I suffer from a few mental disorders. So I know how some feel when ignored and dismissed. However, I will never feel the true extent of pain the majority of those with mental disorders. So I will do what I can. That is what this is. This book is here to educate the people who read this. Schools consistently undereducated and over exaggerate. Mainstream media and movies almost never do the job either. I am going to tell you the extent an illness can go and the effects it has on a person. So listen to what I say and learn from what I provide because 98% of the time no one does and it ends terribly.
