You were lying on the couch, reading your favourite book and drinking a nice cup of hot chocolate. It was raining outside and you just enjoyed being able to stay at home and relax without worrying about a thing.

"Hey, (Y/N)!" John said, smiling as he entered the living room and sitting down beside you.
You looked up from your book and smiled widely at your boyfriend while placing the book on the floor.
"Johnny! Finally finished working on your new songs?" You crawled into John's lap and cuddled up to him as he wrapped his arms around you protectively.
Smiling softly and kissing the top of your head, John nodded.
"Yes, sweetheart! Did you miss me as much as I missed you?"
You giggled and nodded your head eagerly.
"Of course I did, John. But I was also enjoying the rain. Y'know, it's so comfortable to be in the house and to listen to the rain drops pattering on the window."

John chuckled and caressed your cheek. He still couldn't quite understand why you loved rain that much but it didn't matter. All he cared about was spending time with you.

A few years ago when you met John, you never expected him to have such a loving and gently side. He was always the sarcastic, rough guy who actually ftightened you a bit. But John turned out to be the best boyfriend you could ever think of.

"Hm do you know what's even better than reading on a rainy day?" You questioned John and looked up into his eyes.
He shook his head. "No, I don't. Please tell me."
"Staying in bed with you the whole day long, cuddling and doing other things!" A huge grin grew on your fave and you kissed John passionately.

At first his eyes widened in surprise then he smiled into the kiss and stood up, holding you in his arms to carry you bridal style to your shared bedroom and to make your wish come true.
