fixed."

Mr. Percival : "Thank you for your work, Thomas and Liy. Paxton will now take over again."

Sir Topham Hatt : "And you will return to your branch line. But Liy, you can of course stay here if you want."

Liy : "Well thank you, Sir." *Gets Disappointed Because Thomas No Longer Gets To Hang Out With Luke And The Narrow Gauge Engines*

Thomas : *Disappointed As Well* "Yes, Sir..."

Winston : *Drives Away*

Michael Brandon : "Thomas and Liy were sad. They both wanted him to stay with Luke. But Thomas couldn't now and Liy didn't wanna spend her time at the Quarry without him."

Thomas : "Luke." *Blows His Whistle* "Please puff out! You don't have to hide from us. We're friends now."

Luke : *Puffs Out Of The Tunnel*

Thomas : "Why do you keep hiding, Luke? Skarloey told us that you are scared you will be sent away from Sodor. We're sure you won't be."

Luke : "But Thomas and Liy, I did something VERY bad..."

Thomas : "We've done bad things too, Luke. We all have. Once I steamed past a danger sign and fell into a mine! And I'm still here!"

Thomas, Luke, And Liy : *Laughs At Thomas's Silly Mistake*

Liy : "You wanna know what I did once? I forced my friend, Teardrop, to talk even though it's impossible for her to talk!"

Thomas, Luke, And Liy : *Laughs At Liy's Silly Mistake*

Michael Brandon : "Thomas, Liy, and Luke were so busy talking that they didn't notice Paxton had come back to the Quarry."

Paxton : *Confused When He Sees Luke Because He's Never Seen Him Before, And Hides Behind A Building Watching Them*

Luke : "I'll tell you what I did, Thomas and Liy. But no one else must know..."

Thomas : "We promise, Luke. Don't worry."

Luke : *Smiles At Them*

*Flashback To When Luke First Arrived On Sodor*

Luke : "A long time ago, I was sent to Sodor to work at The Blue Mountain Quarry. My boiler bubbled with excitement. It was my dream to work on Sodor! There was a yellow Engine on the boat. He came from far away. And he spoke a different language."

Yellow Engine (In Spanish) : "Hello. Where are you going? To Sodor? To Sodor?"

Luke : "A language I couldn't understand! A storm was coming in. The sea was rough. But I was happy! I could see Sodor! I couldn't wait to be lifted onto the rails. At Brendam Docks, there was hustle and bustle. Cranes clanked, dockman shouted,

Dockman : "Line that up and lock it off!"

Luke : "The men wanted to lift the yellow Engine off. But I wanted to be the first off the boat."

Luke : "Take me up first! Please! Please!"

Luke : "The dock men agreed. And I was happy!"

Yellow Engine (In Spanish) : "I have a problem!"

The Flashback Cuts

Luke : "But then..."

Thomas : "What, Luke?"

Liy : "What happened next?"

Luke (On The Verge Of Crying) : "I knocked the yellow Engine into the sea!"

Paxton : *Gasps*

Liy : "Oh my God!"

Thomas : "How?"

The Flashback Returns

Luke : "I just bumped into him and sent him splashing into the sea!"

*Luke Hits The Yellow Engine And He Falls Off The Boat Into The Water*

Luke : "The sound was terrible! I had to go to the Steamworks to be fixed. I heard the storm thunder outside. But I could only think about the yellow Engine in the sea."

The Flashback Ends

Luke : "He was there for a very long time. By the time they lifted him out, he was rusty and ruined!... The yellow engine was NEVER seen again!... He must have been taken to the Smelter's yard!... He couldn't be really useful any more!... And it was ALL my fault... If I had waited my turn, Thomas and Liy, I would never have knocked him into the sea!..."

Thomas : "But Luke. That was a long time ago."

Liy : "And you didn't MEAN to knock that engine into the sea. You didn't know that was gonna happen..."

Luke : "I'm still scared, Thomas and Liy... My narrow gauge friends know I'm here. But I'm sure if the other engines find me, they'll tell Mr. Percival, and he'll tell Sir Topham Hatt, and they'll both send me away from Sodor forever!"

Skarloey : *Drives To Paxton* "Come along, Paxton! What are you standing there for? Get those wheels whirring!"

Paxton (Still In A Complete State Of Shock And Disturbance) : *Pushes A Train Of Trucks And Thomas, Luke, And Liy See And Hear Him*

Thomas : "Paxton!"

Luke : "Oh my!"

Liy : *Tries Not To Swear Despite How Scared She Is That Luke Was Spotted*

Luke : *Quickly Reverses Into The Tunnel*

Thomas : "What are you doing here?"

Paxton : "Oh... Uh... Em... H-Hello, Thomas and Liy. I've, um... I've... *Clears His Throat* "W-Well, I-I've come to take slate to the docks. Th-That's my job again. Sir Topham Hatt told me." *Laughs Nervously And Honks His Horn And Drives Away* "Excuse me..."

Thomas : "Luke! Luke! Please come out to say goodbye."

Michael Brandon : "But Luke didn't come out and he didn't say goodbye. Luke was scared and Thomas and Liy knew why."

Thomas : "Liy, do you want to stay here with Luke for now while I work on my branchline? I promise I'll come back."

Liy : "I wanna stay with you, Thomas. Just as long as we come back here."

Thomas : "I'm sorry, Luke, I have to go back to my branch line now. But me and Liy will come back. Remember, Luke, we are your friends.

Liy : "We'll be back as soon as possible. Trust us, we're gonna do everything we can for you."

Thomas : *Drives Away With Liy*

Michael Brandon : " As Thomas and Liy chuffed out of the Blue Mountain Quarry, they knew they had to help their new friend, Luke."
