It was 6:30, and João and Angela's apartment was about twenty minutes away. Nevaeh was the reason Gavi, Salma, and Aubrie were most likely to be late, as she had insisted on re-doing her makeup twice because it "doesn't look good enough." That was her way of saying, "I'm posting on Instagram later and I need to look cute in every single photo."

"Vaeh, hurry up, I'm sure you look fine," Gavi shouted from down the stairs of the home Nevaeh rented when she visited.

"Here I come!" Nevaeh yelled back, quickly gathering her necessities and putting them into the purse she bought to match her outfit. She walked down the stairs after making her friends wait forever for her.

She came down wearing a denim jumpsuit and a black purse to compliment her outfit. She felt pretty, just not pretty enough. Like it wasn't gonna look good for any of the posts she was going to be featured in. Maybe it was her own insecurities just weighing down on her and that social media had genuinely changed her perspective on herself.

"Nevaeh," Aubrie smiled, "You look amazing." Aubrie herself was wearing an cream-colored blazer and pants that matched. She wore black heels and had her hair down.

"You look good too," Nevaeh smiled back. She wasn't usually one to accept compliments, as they freaked her out. She never did know how to respond to them. Now that she was a technically a famous celebrity and actress, she needed to learn.

     "Gio fumbled," Salma shrugged, grabbing Aubrie's hand and leading her outside.

     Gavi grabbed Nevaeh's hand aswell, locking arms with her. "Jude needs to hurry up before I snatch you myself," he joked.

     "Ew, Gavi!"

All of the Barcelona players (plus Salma, Aitana, Alexa, and the girlfriends) had arrived to João's house in their best outfits. Angela still had aux of course, and was currently playing City Girls. Mostly everyone had already had a drink, besides Lamine, Héctor, and Gavi. The first two boys because they weren't of age, and Gavi because he was the one driving Salma, Aubrie, and Nevaeh home.

     Nevaeh had officially met Angela and they had already fallen in love with each other. They were currently in deep conversation at the small dinner table, Angela sitting next to João and Gavi sitting next to Nevaeh. The other boys were playing Fifa on the TV with Aitana and Alexia, while Salma and Aubrie had wondered off somewhere.

     "I think me and João, Salma and Aubrie, and you should all go on a triple date," Angela had proposed. The two had covered mostly every topic, like their childhoods, favorite everythings and such. It was like they had known each other forever.

     "Who would I even go with?" Nevaeh asked.

     "Why don't you invite Jude?" João answered as if it was obvious. "Everyone knows he's in love with you."

     Nevaeh laughed saying, "You really think that?"

     "Girl, don't act like we haven't all seen his story," Angela giggled. "Everybody went crazy over it." João put his arm around her.

     "Even Gavi thinks he wants you, and he never agrees with a man you like. Let alone a Madridista," João shrugged, holding Angela a little closer.

     Aitana walked over to the table, a cellphone in her hand. "Hey, Vaeh, your phone kept going off so I just took it off the charger to bring to you," she smiled. She handed Nevaeh's phone over then went back to her game against Lamine.

"Was that Jude?" Angela smiled, referring to Nevaeh's insanely fast typing on her phone.

     "Um," Nevaeh looked down. "Yeah."

     Gavi rolled his eyes and groaned, "Y'all better not be doing all those things you sing when you listen to PartyNextDoor or I'm telling Teresa."

     "Wait, who's Teresa?" Angie inquired.

     "My mother," Nevaeh sighed. She turned her phone off, setting it down on the table.

     "So, what'd he say?" João asked.

     Nevaeh mentally debated whether or not she should tell them, and ultimately decided that she would. She believed that in order to having a safe, secure, and healthy friendship, the answer was to be honest. "He asked if I wanted to go to his game next week."

     "And what'd you say?" Gavi looked at her, an offended look on his face.

     "I told him I'd think about it."

     "Oh my fucking gosh."

     "Are you saying you're gonna think about it 'cause you aren't sure, or you just don't want him to think you're excited?" Angela questioned. "I personally think you should go. I'd go with you, but I hate Madrid with my life and have to support my man. But I'm sure Aubrie will go with as long as you leave Salma behind."

     "What about me?" Salma asked as she walked in with a dozen of cans full of alcohol in one hand and Brie's hand in the other. Aubrie had walked in with a plastic bag with two bags of chips in there for her and Nevaeh.

     "Jude invited her to the next Madrid match," Gavi sighed.

     "Ooh, fun," Brie smiled, dropping the bag on the table and handing Nevaeh her snack. "Do you want me to go with you so you aren't alone?"

     "I didn't even say I was going," Nevaeh chuckled. "I told him I'd think about it."

     Aubrie exchanged a knowingly look with Salma. "Nevaeh, we all know you wanna go to support him. You are a grown ass woman, you can do what you want."

     "Ugh, I can't wait for the Twitter update accounts to go crazy," Angela joked.

     "Up top." Brie gave Angela a high-five. "You're gonna have fun, trust me. And I kinda wanna go to see Camavinga anyway."

     Salma raised a brow at Aubrie. "Excuse me?"

     "Salma, I've told you a thousand times that it isn't like that," Aubrie tried to explain as she followed her girlfriend out of the room.

     "I need a drink," Gavi sighed, still trying to process everything that had just occured. He left the table to go get a glass of water in the kitchen, and João had kissed Angela's forehead before heading to the living room to see who was playing the game next.

     It was just Angela and Nevaeh now. While it would have been awkward, the two knew better than that. Even though they had just met, they still felt comfortable around each other.

     "You're one hundred percent going, aren't you?" Angela grinned. It was like she had already known Nevaeh's entire personality just in the span of a few hours.

     "Oh, for sure."
