"Daddy does this match?" Jimin asked, walking into the living room. Yoongi looked back over the couch to find Jimin standing proudly in front of him, looking somewhat worn out but glowing all the same. Yoongi could only assume it was because he'd actually dressed himself that day instead of making Yoongi do it.

Yoongi looked him up and down, at his sandals (must have been Taehyung's influence) and his overalls. Jimin was smiling and Yoongi couldn't bring himself to tell Jimin that he kinda looked like a wannabe jesus, so he just nodded and smiled instead. "But you'll have to take socks, we're going bowling."

"Can I take my lacy socks?" Jimin asked. Yoongi wanted to say, wanted to say hell no, but instead he nodded and Jimin smiled and skipped back to his room. When he reappeared Yoongi was shrugging on his jacket and lacing up his shoes, and Jimin stood impatiently beside him. "Do you... do you think they'll let me have the bumpers?"

"What?" Yoongi asked, standing back up. Jimin was biting at his bottom lip nervously and Yoongi reached his hand out. "Of course, baby. And if they don't I'll go out and pull them up myself." Yoongi kissed Jimin's forehead and opened the door.

Jimin smiled at him and ran out the door, pink lace socks hanging from one hand as the other gripped tight to Yoongi's sleeve, yanking him out the door after him. Yoongi barely had time to lock the door before Jimin was dragging him towards the elevator and bouncing happily on the balls of his feet.

The drive to the bowling alley was short and filled with Jimin's excited babbling, and when they walked in he immediately ran from Yoongi's side to the end of the bowling alley, where Jungkook and Taehyung where fighting over who got to put the names in the system.

"Jimin! You have to come get your shoes!" Yoongi yelled, and Jimin turned around and slumped back towards him, pout on his face. Yoongi grabbing onto his hand and gently kissed his knuckles, bringing a shy smile back to Jimin's face. "There's my smiley boy."

Jimin giggled and buried his head in Yoongi's shoulder as they walked to the shoe counter. The girl behind the counter looked uninterested as she handed them their shoes, and had practically walked away when Jimin tugged at Yoongi's shirt. Yoongi looked down at him and Jimin was staring at him with big doe eyes, and it took Yoongi a moment to remember that he needed the bumpers.

"Hey, I'm sorry to bother you... but you think you could put the bumpers up for us?" Yoongi asked. Jimin nuzzled his head into Yoongi's arm appreciatively and Yoongi patted his hair before looking back at the girl. She was staring at him like he's grown another head. "I'm being serious, if I don't get those bumpers I'm not going to have a chance in hell at winning."

Jimin laughed lightly and Yoongi smiled sweetly at the girl, who yanked the bumper tool away from the wall with a sneer. Yoongi rolled his eyes and they followed her to their lane, where Jin was setting up the names while Jungkook sat in his lap, pouting, and Taehyung was eating candy.

When they got close enough to hear what they were saying, Yoongi heard Jin mutter a "that's fucking disgusting" followed by Hoseok's defensive, "is not!"

"What's disgusting?" Yoongi asked, pulling out a chair for Jimin so he could sit down. Jimin busied himself with putting on his shoes and talking to Namjoon while Yoongi turned to Jin in curiosity.

"Hoseok eats the peanuts that Taehyung doesn't want," Jin said, entering Yoongi's name into the machine. Yoongi was about to ask what the problem was, and then Jin turned around and made the worst face he could muster. "But the thing is, they're Taehyung's spit peanuts, he sucks all the chocolate off of them and then gives them to Hoseok."

Yoongi's mouth dropped as he looked at Hoseok, who was popping another peanut into his mouth. "Really, Hoseok? That's so gross. Like, so fucking gross." Yoongi felt a cheek on his shoulder and Jimin's quiet 'don swear' and Yoongi muttered a quick apology before turning back to Hoseok.

"What? I like the peanuts." Hoseok said, covering the slow growing pile of peanuts protectively. Taehyung frowned and pushed past Hoseok's hand shield to add another peanut to the pile.

"So buy yourself some peanuts and buy him plain m&m's... it's not that deep." Jin said. He patted Jungkook's thigh and the youngest boy got up to bowl. Jin watched him like a hawk and Hoseok turned to Yoongi.

"Why spend money on two snacks when I can buy one and just share?" Hoseok asked. He put a whole handful of peanuts into his mouth and Yoongi cringed. "It's not like my mouth hasn't—" Taehyung squealed and slapped his hand over Hoseok's mouth.

"Daddy no." Taehyung whispered, koalaing himself around Hoseok in an attempt to keep him quiet. Yoongi laughed and looked away, to where Jimin was standing at the head of the lane, bowling ball in hand.

Jimin tossed it, the ball landing with a loud thud on the lane. Yoongi cringed and watched the ball roll down the lane, where it curved at the last minute, failing to knock down any pins. Yoongi saw Jimin's shoulders slump and he turned around to grab another ball for his second turn. The ball, again, rolled down the lane and narrowly missed the pins.

Jimin turned around with a frown on his face and walked towards Yoongi. Yoongi mock frowned back at him and opened his arms, to which Jimin immediately fell into. Yoongi could already tell it would be a long night if Jimin's luck didn't turn around. Yoongi ran his fingers through Jimin's hair as Jimin pouted into his shoulder.

"I hate bowling," Jimin said, fixing Yoongi with an angry glare. Yoongi mock pouted at him and ran his hands over the side of Jimin's head.

"Don't say hate, hate is mean." Yoongi said. Jimin glared at him like an upset child and it took everything in Yoongi not to laugh and kiss his nose.

"I really don't like bowling," Jimin said, frown growing as he fiddled with Yoongi's jacket zipper. "Can we go home? I don't wanna play anymore."

"You only took one turn, baby. Let's finish this game and if you don't like it we'll go home, okay?" Yoongi bargained, ghosting his lips over Jimin's cheekbones. Jimin frowned but agreed with a stubborn nod and Yoongi patted his thighs. "Thank you baby. Now hop up, it's daddy's turn to bowl."

Jimin got up and scooted over to his chair so Yoongi could bowl. Yoongi rolled a perfect strike, and before he could even smile to himself Jimin was yelling praises and encouragements at him. Yoongi turned around and joking told Jimin to shush, because the younger boy was capturing all kinds of unwanted attention from other lanes.

When Yoongi sat back down Jimin latched to his arm and fixed Jungkook and Taehyung with a smug grin. "I bet your daddies aren't as good at bowling as mine."

"Jimin, c'mon, it's not a competition." Yoongi tired to reason, but before he could get out his entire sentence Taehyung was pushing a new package of m&m's towards the center of the table and glaring at Jimin, one hand wrapped tightly around Hoseok's bicep.

"Wanna bet?" Taehyung asked, and Jungkook immediately followed with, "yeah! Wanna bet?"

Yoongi looked over at Jin and Hoseok, who just shrugged back at him. Hoseok got up to bowl and Taehyung stayed at the table, cheering him on loudly. Jungkook was yelling harmless things like 'boo' and 'you suck!' while Jimin sneakily grabbed the package of candy off the table and ripped it open.

Jimin held the candy out to Yoongi and Yoongi looked at him accusingly before sighing and putting his hand out. "We're like the snake couple, because we're sneaky. Joonie and Kookie and Jin hyung are the llama group because they're soft and fluffy on the outside but they'll also spit in your face."

Yoongi laughed a little and looked up at Jimin as he popped a candy into his mouth. "What does that make Hoseok and Taehyung, then?"

"The unicorn couple," Jimin said nonchalantly. Yoongi didn't really get it, and upon asking what he meant Jimin just shrugged. "Because they're great, but people always forget they exist."

"Fair enough," Yoongi said, taking some more of Jimin's candy. Upon turning back to the people they were with, he saw Taehyung on Jin's back, trying to prevent him from bowling while Namjoon tried to pull him off.

Needless to say, they were kicked out before they even finished the third frame.
