Born and raised in Los Angeles, California to two Vietnamese immigrants, Thalia Tran grew up an only child in a low income household with a naturally beautiful face and a dream.

At just ten years old, Thalia's mother, Linh Tran, entered her into a local beauty pageant, where she effortlessly clinched the first-place title. However, the expenses associated with continuing in the pageant circuit forced Thalia to leave that world behind, despite her undeniable talent and potential.

Entering middle school, Thalia found herself navigating the challenges of adolescence with grace and maturity. While her peers were beginning to notice a difference in body types as she blossomed sooner than most girls her grade, Thalia's focus remained on her dreams and aspirations. It was during this time that she created a genuine friendship with Calvin Sinclair, a soon to be lifelong friend who stood by her side through thick and thin.

As Thalia matured, she found innovative ways to support herself financially, turning to babysitting as a means to earn extra income. Her resourcefulness and work ethic set her apart, earning her a reputation as a reliable and dedicated caretaker within her community.
