Chapter 8
After spending four days trying to find Lisa, the Louds slowly became more angry about her disappearance which didn't surprise Lily, Lincoln and Darcy. The Louds enjoyed making Lisa miserable with Albert none the wiser due to the fact that they forbid anyone to tell him about their treatment towards her. As the rest of the family were still trying to find her...Lincoln and Lily were playing before Lily started to frown.
"Poo Poo." Lily said.
"It'll be alright Lily. They won't find her especially since they'll still convinced that she's still in Royal Woods." Lincoln said. As Lincoln said that...the rest of the family walked in with angry expressions on their faces. They couldn't find Lisa...again and were really starting to lose their patience with her.
"Where is my pathetic excuse of a daughter?" Rita said.
"I literally don't know mom. But that brat hasn't done any of our homework for days." Lori said.
"Yeah. I received an F on my last assignment. When I get my hands on her..she'll wish that she was never born." Lola cried.
"Maybe we should bring in the authorities so they can find her that way..she'll be forced to come back to our house." Leni said.
"Good idea Leni. Now girls make sure that we keep the abuse to ourselves if they learned what we did...we'll be in deep trouble." Lynn Sr. said.
"Wait...What about Lincoln? Won't he tell them what occurred here?" Luna said.
"Lincoln knows what would happen if he doesn't keep his mouth shut besides he's too busy looking after Lily to care whether or not she walks through the door." Lynn said.
After a while, Lincoln and Lily heard police sirens which made them both look at each other with shocked expressions on their faces which slowly turned into disappointment. They knew that the Louds would never call the police on Lisa unless they wanted to force her back home. They also knew that they couldn't tell the police where Lisa went since their family could easily turn against them.
"Okay Lily. Guess the Louds called the police. Now I know you want to tell them about how they treated her, but that would lead to more problems that Lisa doesn't need to deal with if she hasn't reached another town." Lincoln said. Lily nodded and let Lincoln carry her down the stairs...ready to act like she didn't know where her big sister is.
At the same time, Lisa exited the woods and started to walk down the road. When she reached a sign that read...
WELCOME TO SPRING FALLS! HOME OF THE NICEST PEOPLE IN MICHIGAN.
Lisa slowly started to smile and walk into town hopeful that her days of suffering would soon be over. Unaware that the journey would to a better life than she and her true family and friends ever dreamed off.
