As soon as the doors to the Student Council room opened, a flurry of black and (F/C) petals surrounded the group of four. They then wearily eyed the library as they walked in.

The group turned to see that on the balcony above them there were two shadowy figures-A girl and a boy.

The boy and girl suddenly disappeared in a flurry of the two-toned petals, and the group of four stood stiff as they glared around the room, as if preparing for an attack by the duo.

Blindsided by the beat

The female had suddenly appeared again, still shrouded in the shadows as she sat on the edge of the large desk that Rem usually sat at, playing chess.

Clapping your hands, stomping your feet
You didn't know that you fell

The male then appeared, also still surrounded in shadows, and the only thing that the group could see were pearly white K9's.

Once again the two had disappeared.
The group's attention was then brought back to the balcony, where the two were leaning their upper halves over it and looking at the four below.

The two figures then turned away from each other and began to descend down the two separate stairwells.

As soon as the two appeared at the bottom of the staircase, the males' gaze focused mainly on the female.
She had (H/L) (H/C) hair that framed her petite face perfectly, though was mostly covered by a (F/C) beanie, and her (E/C) orbs seemed to almost glow as she grinned at them, her sharp teeth bared.

The dark haired male noticed the group of four staring at his leader, causing his ruby red orbs to narrow at them. Though as soon as he saw the look in his leader's eyes, he couldn't help but to smirk as well.

The female then slowly made her way towards the group of devils.

She grinned as she slipped the rose that Urie was holding from his fingers, brushing the gentle petals of the bud against his cheek, and she winked at the four males, before going back to stand beside the male.

The male smirked and cocked his head to the side as he eyed the four, as if attempting to figure out if they would attack the duo or not.

A symbol that looked similar to the sun appeared behind the female's figure.

A symbol that resembled a wolf's face then appeared behind the male's figure.

The two had then disappeared once more, causing the group of four to stare at each other in question as the dimmed lights then brightened.
"Well, well, well, what brings you four back?" A harsh voice caused them to turn around to look at the desk where Rem would usually sit. There, the girl was sitting on the edge of the desk, her legs crossed as she twirled the rose she had taken from Urie between her thumb and index finger, and her male partner stood beside the desk, his arms crossed over his chest as his red orbs were narrowed on the group of devils.
"Now, now, Shi, that's no way to talk to the upper-classmates." The female laughed, a joyful tone that none of the four were expecting, before changing her attention back onto the group and beaming. "It's nice to see you again, Rem, it's been almost a full year since you and your companions left. As the new Student Council president, I hope you have a valid excuse for suddenly showing up again." Y/N said with a closed eyed smile.
Before anything else could be said, the doors to the library suddenly slammed open, revealing an almost out of breath brunette.
"Y-Y/N-sama, the old Student Council is ba-" the brunette stopped talking mid-sentence as soon as she regained her breath as then noticed the four males who were staring at her with shocked expressions.
"Ritsuka, I told you to just call me Y/N!" The (H/C) female exclaimed, suddenly standing in front of the brunette with a pouting expression.
Ritsuka sweatdropped, but nodded anyways. "H-hai."
Y/N grinned, before turning back to the shocked devils, tilting her head like a cute puppy would when confused. "I hope you four weren't hoping to restart your pathetic excuse of a council. Because if you were, I must be the bearer of bad news and tell you that you cannot." Y/N said, crossing her arms over her chest and still holding onto the rose.
"O-Oi! Do you know who you're even talking to, little girl?!" Mage shouted as he pointed an accusing finger at Y/N.
"Who're you calling 'little girl'!?" The ruby eyed male shouted in the female's defense.
"Shi, calm down." Y/N sighed, rubbing her temples as if she were gaining a migraine. "After all, how were they supposed to know we took care of their damage?" The female suddenly smirked at the group.
"What do you mean by that?" Rem questioned with a scowl, though he did find his aquamarine orbs landing on the brunette female every now and then.
Y/N smirked and wrapped an arm loosely over Ritsuka's shoulder. "Once we found out you four just abandoned our school, the three of us decided to restart the Student Council! And, we run it like it should have been." Y/N stated.
"Three?" Shiki questioned in an almost in audible voice.
"Yep! As of the beginning of this year, I am the President, Shi is the Vice President, and Ritsuka is our sweet little Treasurer and Secretary!" Y/N stated, before giving a lazy grin and holding up her index and middle finger. "In other words, you're staring at the new and improved, Student Council."
Suddenly the school bell rang, letting everyone know that school was over.
"That's our cue to leave." Y/N beamed, before tilting her head to the side. "Shi, Ritsuka, I'll meet you both at the front doors." The (H/C) declared.
Shi looked unsure, while Ritsuka looked hesitant as she continuously glanced at Rem, though the two eventually left the room together, as requested by their leader.
As soon as the two were gone, Y/N's cheerful exterior suddenly disappeared and changed to a cold one. "Now, listen here; I don't know why you have returned, and honestly I don't care, as long as it has nothing to do with Ritsuka. She's a sweet and innocent girl and she's just getting her life together after all that happened the last time you bastards were around." The female stated, walking up to the group and poking Rem's chest harshly as she glared up at him with her narrowed (E/C) orbs, which flickered to a golden hue for a second.
"We can assure you that we're not here for her." Rem said, swatting the female's hand away and causing her to slightly relax and take a step away from him.
Her cheerful smile returned once more and she nodded. "Very well, then, I guess I should go meet up with the others." She said, beginning to walk away, until she suddenly stopped.
Not turning around to look at the males, she held up a fist.
"It's a good thing you're not here for Ritsuka, since she's officially off of the market. Though, I do wish for you not to linger long for whatever it is you're looking for." And with that, the female unclenched her fist, causing a cascade of rose petals to fall on the ground, before she walked out of the room.
