Shirou sat in a chair, his eyes closed, silence filling the room he was in. "Papa!" He opened his eyes, Zoe running over beaming at him, wearing a cute little red dress, her hair in two pigtails as she excitedly patted his knees. "I wanna go outside, can we Papa!"Zoe beamed. "Alright"Shirou smiled nodding. He picked her up, holding her with one arm as he grabbed his trench coat. "You two going out?"Melissa smiled picking up the empty plates on the table. "Yeah!"Zoe nodded her arms wrapped around her fathers neck. "Have fun then"Gem chuckled waving to them. Shirou walked out Zoe kicking her legs as he exited the building. "Where should we go today?"Shirou asks setting her down. He grabbed her hand, walking beside the five year old. "The new cafe! I wanna try their lemon cake!"Zoe cheers her eyes sparkling.

"Alright"Shirou nodded. He perked up, his phone ringing. Zoe watched silently as he picked up. "Yeah?"Shirou says. He glanced down at her, before nodding. "I'll be there"Shirou promised. He put his phone away and placed his hands underneath her pits, lifting her up. "Change of plans, I'm gonna drop you off with Mayor Rose, I have to do something"Shirou informs. "Okay"Zoe mutters her head resting on his shoulder. "...I'm sorry, once I'm done we can do whatever you want, I'll take the rest of the day off"Shirou sighed. "Really"Zoe blinked. "Yes"Shirou nodded. She perked up, a blue songbird flying around. "Birb! Papa, look!"Zoe beamed pointing to the bird. Her father looked up, his eyes watching the flying critter. "It's bird"Shirou corrects. "Pretty birdie"Zoe smiled. "Very pretty"Shirou agrees entering a building. He entered the elevator, Zoe looking around curiously.

The doors opened, Rose looking up. "Ogami, Zoe"Rose greeted. "Can you watch her, I'll be back soon"Shirou asks. "Of course"Roe nodded. He passed the child to her, before leaving her office, silence engulfing the two. Zoe kicked her feet, sitting in Rose's lap, looking down. "Wanna color?"Rose asks. "Yes please"Zoe nodded. "Koichi, can you bring paper and crayons"Rose asks. "Of course"Koichi nods walking to the elevator. She set Zoe down on the ground next to her desk, watching the child play with her pigtails. Koichi returned with paper and crayons, kneeling down and getting Zoe all set up. Zoe quietly started to draw, the man sitting beside her on the ground, watching her. "Who's that"Koichi asks. "Mrs Melissa and Mr Gem!"Zoe answers holding the picture up. "Nice"Rose smiled. Zoe set the photo down, drawing another picture, Rose getting to work on a few papers.

Zoe grabbed her finished drawings, holding one out to Rose. "What's this?"Rose asks taking the paper. She stared at the drawing of her and Zoe holding hands, flowers around them. "Me and Gran Grand Rose!"Zoe beamed. "Here's one of Uncle Koichi giving me and piggyback ride!"Zoe beamed handing Koichi the other drawing. "Thank you"Koichi says. "Zoe, do you have any wishes?"Koichi asks curiously. "Wishes?"Zoe blinked. "Like what do you wanna be when you're older"Rose clarifies. "I wanna be just like Papa!"Zoe smiled. "And I wanna grow into a pretty woman just like Aunt Melissa and Gran Gran Rose!"Zoe beamed. Rose smiled, her expression softening. "You're gonna grow up to be the most gorgeous beastman anyone has ever seen"Rose smiled. "Really.."Zoe stared her eyes lighting up. "Yes, because you're mother was the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen"Rose smiled nodding. "What did my Mom look like?"Zoe asks curiously.

"Your mother..she had silky rose red hair that was so soft to the touch, her eyes were a beautiful jeweled yellow that always lit up when she was happy and darkened when she was sad, your father always used to touch your mothers hair when he was upset, it would be the one thing that could calm him the most"Rose smiled. "Mama sounds amazing"Zoe smiled. "She was amazing, your mother loved beastmen, she was willing to do what needed to be done to protect any beastman who needed her help...your father fell for her because of her selflessness, kind heart and lovable personality...he couldn't bring himself to hate her"Rose chuckles. The elevator opened, Shirou walking in. Rose cleared her throat, Koichi quickly getting to his feet. "How'd it go?"Rose asks. "Went well"Shirou answers. Zoe ran over to him, the man picking her up, holding her close. "Let's go get that lemon cake"Shirou suggests. "Yeah"Zoe giggled.

"Did you have fun?"Shirou asks one of his his hands resting on her back. "Yeah, I drew pictures, I gave one to Gran Gran Rose and Uncle Koichi!"Zoe nodded. "They're very nice drawings"Koichi comments. "Got one for me?"Shirou asks. Zoe nodded, handing him one. Rose watched the two go with a smile, Shirou listening as Zoe told him the reasons behind some of her drawings. "This one is from a dream where Papa took me on a cruise!"Zoe beamed. "I see"Shirou says smiling slightly. The elevator door closed behind them, Rose looking down at the drawing Zoe gave her. "She's a lovely child"Koichi comments looking at her. "She is, she reminds me of Silvia in so many ways"Rose chuckled. "She's gonna grow up to be quite the young woman, gorgeous, sweet, humble, loving and compassionate"Koichi states. "I have no doubt about that, it runs in her blood after all"Rose agrees. "Bring me a frame for this"Rose smiled. She pulled out the picture of Silvia and Shirou, setting it beside Zoe's drawing. "Thanks for bringing her into this world Silvia."
