It's pretty much different ways you can go annoy him

1) Poke his face

Regret: He HATES it when I poke him, especially the face. Poke him enough and you'll reach his breaking point!

2) Gnaw on his arm

Regret: When he's least expecting it, go for it! Gnawing on his arm gets him really annoyed! Though you might need some practice since he can fling you off!

3) Pester him

Regret: Normally Bobtail would be glad to carry you around, but of course there are days he doesn't want to. Just keep pestering him and soon you'll get a free ride! (Warning! He may just dump you into an oasis as payback!)
