It was the next week Hood had been out cold for the whole week it was after mid day and she finally woke up in Moced's medical bay.

Hood: Huh where am I?

Hood moved her head around the room filled with high tech medical equipment Moced then entered the room after waking up.

Moced: Oh morning Hood

Hood: Moced....where am I?

Moced: My medical bay you were out for a whole week

Hood: Where is Wales?

Moced: She's still in medical care as well

Hood attempted to get up from her bed but struggled a bit with Moced coming to her aid.

Moced: Easy..there

As the two walked on to Moced's bridge as Hood saw her ship being rebuilt.

Hood: Um what have you been doing while i was out.....?

Moced: Just doing some modifications

Hood: What modifications...?

Moced: While you were out i taught it was time for a little refit so i took some old parts out and added what the Royal Navy had that was new 

Hood: Being...?

Moced: New internal machinery and improved subdivision. It was desirable to upgrade and relocate engines and boilers. Alternatively, at a minimum the boilers would be replaced.

Rearranged/remodelled torpedo bulges and side armour. The side bulges have been extended to the top of the 7" armour belt rather than to the top of the 12" belt.

Improved deck armour/protection over vital areas.

Removal of armoured conning tower and the 5" side armour.

New superstructure and masts fore and aft. Most notably, the forward superstructure would have been a "block" type similar to that of the King George Vs.

New funnels. These would have been something similar to those on Renown as KGV funnels would have been too small.

Addition of a catapult, dual hangars and Walrus seaplanes. 

Improved antiaircraft (AAA) protection. This would include the removal of all existing weaponry and replacement with a total of 6 Mark M eight-barreled pom poms and lastly, the addition of either 12-16 x 5.25" guns (same type as KGV). Of course, the ship would likely have also received updated 0.5" machine guns and multiple 40mm mounts. 

Upgraded fire control. She would have received updated radar, fire control tables, comms, directors, etc.

Extended forecastle deck. Hood's stern was notoriously wet due to her overweight condition. An extension was considered for the simple fact that it might help keep the quarterdeck a bit drier. The extension would retain the rough "V" shape but would instead, extend to "X" turret.

Hood: Huh....

Then Missouri came on to the bridge.

Missouri: Hey Moced...oh Hood your awake i was just finishing your new outfit since your 

Moced: Repairs are almost done you should be back in to work by this afternoon

Hood: Bismarck will pay...

Missouri: Want to put it on....?

A half an hour and a bath later.... Hood was wearing her new outfit.

"Yeah this is it thanks Marseldagistani."

Hood: Now this is a outfit for a Royal Navy vessel 

Missouri: I also made these

"A new cape of the English flag"

Missouri: I remember that your name sake was born in England so i decide to give you a new cape

Moced: I think it's also time for a little personality change huh...

Hood: Huh?! 

Missouri: I heard from Wales that you were holding back during that battle

Hood: Well of course a women yet alone warrior shows mercy to her enemy 

Moced: From what i heard they showed no mercy

Missouri: I think it's time to get dirty besides no one is truly clean

Hood: hu......

After a few hours Hood's ship was finally ready.

Moced: Here we go all done a full retrofit HMS Hood KGV style

Missouri: Alright Hood try moving it out

Hood moved her refitted ship out of Moced's hanger into the dock as the others looked on surprised. Hood then docked her new ship on the pier.

Missouri: Feel good...?

Hood: Good

Moced: You haven't eaten in days 

Missouri: Early before dinner snack on me

As the three walked thru the market area everyone else eyes were on Hood after buying some snacks the three sat down together.

Hood: Ah it's been too long 

Missouri: It's nice to have you back Hood the Royal Navy was really worried about you

Prince Of Wales came by tapping Hood on the shoulder.

Hood: Huh?

Prince Of Wales: Finally wake huh?

Hood: Wales! you look different 

Prince Of Wales: Oh so you noticed

Hood: What did i miss?

Prince Of Wales: {Sitting down} Well last week after our sudden ambush we've been mustering a force to take on the Ironblood in a few days anyone from the Royal Navy who can come is coming

Missouri: Even your sisters...?

Prince Of Wales: Well of course Monarch will also join us

Later during dinner in the canteen the two ships were having a very lengthy discussion as the four Iowa sisters, NC, and Texas were discussing the situation.

Wisconsin: Well it's nice to see that Hood is back in action

New Jersey: Looking fresh though and evil

Iowa: Missouri you did it again

Missouri: And as always i did it well and i made some good choices

Texas: Man these were once prideful Brit ships now looking like Victoria style ships of vengeance 

NC: I remember seeing Wales sometimes being vengeful but damn....she's more might then ever

Missouri: More mighty huh?

It was the next morning after 10 AM Moced and Missouri were monitoring Hood as she was using all of her new year with the help of Prince Of Wales. Hood was happy really happy having not been more accurate them ever.

Moced: You seem pleased with yourself

Hood: I really am 

Prince Of Wales: Ironblood is in for it

Missouri: I have never seen Wales with that power level ever

Moced: Also Missouri though up on a new nickname

Missouri: I remember Wales saying that Bismarck said "Not so Mighty now" so the Might Hood is dead the Puissant Hood lives

Hood: Puissant...?

Missouri: it's another word for mighty but also means powerful and authority 

Prince Of Wales: It really matches you Hood

Hood: I.....i......i love it

As they all look on their 3 o'clock as they saw the Royal Navy reinforcements arrived for the hunting party.

Missouri: Their here

Prince Of Wales: So the hunt has begun 

Hood: {In a very dark Scottish accent with a British tone} So....it......has......lass

Missouri:{Thinking to herself}Jesus.....she's going savage......and Scottish......
