So I'm doing an RP and y'know not gonna bore with the details but if you wanna know I guess you can ask but ANYWHO I'm thinking Hugo could be Puerto Rican(I FEEL LIKE I SPELT THAT WRONG?) but like his family is 'americanized' so he doesn't really know Spanish he can just understand it he just has a hard time speaking and writing it because of his Abuela.
