If you want to encourage the fairies,
build them places to dance,
entice them with shiny things,
like sparkling schist
or nodular quartz.
Decorate their paths with purple heather,
and scalloped seashells.
Leave them pretty, little trinkets to play with.

But if you want to conjure children of giants,
well...
