Zoe sat across from her father, a wide smile on her face as she ate her piece of lemon cake. "Papa, can I go back and see Gran Gran Rose and Uncle Koichi tomorrow!"Zoe beamed. "If that's what you want"Shirou mutters looking somewhat tired. "Is Papa tired?"Zoe asks. "A little"Shirou responds looking at her. "Eat your cake." She scooped some up, holding her fork out to him, smiling wide. He perked up, then sighed opening his mouth, letting her feed him some of her cake. "Yum.."Shirou says chewing then swallowing. "Papa, look!"Zoe beamed climbing down off her chair. She ran over to a crane machine, Shirou walking after her. He stared, then slipped a coin into the machine, watching the child play silently. Zoe beamed, watching the crane move. "You gotta move the crane over the toy you wanna try to grab"Shirou says remembering all the times he would watch Silvia struggle.

Zoe moved the stick, putting the crane over a bunny plush. She pressed the button, watching the crane lower and grab the plush, picking it up. "Good job"Shirou mutters amused their daughter did better than Silvia ever could. He could almost hear Silvia's whines now about how she kept loosing the plush she wanted to a dumb machine. The bunny suddenly fell, hanging over the receive prize area, Zoe's eyes widening. Shirou shook the machine, the bunny falling into the box. "Look, you did it...."Shirou says picking the bunny up, holding it out to her. "By myself"Zoe stared. "Yeah"Shirou nodded. She beamed, taking the bunny and hugging it. "Can we go home!"Zoe beamed her eyes sparkling. He picked her up, carrying the beaming child in his arms. Zoe waved to the store owner, her arms wrapped around her fathers neck. "Where should we go tomorrow after you visit Rose and Koichi"Shirou asks. "Beach!"Zoe smiled. "Alright"Shirou smiled.

"Welcome back you two"Melissa greets when Shirou came in. "Hi Mrs Melissa!"Zoe waved Shirou setting her down. "What's that?"Gem asks. "I won a bunny plush!"Zoe beamed. She turned to hurry away, but her father gently grabbed her dress collar. He released her and looked away when she turned, then grabbed her dress collar again when she went to leave. "Why can't I go!"Zoe whined. "Maybe the universe wants you to stay beside me"Shirou responds kneeling down. "I'll always be beside Papa! Zoe love Papa more than anything!"Zoe beamed. He held his arms out, Zoe leaping into his embrace giggling. He pressed a kiss to her cheek, carrying her away. Zoe yawned, slowly drifting off into a deep slumber, hugging her stuffed bunny close. He rubbed her back, walking to her room. He laid her down in bed, Melissa walking in to get her dressed into her pajamas. He walked out, leaving her to it and sat in his chair sighing.

"How is it being a father?"Gem asks. "Stressful, whenever she's out of my sight I get worried and wonder if she's gonna be alright without me around at times"Shirou sighed. He touched his head, and sighed. His worst nightmare would be if Zoe was suddenly left alone with nobody to care for her and treat her right. He didn't want anybody taking advantage of his child if the day comes he wasn't around to protect her from anything that could bring her harm, mentally, emotionally and physically. "It's common for dads to worry about their kids, but you're doing just fine, she's happy and healthy"Gem chuckled smiling at him. Happy and Healthy, that how he wanted his baby to always be as she grew up, until it was time for her to leave his side but even after she leaves, he'd always wish for her happiness and for her to stay in great health. "She's all tucked in"Melissa informs gently closing Zoe's room.

Shirou leaned back and sighed before getting to his feet. "I have a late night job that I must attend to, if Zoe wakes up a cup of strawberry milk will put her back to sleep"Shirou informs walking away. "What if she wants you?"Gem asks. "Give me a call, I'll finish my job and rush back here before it becomes too late at night"Shirou responds. He opened the front door and shut it behind him, running right into Koichi. "Mayor Rose wanted me to gift this to little Zoe"Koichi informs hiding his surprise. "She just fell asleep, drop it off inside, she'll get it in the morning"Shirou sighed walking past him. He didn't like it, the scent of other beastmen on his pup, it made him feel angry and it was a struggle to not snap at the people who's scents wafted off her. It made it harder to smell Zoe with the scents mixing together, and with his child still being young it threatened to bring out his aggressive wolf instinct to protect his pup. "This child..I need to start setting boundaries"Shirou sighed.
