I heared a ringing from my ears as I slowly open my eyes. I saw a white ceiling.

I inhaled sharply as I heard beeping sounds from beside me. I sat up to be only restricted by the IV fluid on my right hand. As I looked around my heart almost stopped when I saw someone unexpected. 

My father, is sitting right in front of the bed. 

"Oh you're awake" He said as he stood up to go near me. I flinched when he tried to place his hands on my bed. 

What happened again? Why am I here?

Just then I remembered that Hoseok, Taehyung and me went to the beach. I almost drowned but Taehyung saved me. I didn't know what happened after that, and why is my father here.

"How long have I been sleeping?"

"4 days" 

Tch, I got irritated as I started to worry more about Taehyung, but I couldn't ask Father.

"A boy saved you" I instantly looked straight at him upon hearing something about Taehyung.

"Where is he?" I asked desperately. But I just got a cold smirk. I shouldn't have asked him.

"Seems like he is important to you huh? is he the one who helped you escape at the mansion?" He asked but I just tried to ignore him. 

"Giving me the silent treatment huh?" As father said that, he went over the table. I looked at him secretly, studying his actions. He brought up a folder as he went back to my bed. He handed me the folder.

"Open it"

I don't want to follow him but I have to... just right now.

As I open the folder I saw a program outline. I read what is written at the top just to see that it has something to do with me.

"No I won't do this" I replied instantly as I let go of the paper I am holding. 

An event to introduce me as his daughter? No way. 

"I knew you won't agree with it, so take a look at these" He handed me a white envelop.

"I won't open this" I said trying to fight him back.

"Hmm... even though this would save that boy?" 

My eyes grew wide. Is he talking about Taehyung?

"I won't believe you" 

"Then have a look" He said while looking coldly. I gave in. I should look, if it is for Taehyung.

I slowly opened the envelop. I saw a couple of photos. They were photos of me and Taehyung hugging each other. I felt cornered when I saw them.

"Getting those pictures leaked would destroy his career" Father commented as he looks at the pictures I am holding. I crumpled the pictures as I glare at him. 

"Whoa, don't be angry at me, these were supposed to be leaked by someone but I bought it... in other words, I helped in saving his career" Father said smugly. If it is true, then he did good there. But I can't bear the fact that he is using it to make me follow his orders.

"Fine, i'll do what you want" 

"Good"

"Everyone, welcome the daughter of Mr. Sy" 

I walked slowly as I looked at my feet, not wanting to look at the crowd. 

"Hey, look at them" Father said as he pat my back. I gave him a face as I look at the crowd. Woah, they are so many, it is my first time facing a lot of people. That is why I never wanted to be an idol and just wanted to work behind them.

"Cana Sy" 

The Emcee called me as I emerged at the front with my father. I forced out a smile as we walked together. I hate these kinds of events, I hate facing people. 

When they introduced me, father made a long message, I almost doze off as I listen to him. I wish this would end already. After his speech a lot of people went towards me as they shook hands with me. I smiled at them as I shook their hands one by one. 

It is like that all throughout the  night. As I found some chance to slip from the crowd, I did immediately. I successfully escaped as I went to the balcony. The cold breeze from the night almost made me shiver. I looked at my dress which is colored white with some diamond beads making it sparkle as the moonlight hits it. My outfit looks dreamy, I never thought that I would be wearing this. 

I looked at the moon as I rested my elbows on the balcony. The moon makes me calm, facing such huge amount of people makes me emotionally exhausted. This area makes me kind of feel good.

I closed my eyes as I relax my mind. I miss my Mom... and I miss Taehyung. If he was just here, I could survive.

As I am absorbing the peaceful atmosphere, I heard someone walking towards me. I instinctively looked back to look at the person.

"Oh, are you alone?" A boy came to the balcony walking towards me. I don't know him, but he looks like a good person. He have these hazel eyes and curly brown hair. I was not able to answer, I am not used to talking with people I don't know.

"Don't worry, I am an acquaintance of your father" He smiled at me. He looks kind of young to be my father's acquaintance. I reached out my hands in front of him.

"Eh?" He looked at me confused.

"Shakehands?" I asked. He laughed as he shook my hand.

"Did your father tell you to do that with everybody?" He can't help holding back his laughter. I felt kind of embarrassed as I look at him while making a face, he noticed that so he cleared his throat as he look at me.

"Sorry for being rude, I am Seo Kang Joon, Im pleased to meet you" He said as he gave me another smile. I feel kind of skeptical, he just smiles too much, and based from animes I watch, those people who always have a smile plastered on their face are the most twisted ones. I should be careful around this Kang Joon guy. 

"May I ask why you're here alone?" He asked as he leaned over the balcony looking at me.

"I-I just hate crowds" I said as I feel tense around him.

"Oh, me too... I'd rather stay at my house than going to events" Kang joon commented as he looked at the moon.

"Then why are you here?" I asked. He chuckled before he answered me.

"I have to, because I was invited... it is rude to not show up when you are invited" Kang Joon said. He got a point. 

"Then I would tell my father not to invite you anymore" I said. I heard him laugh again as he wiped his tears. Did I say something funny?

"You are cute Ms. Cana" Kang joon said. I became embarrassed at his comment. The hell. 

"Ms. Cana doesn't sound right, just call me Cana" I said to him. 

"Alright Cana" 

Just then I heard a familiar song coming from inside the building.

"Butterfly?" I uttered as I heard it coming from inside. I rushed inside, I got surprised as I see Bangtan at the stage. Singing butterfly. The moment was just right and it was already Taehyung's part right after Jungkook. 

As he started singing I looked at him, full with longing. His eyes seems to be wandering from the crowd. While he is singing he seems to be looking around, when he looked right over my area, our eyes met. I could see the surprise in his eyes. The other members looked at Taehyung as they noticed that he stopped singing. 

They looked over me and the boys saw me. Taehyung's part passed by without him singing, then Jungkook continued.

Is it true? Is it true? 
You, you....

I felt my heart skip a beat as I kept my eye contact with Taehyung, I wanted to hug him badly, and based on his actions, he wanted too.

The song finished and they went at the backstage. I immediately rushed going towards the backstage when someone stopped me. It is Kang joon.

"Hey are you alright?" He asked me. 

"Y-yes... I just need to go somewhere" I said as I tried to pull my arms from him.

"Are you sure?" 

"Yes, please let me go... I need to go somewhere" With that he let go of me, I immediately ran towards the backstage not caring if I bump into the people in front of me. 

Taehyung, I want to see him.  That is all I could think of. He looks so mesmerizing with his outfit, I wanted to kiss him, I missed him so much.

As I ran towards the backstage my heart keeps on beating faster as I couldn't wait to meet him once again. I saw Taehyung standing with the other members. Taehyung saw me as he gave me a surprised look. 

"Taehyung!" I screamed in glee as I hug him tightly. I felt Taehyung's arms wrapped against my back. 

"Cana... you look so beautiful" Taehyung whispered at my ear. I looked at his face before hugging him again. 

"Hey lovebirds, don't forget that we are in a public place, you two should tone it down" Yoongi said as he looks over us. We could see the boys looking at us with their disgusted faces.

"Yah, you won't understand us because you are all singles" Taehyung commented as he mocked the boys.

"Yah!! I had a girlfriend before but we don't act so inlove in public!" Hoseok said as he pouted at us. 

"And where is that girlfriend now? she broke up with you?" Jimin mocked Hoseok. 

"Yah stop it" Jin commented. We all laughed in unison. 

Just then father came in. We all stopped as we looked at him, we could feel the tension inside the room. 

"Enjoy yourselves" Father said as he exited the room. 

We all looked at each other dumbfounded. 

"Yay let's party!!!" Hoseok shouted as each one followed him. 

Taehyung and I looked at each other, smiling happily like there is no one around us.

"I love you Cana"

"I love you too Taehyung"
