(The scene shows an overhead view of the US carrier fleet heading towards South America. Two helicopters are preparing to land on the carrier USS Liberator.)

Sokolov: USS Liberator, this is Captain Sokolov on final approach.

Baseplate: Copy Captain Sokolov, you are cleared for landing. Deck is prepped.

Hesh: Merrick, we've gotta go after him! I want Rorke!

Merrick: Negative, Hesh. The Neon-Federation satellites are moving into position. If they go live, the Feds can strike targets anywhere on the globe.

Lincoln: So what's the plan?

Lily: We risk everything we have left, including our last carrier, and we take it straight into the heart of Neon-Federation territory. We hit them on the ground and we hit them in the sky. It's all or nothing, brother.

(The view switches to Logan, inside the carrier, together with various heroes, including Merrick, Hesh and Riley.

White Hat: When the assault starts we need a Ghost team on the ground.

Tokuro: We'll be ready.

Merrick: And you'll be leading this one, Hesh.

Hesh: You're not coming?

Clemencia: We have something very important to do.

(Merrick picks up a mask with the iconic skull pattern of Elias and gives it to Logan. The mournful Walker son takes it out of tradition.)

Merrick: Here. Logan, this belonged to him.

Logan: Thanks.

Alastor: (to Riley) Sorry boy, your job's done. You're going with Merrick and company.

Baseplate: He'll be safe.

(The screen fades to black.)

[THREE DAYS LATER]

Announcement: All callsigns, Neon-Federation forces have entered our airspace. Report to your stations. Launching alert 5 aircraft to intercept.

Hesh: Showtime.

Lincoln: Henshin!

N. Decadriver: Kamen Ride: Decade!

(Lincoln transforms into Kamen Rider Decade)

Charlie: We've got to help them clear the deck, then find transportation to the Ground Array.

Baseplate: We are being boarded! Repeat - all hands to stations, we are being boarded!

Blitzo: If they get their satellites operational, they can hit us anytime, anywhere. They'll wipe us out. We've got to hold them off and deliver the invasion force.

(They come up to the flight deck of the carrier. Several aircraft are being deployed to engage enemies.)

Decade: (pulls out a card) Tangos on deck!

N. Decadriver: Kamen Ride: Agito!

Baseplate: Hornets are in the air. I repeat, Hornets are in the air.

Decade: Leave it to us.

N. Decadriver: Form Ride: Agito Storm! (Altering Storm Form transformation sound)

(They engage enemies on the flight deck of the carrier.)

A. Dust: Osprey's at the rear elevator! Let's clear a path!

(They reach the Osprey. More enemies drop in from helicopters.)

Decade: Enemies landing on the rear deck!

(The Osprey begins to taxi while they engage the enemies. They clear the enemies.)

Diend: (pulls out three cards) Regroup on me!

N. Diendriver: Kamen Ride: Larc! Kamen Ride: Ibuki! Kamen Ride: Todoroki!

(Three Kamen Riders are summoned as the Osprey begins to take off.)

Vaggie: How long until the Osprey is up and functional?

Sokolov: We're loading her now, she'll be airborne and ready in two mikes.

C. Bomb: Grab the targeting controls! We need to direct the drops!

Logan: Alright! I'm on it!

(Logan picks up the Osprey's targeting controls. The Osprey can be seen being loaded with missiles.)

Sokolov: She'll come back around on tight runs, just be ready to mark those targets.

Stolas: We need transport to join the assault force before hitting the Ground Array.

Sokolov: Yes, sir. Choppers are inbound but it'll be ten plus before...

Finn/Jake: Just get us that transport.

(Sokolov goes to get some transport. The Osprey is loaded and takes off.)

Baseplate: All squads, we have incoming Neon-Federation zodiacs to the north.

Stolas: Logan, get to the side of the ship! Let's go! They're trying to board the ship! Take out the zodiacs!

Logan: Okay.

(Enemy zodiacs launch grappling hooks to try to get on the ship.)

Vortex: Ordnance is loaded. Osprey is ready for take off.

Kiva-La: Tangos climbing up the side of the ship!

Baseplate: Osprey is one minute out. Be advised, ten plus enemy water craft approaching the Carolina from the East.

N: Take out those ropes!

Baseplate: All squads, additional Federation forces incoming from the north.

Uzi: Take out the zodiacs!

Vortex: Hostile gunboats incoming.

Verosika: Cut the ropes! Don't let these sluts on deck!

Vortex: Titan Three-One is ready for a bombing run on your mark.

Hesh: Logan, call in the Osprey and target those boats!

Logan: Roger!

Baseplate: Copy, Three-One.

Vortex: Titan Three-One inbound. Let's light 'em up.

(Logan uses the Osprey to take out several enemy targets.)

Baseplate: Eight plus hits, nice job Three-One.

Vortex: Good run, coming back around. Titan 3-1 is in position.

C. Bomb: Multiple boats confirmed hit.

(Logan stops using the Osprey as it goes back around for another run.)

Cosmo: Hell yeah!

Diend: More zodiacs incoming! (pulls out a card) Leave them to me!

N. Diendriver: Attack Ride: Cross Attack!

(Diend takes out some zodiacs as the Osprey gets in position.)

Sandy: Titan Three-One is online, making our approach.

Hesh: Logan, use the Osprey to clear out those forces!

Logan: Understood!

Samdy:Beginning our run.

Baseplate: Understood, Three-One.

Sandy: Titan Three-One coming in hot. Mark the targets.

Command: All squads be, advised, a Neon-Federation gunship is in the AO.

Lin: Gunship above us! Yankee 1-1, Fed gunship is hammering the Carolina! Re-tasking your squad!

(Logan stops using the Osprey.)

Ladybug: We've got to get the missile launcher online, and take down that gunship!

Rosso: (flying) Want a ride?

(Ladybug and Logan hop on Ultraman Rosso as he flies towards the missile launcher. Suddenly a missile hits the deck and knocks them down.)

Ladybug: We need to get off the deck! Get out of the open, follow me!

Rosso: Leave the rest to me! Go!

(They slide down the hole in the deck and reach the missile launcher platform. They kill the enemies on the missile launcher platform.)

Ladybug: Grab the rig and paint the targets. I'll cover you.

Logan: Alright, young lady.

(Logan pulls a body off the controller and uses it.)

Ladybug: There it is! Federation gunship! Target the gunship!

(Logan fires missiles at the gunship but it deploys flares.)

Ladybug: Federation gunship has deployed flares! The gunship is circling around. Concentrate on those choppers!

Lumine: We can't take another hit like that! Hull breach! Hull breach! This is Lumine, We need air support!

Baseplate: Sending rescue teams to you, Lumine.

Lumine: (unclear) We can't take another hit or we'll go offline!

Baseplate: Roger that. Attempting to reroute air support.

Lumine: Hull is compromised! Abandon ship! Abandon ship!

Cat Noir: Hind incoming right! Take out the choppers! Hind incoming left!

Logan: Alright!

(Logan uses the missile launcher to take out the Hinds.)

Spongebob: Oh no! The gunship is making another run! Gunship to the right!

Gary: Meow!

Baseplate: We've lost communication with the Carolina.

(Logan fires missiles at the gunship and damages but it is still flying.)

Arnold: Good hit! The gunship is damaged!

Logan: Just a little bit.

(Logan continues to engage Hinds.)

Jimmy: The gunship is making another run! Gunship to the right!

(Logan fires missiles at the gunship again. This time it is hit and goes down.)

Baseplate: Neon-Federation gunship is down, repeat Neon-Federation gunship is down.

(Logan stops using the missile launcher.)

Baseplate: Transports are away and inbound to the Ground Array.

Hesh: Nice shooting, Logan. The Carrier is safe. Time to join the main assault.

(The gunship can be seen going down above. But then various Union students come in.)

Decade: Alright, guys. Let's battle!

S. Driver: Lock Open! Kiwami Arms! Dai! Dai! Dai! Dai! Dai shogun!

R. Driver: Isshindoutai! Igokochi doudai? Chou yabai! Gourai arashi de new style! Kamen Rider! Revice!

G. Driver: Chokaigan! Mugen! (Angelic rock music) Keep on going! Go, Go, Go! Go, Go, Go! Go, Go, Go! Gotta! Ghost!

Kuuga: Chou Henshin!

(They transform into their Super Kamen Rider Forms while Sokolov and Marx prepare to face Rias and her Peerage.)

Isaac: Never stop believing! We are family!

(Izuku and Izumi nod, and then Ultraman Rosso, Ultraman Blu and Ultrawoman Grigio hold hands and the Makoto Crystal appears.)

Isaac/Izuku/Izumi: Select! Crystal!

Crystal: Overlap! The Three Souls!

Isaac/Izuku/Izumi: Enshrined by Reality! Immortal Truth!

Announcer: Ultraman Gruebe!

(And then Ultraman Gruebe appears)

Ochako: What the...

Shoto: Midoriya...

Gruebe: Let's do this!

Rias: Destroy them all!

(The RED Team shoots missiles at Akeno, Xenovia, Kiba and Rias while Sokolov deals with Bakugo and Marx fights Issei.)

Marx: How long I've been waiting for this.

Issei: What did this Ech0 see in you and not in me?

Marx: You will find out... RIGHT NOW!

(Then Marx draws his powerful weapons and uses them to kill Issei. Meanwhile, Rias and her Peerage (except for Koneko, Asia, Rossweisse, Gasper and Irina) is seen being overwhelmed by the mercenaries.)

Kiba: How can this be?

(Then Scouts throws a knife at Kiba's head.)

Scout: Ha! Moron!

Heavy: (shoots Xenovia's head) Don't forget to aim for the head!

(Meanwhile, Sokolov is seen breaking Bakugo's back.)

Sokolov: Brats like you don't deserve to be heroes!

(The Union students are easily defeated by the heroes as the Kamen Riders, Ultraman Gruebe, Ultraman, Zane Frost, the Federation Defectors and War Machine destroy most of them. The remaining students are Dekusquad,  Team NPR, Ino Yamanaka, Class 1-B, Koneko, Asia, Irina, Rossweisse, Gasper, Team CFY, and others who are non-corrupted, then they nod at each other and raise their hands, surrendering.)

Sandman: Ryan is safe.

Hesh: Command, have you got our ride?

Command: Affirmative. Viper-Six inbound.

(They climb the ladder back up to the deck.)

Hesh: Command, have you got our ride?

Command: Affirmative. Viper-Six inbound.

(They climb the ladder back up to the deck.)

Command: NORAD has multiple inbound RODs entering the atmosphere! The satellites are operational! All hands, brace for impact. Alert, impact...

(The control tower is hit by a kinetic rod from the LOKI space station. The carrier begins to capsize.)

Hesh: Head for that incoming chopper!

They run to a chopper. Aircraft begin to slide around them.

Hesh: Go, go, go! Tower's coming down!

(The tower falls.)

Hesh: To your right! Look out for that Osprey!

(An Osprey slides down from their right.)

Hesh: Watch out! Get to the heli! Come in, Logan! Get on, let's go!

Logan: Coming!

(They get on the chopper. The chopper flies away. Rods continue to hit the carrier as it sinks.)

Hesh: That had to be from the Federation satellites, they got the damn thing operational! We've only got one shot at this. We need to join the main assault and take out that Ground Array, or this war is over.

(The screen fades to black as the mission ends.)
