EARLE

10 HOURS LATER

"Out or stay... Out or stay... their honesty set you free."

Present time

Hindi ako nakatulog ng maayos to know that I'm now okay to stay away from my family. I don't know why did bring me here. I don't know anyone here. Nakakagulat lang dahil kahit isa sa kanila ay magkakakilala but no one knows me. Hindi ko rin naman kasi intensyon ang makipagkilala sa kanila. I actually find those new comers trusted. From what they acted last night, mukhang hindi nga maganda ang naranasan nila.

Something that brought fear into their system. Lalo na 'yong reaksyon ni Gyllia. Kung hindi siya patatahanin ni Marco ay hindi ito titigil. Nakakatakot siguro kung kasama ko sila but they surpass the challenge.

Hindi na rin ako magtataka kung pinaglalaruan kami ngayon. From what I saw last night, parang character list lang ang pinakita sa amin. That if someone dies, they'll be eliminated from the game. And that Tyda girl, who killed by her cousin gone black from the list.

"What are you doing guys?!" napatayo ako nang makita ko kung anong ginagawa ni Ehrett kay Risel sa ilalim ng kumot na iyon.

Nakalagay ang dalawang kamay ni Risel sa likod ng kanyang ulo. His giving a freedom to Ehrett to do what he wants to his body. Risel keeps on moaning.

"I'm going, Ehrett." He moaned.

"Fuck, tumigil nga kayong dalawa diyan!" bulyaw ko pa hanggat sa nagising na rin ang ilan naming kasama pero napatingin na lang sila at parang walang pakelam.

"Earle! Hand me the wipes!" ani Ehrret.

Binato ko naman sa kanya 'yong wipes at pinunasan ang kanyang wipes. Siya na rin ang nagpunas kay Risel. Parang wala namang nangyari sa kanilang dalawa at normal na tumayo si Risel at tumungo ng banyo.

"Ipagpapatuloy mo ba diyan bro?" tawa pa ni Cobert.

"Fuck you dude!" sagot sa kanya nito.

Napailing na lang din naman ako.

Lumabas naman ako ng kwarto, naisipan ko namang dumaan sa girls room at sumilip doon. Kaunting uwang lamang ng pinto ang ginawa ko para masilip ng tuluyan kung anong ginagawa nila sa loob pero nanlaki na lamang ang mga mata ko ng madatnan kong nagsusuot ng kanyang bra si Serita. I can finally say that she's gifted enough.

"Bro!" someone patted my shoulder give me in shock kaya mabilis kong nasarado ang pinto. "What are you doing?" Vantell forehead creased.

I shook my head, "nothing, just want to say good morning to the girls." Palusot ko pa.

He nods, "maybe we should say—"

Mabilis ko naman siyang pinigilan, "I know you cook well, Van. So cook breakfast for us."

He smirked, "okay, but first let me say good morning to them."

Walang alinlangan niyang binuksan ang pinto at ang sunod na lang na nangyari ay ang pagsigaw ni Serita. Binato siya nito ng unan. Hagikgik kung sinarado ni Van ang pinto at inakbayan na ako pababa ng hagdan.

"What happened?" I asked.

"She's on her undies." Tawa pa nito. Napangiwi naman ako sa sinabi niya. He saw her on her undies while I saw her tits. Mother fucker, I'm blessed! "And it's saying hello dick."

Napailing na lang din naman ako sa kanya. Dumiretsyo naman siya ng kusina habang tumuloy naman ako ng sala. Noong una ay hindi ko pa napansin kung ano 'yong nasa screen dahil inabala ko ang sarili ko sa pagbabasa ng libro.

Mabilis kong tinawag ang lahat at isa isa naman silang dumating at binasa kung anong nakasulat sa screen.

"Voting starts now. May truth will set you free."

"What the hell?" Serita hissed.

"This is not the right time!" Gyllia said.

"Maybe this is." Kathaleen said but no one agreed on her.

"Kathaleen Wamerson in the private room, right away." Another announcement flashed on the screen.

"I guess, I'm the first." Ngisi pa nito. "Wish me luck, guys." Aniya at tumuloy sa pinto malapit sa hagdanan.

Hindi ko naman maintindihan kung bakit agaran ang pagbobotong mangyayari.

One by one, they've been casting their vote to whom they wanna voted out. Until my turn, the last one.

"Good luck, Earle." Oxene smiled.

Pumunta naman ako sa private room. There's a couch in the middle of the room. In front of me there is a tv screen showed the faces of my mates. Then there's the rule on how to cast a vote.

1 vote to cast a mate and reason why you voted her/him?

I took a deep breathe before I spill out the name, "I voted for Serita. She doesn't quite belong here, she has a life outside and I know she'll ruin everybody's life here. That's all I can reason out."

And with a 'ting' sound, I leave the room with heavy breathing.

Sinalubong naman ako ni Maryel, "who you voted?"

"I'll keep it for myself, Mar."

As the hour passes by, hindi kami matahimik dahil hindi namin alam kung sino sa amin ang meron'g nakuhang pinakaraming boto. We don't know what will happen to us next pero siguro it's a chance for us to do good deeds para hindi ka nila iboto.

As I wake up from a nap, I notice that everyone where nowhere to be found. There's no one in the pool or in the kitchen, or somewhere in the bedrooms and so I found myself going to the private room.

I don't know why it was open, I sitted on the couch and few seconds after, blinks of the lights happen. And then, flashes of faces of my mates seen on the screen.

Kathaleen: I voted Oxene, she's a little bossy here.

Gyllia: I voted Earle, we're not close.

Serita: I voted Vantell! I caught him sneaking out of the girls room!

Vantell: My vote is for Earle, I don't know what he's up to.

Risel: I vote for Cobert, he's a jerk.

Marco: My vote is for Vinea, she's not good for everyone. For what she had done to her cousin, she's not a good people to come with.

Erense: I voted the twins, I wanted to kill them.

Stefen: My vote is for Erense, she's a psycho.

Oxene: I want my vote for Earle, he's a bit liar for me.

Ehrett: I voted for Maryel, she's a bitch!

Cobert: I want my vote for Risel, he's goddamn jerk.

Maryel: I give my vote on Gyllia, she's OA na.

Steph: There's no reason to tell, my vote is for Erense.

Kage: I may be killed because of her, I voted for Erense.

Vinea: My vote is for Earle, no reason, just voted him out.

Earle: I voted for Serita. She doesn't quite belong here, she has a life outside and I know she'll ruin everybody's life here. That's all I can reason out.

Halos hindi ako makapaniwala sa nakita ko, after all this time. They're lying in front of me. Nanginginig ang mga paa ko habang lumalabas ng private room. Hindi na ako nagtaka ng madatnan ko silang lahat na nasa sala.

"E-Earle..." nilapitan naman ako ni Oxene but I push her away.

"Earle! Ano ba! Babae 'yan!" sigaw ni Vantell sa akin.

Napangisi naman ako sa reaksyon nila.

"Ang galing niyo pala um-acting ano? Harap harapan niyo na pala akong niloloko. Then I know the truth, hindi ko na kailangan pang makipagkaibigan sa inyo dahil in the first place. Walang pagkakaibigan ang mabubuo dito. Lahat kayo sinungaling! Lalo na kayong apat!" dinuro ko ang apat na nagbigay puntos sa akin. "I hope you're happy because I am that you voted out."

Few minutes, there's a voice talking all over the place.

"Out or stay... Out or stay... they're honesty set you free."

"Stay, Earle." Gyllia said.

I shook my head, "no second thoughts from what I learned, I shouldn't be here in the first place. So my answer is... out!"

Seconds after my decision, automatic na nagbukas ang pintuan na matagal na naming pinagpa-planuhang buksan. Someone was waiting for me at the outside wearning an all black uniform including their faces.

"So long liars!" nang lumabas naman ako ng bahay ay sumarado na nang tuluyan ang pintuan at pinanood na lamang nila ako sa bintana.

Now I can finally see the whole mansion. It's big as fuck.

"Its own yourself now, kid." Sabi sa akin ng isang lalaki saka ito tumakbo palayo.

Naiwan naman akong mag-isa, tiningnan ko ang mansion at nakatingin pa rin silang lahat sa akin. I didn't wave back at them kundi tinalikuran ko sila.

It's easy as that, nakawala ako sa kulungang iyon but then, I need to find way out or so I have to spend night here in the woods. Freedom is life. This is what I need, far from lies. Their honesty give what I really need to myself.
