Deep down under your feet. Under your floor, way under the ground. Things live down there. They have a life, exactly like you do. There are people, there are societies, and even... Even children. Children who dream of being free up in your world. But of course, your society locked them down. They're down there, never to be free. Ever. Pretty upsetting, is it not? Anyways, lets continue with our small yet very true story.

Somewhere down there, it was snowing. There was a blizzard, and the children of this small town were very excited. First off, they were off school for a week. Secondly, it was the special day where everyone got gifts and also gave. But two small children were awake.

"Ugh, Papy, it's 4:30... Lemme sleep..." A skeleton said. He was laying on a comfortable looking mattress, but there was no bed. Just a small mattress with a messy blanket and pillow. But there was another skeleton, a slightly taller one.

   "But!!! It's!!! The!!!! Day!!!!! Where we all get amazing gifts and you see the reaction of people's faces when they open yours!!!!" The taller one said. But the other skeleton groaned, annoyed.

   "Papyrus, just let me sleep until..." He thought for a moment. "Until 8:30." He finally said.

   "Ughhh, okayyyy. Fine. At 8:30! I'll be trying to make some waffles!!!!!" Then the smaller skeleton, Papyrus, ran out of the other's room. Then the shorter skeleton fell asleep.

But somewhere else, in a dark place where water lurked everywhere, a young fish girl sat in her room. She was looking out her window, wondering what was above the dark ceilings always looming above her. Wherever she went, there was the roof. The boring, cold stone roof that always sat above her. She hated it. She wanted to explore.

She sighed and turned around, looking at her bed. It looked so comfortable, yet she couldn't fall asleep. The roof outside was still bothering her. It would never stop bothering her. She hated it so much. All she wanted was to tear it open and escape. To adventure above ground.

   But of course... You horrible humans trapped these poor innocent monsters down underground to suffer. These children will most likely never see the sun, or ever experience sunlight. Because of you cold hearted humans...
