Michael Brandon : "That evening, Thomas was taking cars of slate to the docks and taking Liy back to her motel. His axles ached and his wheels were weary and Liy was tired from all the work she did. But they didn't mind. Both of their minds were bubbling with thoughts of Luke."

Thomas : "Why does Luke always hide away like that? Why is he so scared of being found? What could he have done that could be bad enough to be sent away from Sodor?"

Liy : "I know, I can't get my mind off him either. I feel really bad for him. I don't know if I'll be able to sleep tonight after everything we've been through today."

Michael Brandon : "Thomas and Liy had to find out what Luke had done. They wanted to know the whole story. Later that night, Thomas dropped off Liy at her quiet motel."

Thomas : "Thank you for all your help today, Liy. My life is always the most fun with you."

Liy : "Aw you're welcome, Thomas. Thank you for all the fun you give me on this majestic island. Life with you is always a blast."

Thomas : "I promise we will figure out EVERYTHING about Luke. We will make everything right for him."

Liy : "And I will be by your side the whole time. NOTHING stands between you and me."

Thomas : "That's right. NOTHING does. Goodnight, Liy." *Blows His Whistle And Puffs Away*

Liy : "Goodnight, Thomas." *Walks Into Her Motel*

Thomas : *Puffs Quietly Into Tidmouth Sheds And His Friends Notice His Unusual Silence*

Percy : "What's the matter, Thomas? You haven't said "hello".

Thomas : "I'm sorry, Percy. I was thinking."

Percy : "What about?"

Michael Brandon : "Thomas had to be careful. He couldn't talk about Luke. Even to his best friend."

Thomas : "What do you all think is the worst thing an Engine could do? Something REALLY bad."

Percy : "One of the worst things that I've ever done was when I was trying to sneak up on the Coaches and crashed right into Sir Topham Hatt's baggage trolley... Baggage, clothes, and sticky jam flew up into the air and fell over me and Sir Topham Hatt... He was very cross with me..."

Henry : "You didn't mean to crash into the baggage trolley, Percy. It was an accident. I think what I did was FAR worse... I refused to leave the tunnel because I didn't wanna get my paint wet in the rain... Sir Topham Hatt was REALLY cross.. So cross in fact, he WALLED me up in the tunnel... That was bad!"

Thomas : "Do you remember the day I was shunting Cars at the mine? I knew that I shouldn't chuff past the "danger" sign, but I wanted to see what would happen if I did. I steamed right past it and into a sighting and fell DOWN into the mine!"

Emily : "THAT was very bad!"

Thomas : "But not bad enough to be sent away from Sodor forever..."

Percy : "FOREVER!? That would be terrible!"

Edward : "Unthinkable!"

James : "What about Diesel? He pushed the logs off the bridge and into the sea!"

Emily : "But even he wasn't sent away from Sodor."

Michael Brandon : "The Engines fell silent. Then as the stars twinkled over Tidmouth Sheds, one by one, the Engines fell asleep... All, except Thomas..."

Thomas : "Don't worry, Luke. I'll find a way to help you."

Michael Brandon : "And Liy..."

Liy : "I promise we will do something... Me and Thomas NEVER let ANYONE down..."
