(At Site Hotel Bravo, Hesh and Logan are chasing Rorke through the tunnels of Site Hotel Bravo.)

Hesh: They're just around the corner, come on! Logan, get on the boat!

Logan: Coming.

(A Neon-Federation soldier is heard over the radio.)

Avatar One: Be advised, we're dispatching RPG units on the bridges to intercept Hesh and Logan. All bridge fireteams, equip RPGs and intercept any boats in pursuit of Gold Eagle. Little Birds are inbound. E.T.A. 40 seconds.

(They get on a Zodiac and begin to chase Rorke along the river. They encounter OpFor soldiers at the banks of the river. Logan pulls out a Mini-Uzi and shoots at them while Hesh suppresses them with his M4A1. Bodies drop and barrels explode while they dodge enemy fire and RPGs as they race down the river. Rorke is seen driving his boat into a cave.)

Hesh: Through that cave!

Logan: Let's go.

(They chase Rorke into the cave. When they come out, Neon-Federation soldiers are seen riding additional boats. Little Bird helicopters are flying overhead.)

Kestrel Three-Two: Gold Eagle, this is Kestrel Three-Two. We're over the reservoir. Don't have a visual, over.

Rorme: Kestrel Three-Two, they're still in the caves! Hold position and continue the observe! Gold Eagle out!

Kestrel Three-Two: There they are. Engaging target.

Rorke: Cleared hot, danger close!

Kestrel Three-Two: They're all over the place! I can't get a fix! These guys are really movin'! Gimme a minute!

Rorke: Take 'em!

Kestrel Three-Two: Locked on target! Target in sight!

Rorke: Cleared hot.

Kestrel Three-Two: Okay, I've almost got 'em lined up! Target acquired, engaging!

Avatar One: Air-to-ground missiles online. Ready when you are, sir!

Rorke: Cleared hot!

Avatar One: Roger, missile away!

Rorke: Avatar One, reacquire target and try again! Cleared hot!

Avatar One: Roger, UAV support available in 10 seconds. Fox-3!

Hesh: Targets at 12 o'clock! Stay clear of open areas!

(Logan drives the boat left and right and between rock walls to prevent the choppers from firing on them. They encounter OpFor soldiers who fire RPGs from the bridges.)

Hesh: RPG's, on the bridge!

(Soap maneuvers the boat to dodge RPG fire.)

Hesh: Get past that Little Bird before its guns spin up! Those miniguns aren't going to stop, shake 'em!

(Logan drives the boat to avoid the Little Birds flying about them.)

Hesh: We can't let Rorke escape!

(A Little Bird fires on them.)

Price: Right, go right! Left! Left! Steer clear of that chopper! Go! Go! We gotta lose 'em! Shake 'em off!

(They head down a series of rapids.)

Hesh: Rapids up ahead! It's going to get rough, hang on!

(While they go down the rapids Neon-Federation soldiers on more boats appear around them. Logan shoots at them. Once the rapids settle the chase continues. Logan takes out any remaining Neon-Federation soldiers and any Opfor soldiers at the river banks. A Pave Low is seen flying above the river.)

Rorke: Avatar One, gimme a sitrep, over!

UAV Operator: I have Warhorse 5-1 standing by. Pave Low's downriver, sir.

Rorke: Copy that! Warhorse 5-1, be advised, we're coming in hot!

Pave Low Pilot: Roger - droppin' the hatch - keep it above 30 knots and watch the vertical clearance.

(Rorke's boat drives into the Pave Low's hangar. The Pave Low takes off.)

Pave Low Pilot: Crew, Gold Eagle's on board. We're outta here.

Hesh: Logan! Hold it steady!

(The Pave Low flies away but it is blocked by a sandstorm. It hovers above the waterfall in an attempt to turn around.)

Pave Low Pilot: Uhh crew we got a sandstorm at 12 o'clock. We're taking the long way around. Hang on.

Hesh: Steady! Steady!

(As Logan holds the boat still near the waterfall, Hesh fires his M4A1 three times. The third shot damages the Pave Low's rotors and the chopper goes down.)

Hesh: Back up, back up!

(Logan attempts to get the boat in reverse, but the current is too strong; the boat falls over the waterfall and into the river.)

(Logan wakes up on the bank of the river, coughing up water from his lungs. (Sounds of the Pave Low falling and crashing can be barely heard) He stands up, wounded, knife in his hand, and begins to walk staggeringly towards the crashed Pave Low. He sees a wounded Neon-Federation soldier crawling and bleeding. He slashes and kills him. Right next to the wreck he sees another one lying on his back and holstering out a G18. The soldier pulls the trigger but the weapon clicks empty. Logan slashes and kills him. Clatter is heard from behind the wreck. It is revealed to be Rorke. Rorke frantically runs from the wreck into a sandstorm and rests on a car. Logan slowly chases him and sees him resting on the car. Logan raises his arm to kill Rorke, but Rorke blocks the knife and knocks down Logan to the ground. He takes out his own knife and stabs Logan in the chest. Logan temporarily blacks out.)

Rorke: Twelve years ago, the very Federation I used to fight against has threatened all of South America. Their leader, General Almagro demanded that all U.S. born citizens should be imprisoned or executed. I convinced Washington to let me, your father and the other Ghosts solve the problem. I led an invasion force to destroy Almagro. I was actually planning to have his head. After your father killed Almagro, the chopper was falling. And then, your father let me to die in the helicopter as it fell in the water. But somehow I survived.

(As Logan wakes up, Rorke takes out his empty magnum and loads two bullets in it.)

Rorke: Tomorrow there will be no shortage of volunteers, no shortage of patriots.

(He points the gun at Logan and locks the hammer.)

Rorke: I know you understand.

(Rorke pulls the trigger, but just as the bullet moves into the chamber Hesh runs in and knocks away Rorke, causing the bullet to miss, saving Hesh. Rorke kicks away the gun and he begins to fight hand-to-hand with Rorke. Logan slowly crawls towards the gun. Hesh is knocked down. Before Logan could reach the gun, Rorke kicks it away and kicks Logan in the face. Logan's vision fades in and out as he sees Hesh and Rorke continue to fight. It would seem that Hesh is good, but Rorke is better. Rorke kicks down Hesh and begins to punch him repeatedly in the face. Logan, seeing the knife STILL in his chest, grips it firmly and begins to pull it out. The knife slowly comes out of his chest, blood gushing from his wound as he angrily groans in pain. He pulls harder, straining his last bit of strength with both hands until it finally comes out. He twists the knife in his hand, looks at Rorke.)

Logan: (muttering) Rorke!

(Logan throws the knife as Rorke looks up. The knife lands in Rorke's left eye, killing him, his body falls backwards as blood gushes out of his face. Logan looks at Hesh, lying there motionless. Logan almost blacks out, but regains his vision when Hesh wakes up and coughs from the beating. He moves Rorke's body away as he gets up, he sees Logan.)

Hesh: Logan! Logan!

(As Hesh looks at Logan's wound and tries to cover it with gauze, Gru, his family, RED Team and Kick arrive in their Little Bird, and then the actual ghost of Elias Walker appears, which surprises them.)

Elias: I'm proud of you all. I'll be watching you from the afterlife.

(Then the ghost disappears, and Hesh looks at his brother, helps him up and carries him.)

Hesh: I thought I told you guys this was a one-way trip!

Kick: Looks like it still is... they'll be looking for us you know...

(Logan almost stumbles at Gru, who helps him up.)

Gru: It looks like we need to get your brother outta here.

Spy: I know a place.

(Then the chapter ends.)
