BEWARE THE NICE ONES — Adrian is a very kind person. But don't piss him off. Just ask Jace.

CUDDLE BUG — Adrian cannot resist the urge to throw his arms around the person closest to him.

ANGUISHED DECLARATION OF LOVE — This is, quite literally, what his first confession to Alec was like. Whether I'm referring to the one where Adrian is at Alec's bedside, or to the one where Alec is conscious, it doesn't really matter. Both are declarations of love, and Adrian is in huge amounts of pain during both.

ADRENALINE JUNKIE — He got so excited when they were hunting the dragon demon. He's not as bad as Jace, though, and thank god for that.

STRONG FAMILY RESEMBLANCE — He looks almost exactly like his mother, Alice Rosewell. 

HAIR OF GOLD, HEART OF GOLD — He has golden hair and he is an absolute sweetheart.

OBLIVIOUS TO LOVE — It took him a ridiculously long time to realize Alec loved him back.

BADASS GAY — He's a badass and he's gay.

DON'T MAKE ME DESTROY YOU — This side of Adrian only really comes out towards Jace, when Jace crosses a line. Adrian and Jace are pretty evenly matched even with Jace's special angelic powers, but taking into account Jace's self-harming tendencies and Adrian's repressed anger, Adrian would come out the winner. Though he would feel incredibly guilty afterward.

MIXED ANCESTRY — Played with. His mother is a full-blooded Shadowhunter, which means he has the angel in his blood, but his father is a regular mundane, who doesn't have angelic blood at all.
