Six walked out The Maw and onto the small island The Maw was attached to- or next to. You couldn't really tell if it was attached or next to.

Her eyes widen, she finally escaped The Maw. She've left many things behind to reach the surface, including leaving behind a friend whose name is Seven. They were great friends actually, but she still left.

But in her defense, she tried many times to get Seven to escape The Maw with her but every time. He denied. He always said 

'It's not worth it.' 

'We're already being taken care of by The Janitor.'

'We don't even know how the outside world works, we could be wasting our time.'

She did try to explain how the outside world was to him since she've been outside for a tiny bit before getting caught by the Ferryman.

However, he didn't believe the stories she told. It annoyed her. 

She eventually gave up and left on her own, feeling guilty.

"I'm finally out." Six said, she took off her hood walked around the Island. Her hair was black.

She enjoyed the feeling of sand under her feet, the feel of the sun, and the feeling of wind blowing through her hair.

She eventually lied down on her back, staring up at the sky.

"Man, this is what the surface is like- Or well, feels like." Six said. "It's amazing."

Six sat up. 

"Since I'm alone up here, I can do anything I want." Six said. "Hmm."

Six smiled as she got up.

-Shadow Seven POV-

Well, after I died as a Nome The Lady decided to make me a Shadow Child.

((don't ask for a timeline or else I'm going to cough up a confusing piece of mess I call an explanation.))

I walked through the Guest Area, I noticed that the door was open.

There was some light on the stairs but not enough to the point it would burn me to death. 

I walked up the stairs, the burn wasn't enough to kill me but it still hurt a bit. However it was ignorable.

I stopped in front of the exit/entrance to The Maw since going farther would actually kill me.

What I saw... surprised me. 

I saw Six running and dancing around the beach like a crazy person. 

How confused I was kept me from calling out to my old friend. 

Six tripped on her own foot, hitting the sand face first, I had to hold in a laugh.

Six got up, rubbing the sand off her face. 

"Ew." She said, spitting sand out her mouth. 

Six looked in my directly, finally noticing me.

"Uh.. Hi?" I said, a bit nervously.

"DEMON" Six screamed.

"I'm a Shadow Child." I said. "I mean, I might be Demon. I don't know where Shadow Children would fall under."

"SHADOW DE-- Hey wait." Six broke off from the sentence. "You sound familiar." 

"That's because I'm...." I began.

"Drum-roll...." I said. 

"Seven!"

"Seven." Six said, sounding unconvinced. " r e a l l y ? "

"Yes really." I said.

"Are you 'bout that?" Six said.

-Third Person-

"I'm pretty sure I am me, unless I unconsciously decided to wear somebody else's skin like a fursuit." Seven said.

"Did you though?" Six asked.

"Actually scratch that, you're not wearing Seven's skin. You're black." Six said.

"Don't take that out of context." Seven added on, jokingly.

"Well your personality is certainly like Seven, but you can be pretending to be Seven!" Six said.  "I must run the ultimate test."  

"As long it doesn't include stepping into light then I'm fine with it." Seven said. 

"You must complete the lyrics to our special, special, special friendship song." Six said.

"excuse me, what" Seven said. 

"Aaaaa~" Six began singing.

"please no, I beg of you. Anything but this crap you call a song." Seven said.

"I got you, and..." Six sang.

"you got me..." Seven sang along, sounding very uninterested and basically having the 'I'm so done with life' voice.

"I don't need any glasses, to that..." Six sang.

"We're both pretty lucky." Seven sang.

"When were stuck in a room, only us together. and nothing to do!" Six sang.

"Being bored with you, makes me as happy as can be..." Seven sang, he now has his arms crossed.

"Let's have some fun together!" Six sang.

"We'll be such good friends forever." Seven sang.

"Good Friends Forever that stands for-- Okay! Why do I need to keep singing? I'm singing the lyrics and the only other person who knows these lyrics is me!" Seven said.

"Uh-huh..." Six said.

"IT'S NOT LIKE THESE LYRICS ARE ON PAPER OR SOMETHING. WHY DO I NEED TO KEEP SINGING?" Seven complained. 

"Hmmm." Six said.

"I'M OBVIOUSLY SEVEN." Seven yelled.

"I don't think you're Seven..." Six said.

Seven inhaled, about to go on a rant.

"Joking! Just joking! Knew you were Seven as soon as we got the the 'We're pretty Lucky' part." Six said.

"Then why didn't you stop me?" Seven said. "You know I hate that song." 

"I wanted to sing it with you for once! The last time you sang this with me is when it was in production." Six said.

Seven sighed in annoyance.

"So..." Six began. "What happened to you?" 

"Well, I got turned into a Nome by The Lady--" Seven was cut off.

"NOMES ARE HUMANS?" Six yelled.

"Yeah." Seven said.

"SO I CHOICE TO EAT A NOME, BECAUSE I KNEW THE SAUSAGE WAS MADE OUT OF CHILDREN. I BECAME A CANNIBAL BEFORE I ATE THE LADY." Six said. "The choice was useless either way?"

"Unfortunately." Seven said. "Also that Nome you ate was me." 

Six blinked.

"excuse me, w h a t ?" Six said. 

"Well, let me continue my story. I got turned into a Nome by The Lady, shortly after I saw you starving to death so I decide to help you out by offering you a sausage. You ate me. After I died The Lady came and turned my spirit into a Shadow Child to help her with... Whatever." Seven explained.

"Huh." Six said. "Can you come here?"

"No." Seven said.

"Why?" Six asked.

"Because if I do I'll die. I can't be in the sunlight." Seven explained. "It burns me."

"Oh, Oh! You mean like that game one of the children who've been outside The Maw for a long time before was telling us about? With those blocky creatures? I think it was called Minecraft!" Six said. 

"Then they have those green human monster thingys, I think it's called a zomba? Zombi? Zombiefa? Zombiez?" Six said.

"Zombie. Why would my situation be like a Minecraft Zombie?" Seven said. 

"Well... Zombies burn in sunlight! You burn in sunlight!" Six said.

"Okay well, that is true. But I also burn when exposed to any kind of light. It can be a lamp, flashlight, other stuff." Seven said. "Not just Sunlight."

"It's going to be tricky to get you off this island now." Six said.

"Wait, what?" Seven said.

"I'm going to take you with me, Shadow Child or Not. We just need to build some kind of boat." Six said.

-Shadow Seven POV-

Well, Six wants to take me with her. It isn't the worse thing since my goal was to escape from The Maw in the first place-- Actually, I was kinda hoping for this.

Six walked around the beach, gathering random stuff she finds and putting it in a pile in the center of the beach.

"It's ironic how in the start you were so against escaping The Maw. Now look at you!" Six said as she put some wood and seashells into the pile.

"I learned the truth about The Maw." Seven said.

"The Janitor left the door to the hallway with the eye room open, I got curious and left the room... And then stuff went on from there which ended up resulting with me learning the truth." He explained.

Six randomly threw a pebble at Seven, the pebble hitting his mask.

"Why did you do that?" Seven asked. 

"Can you help me? Go back inside The Maw and gather stuff for a raft. Maybe try to get a blanket of some short so I can cover you to block out the sunlight or something?" Six asked.

"Okay, but you didn't need to throw a pebble at me." 

"Oh I know, I just wanted to do that." 

Seven stared at Six for a few seconds before he went back inside The Maw.

Hours passed, the children gathered more than enough stuff to build a raft-- they actually have enough to kinda build a boat, half of the raft being covered with a roof. 

Six was the one who built most of the boat, at Night Seven would finally come out to help her. Though when he could finally help she was almost done.

The boat was like a raft but one half was just a normal raft and the other half had three walls and a roof.

Once they finish the boat, they tested it to see if it floated. It did. 

They gathered food and water and put it onto the boat before leaving. 

They both pushed the boat into the sea, once they felt like they pushed it enough they got onto it. 

They rode the boat into the sea. 

Well there goes our two young children, traveling across the sea.

Heading towards their destiny, once they get there I'm sure they'll figure something out.

Also now I actually want to write a fan fiction about Shadow Seven and Six's journey in the main land (mainland is what I call the LN2 world), but I already have too many fanfictions.
