One month and five days did go by as Bobby had said and now there here. A very heavily screaming and wincing Castiel. "Get out of the way boy!" Bobby and Ellen screamed over Castiel's, pushing Dean out of the way. They had to take off Castiel's clothes as they had started to stain in blood. Castiel held onto the wooden barks, his teeth and growling coming out of him mixing in with the screams and winces.

Dean felt bad for the pain he could see coming off Castiel. "Breathe, Castiel. Breathe!" Ellen yelled. Castiel had only one way to get the baby's out and there's only one hole you can go through in a male's body. "Push!" Castiel erupted a scream while Dean saw behind them, Sam huddled all the pups together while they were covering their ears.

"Dean, Dean, Dean..." He cried. Dean ran to his other side while Ellen occupied the other. Dean placed his hand on top of Castiel's and whispered in his ear comforting things. "It hurts!" he whaled. Dean shushed him.

"It's gonna be alright, baby. Look you're doing great. Just keep going." He smiled and kissed his head. While Castiel shut his eyes he pushed again and one baby popped out. "Oh my-Cas keep going babe!" Dean exclaimed. Bobby held the little pup up and Ellen took it, cradling it in her arms. Castiel winced a couple more times and breathed heavily before pushing a couple more times and got another baby out. Bobby placed that one in the wooden crib that they painted especially for them.

"I don't think I can finish this off, Dean."

"Yes you can." Castiel's eyes were drooping and he was breathing deeply. "Cas?" Dean tapped his cheek, making Castiel back awake.

"Sorry." He muttered. Dean stroked his arm. Castiel took short deep breaths and grunted, pushing. He winced loudly as the new wolf pup cries out of him.

"They're really different, Dean." Ellen mumbled to him. Dean looked up to see the eyes were a dull gray color.

"Yeah... um I guess that's what happens when you're born thought I've seen other baby wolves before from normal wolves. They have pure blue eyes like Cas's but then in eight months they'd become a fiery yellow." Ellen hummed in interest. Castiel cried out for Dean. Dean came back to his side and intertwined their fingers which Castiel gripped so hard ever before. Dean mumbled an mumble under his breath before Cas pushed two more out in like two different seconds.

Dean's mouth was gaped open, he looked at his boyfriend-fiance and saw him relax. "I think that's everyone, Dean." He smiled. Dean kissed him despite all the sweat he had all over him. Castiel closed his eyes and sighed. Bobby smiled at the two boys.

"Oh yeah that's everyone, Castiel." Castiel nodded in relief.

"Can I see my babies?" He asked. Dean smiled.

"Oh, of course." Dean helped with Castiel's clothes back on and walked him over to the five babies now sleeping peacefully in a crib.

"So many babies.." He mumbled in awe. "And I did all of this?" He turned to Dean.

"We did it." Dean said, kissing Castiel. Castiel caressed Dean's cheek while they kissed then looked back at the babies.

"They're so beautiful." Castiel said with a twinkle in his eyes. Dean threw an arm over his shoulder.

"Like you." Dean hummed, kissing Castiel's ear. Ellen and Bobby left by then, leaving the family alone. "Do you have any names in mind, huggy bear?" Castiel nodded his head. He looked at the kids again: two girls and three boys, which means five kids.

"I have a name for all of them if you like 'em tell me." Dean replied a low okay. "How about in this order: Valerie, Alex, Jesse, Dustin and Bonnie. What do you think?" Dean smiled widely.

"They're perfect. I like Dustin and Bonnie the best." Castiel shakes his finger at him.

"Now, now Dean, we mustn't have favorites or else the kids'll get jealous of one another." Dean chuckles and pulls Castiel close.

"You're my favorite. You know that?" It was Castiel's turn to chuckle.

"Yeah, yeah." They shared a short sweet kiss.

Eight years later....

The pups were now well grown into children of eight years old. Dean and Castiel sat in chairs watching them play.

Dean looked over to his lover. "Hey um Cas...?" Castiel turned his head towards Dean.

"Yeah, babe?"

"I know we haven't talked about it for a long time but when are we going to get married? I mean we have five kids already.." Castiel kissed his cheek.

"Soon I promise." The kids were especially crazy today. Bonnie and Jesse were playing with sticks, writing things in the dirt, possibly their names in horrid handwriting. Dustin, Alex and Valerie were playing tag and chasing each other in their wolf forms. Bonnie sat on Castiel's lap at some point.

"Hi, beautiful." He tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. Oh yes, they were great parents. Dean and Castiel did get married some point that year. Their lives were good and happy. Castiel was thankful he got to meet Dean and have children. It's the apple pie life he asked for. He had the time of his life being Little 'Ol Cassie.
