Sergeant Henry Blackburn U.S Marines first recon battalion was riding in a transport heading towards Dallas Texas to set a Defensive Line and slow down enemy advances Black burn had seen action in the war of 2014 from fighting the PLR in both Iran and Iraq and fighting Russian forces to stopping and Nuclear Explosion in time Square.

He thought he had finally stopped evil in the world but that all changed when an unknown enemy emerged from beneath  there feet and brought with them a war that no one could have prepared for. Blackburn looks at the men that he is riding with in the transport he see's that some of them are scared out of there mind facing an enemy they knew nothing about

" Misfit 1-3 this is Misfit actual do you copy over?" The commanding officer said to Blackburn " Copy Misfit Actual send traffic over" Blackburn said as he pressed the comm device in his ear " 1-3 be advise we lost contact with a convoy of civilian that was being escorted with a national Guard unit but lost contact" The commanding officer said to Blackburn " Copy that misfit Actual we'll keep an eye out " Blackburn said 

" Roger that be advise New Orleans fell as of last night Army units are setting up defenses trying to slow them but are having no luck it is imperative that you unit holds Dallas at all cost is that Clear ?" The commanding officer said to Blackburn " Yes sir " Blackburn said as the comm went silent he then felt the transport stop suddenly 

" Hey what's going ?" a marine asked the others as they looked at each other " Stay here I'll see what's going on Santiago with me " Black burn said as he ordered a twenty two year old Bobby Santiago " Yes sir " Bobby said as he and Blackburn exited the transport 

The Two marines walk from the back of there transport to the front of the convoy " So where are you from private?" Blackburn asked Bobby " Well I was originally from Royal woods Michigan but i spent most of my days in Great Lakes city before I joined up" Bobby said to Blackburn

Blackburn nodded his head but there was one thing he had wondered about the young private " You said your originally from Royal woods is that right private ?" Blackburn asked Bobby 

" Yes that is correct why?" Bobby asked him " Well then I have one question to ask you if it's alright?" Blackburn asked Bobby " Sir to answer you question before you even ask the answer is yes i testified against the Loud Family after they murdered Lincoln Loud there brother my friend someone who i considered a little brother after that i cut all ties with that family as well as there friends. so I joined up to stop things like that happening to other kids around the world" Bobby said to Blackburn 

" Yeah I remember that case five years ago it shocked the hell out of me I've seen shit in the middle east that will haunt me for years but I never thought that a family like that would do something like that to there own son" Blackburn says to Bobby and turns his head to him " I'm sorry about your friend he didn't deserve what happened to him hell no one deserve that" Blackburn says Bobby had a small tear in his eye because he remembered being at the service for Lincoln 

Saying good bye was one of the hardest thing to do. The Two reached the front of the convoy " what's going we need to keep this convoy moving ?" Blackburn says to the men in the front.

  " Sorry Sergeant we have some men moving some trees out of the up the road they should be done soon" A marine manning a 50.Cal on a Humvee 

" Alright just tell them to make it quick we go to get this convoy to Dallas" Blackburn says to the marine " Yes sir" The marine says " Hold it" Bobby says as he raises his M4 Assault rifle loaded with AP ( Armor Piercing ) Rounds Blackburn raises " What do you have?" Blackburn says to Bobby 

" Movement in the trees on the right" Bobby says. In the trees Locust drones run through the woods taking position ready to spring an ambush Boomers and grinders make there way through the woods " BOOM!" A Boomer shouted and fired

Blackburn and Bobby where waiting at the front of the convoy with there fingers on the trigger and then 'BOOM!' a Humvee second to the front explodes " CONTACT RIGHT SIDE!" A marines shouted as he fried his rifle into the direction of the woods and was meet with enemy fire 

Bobby fired his rifle as he took cover behind a Humvee until he was shoot at from the other side " LEFT SIDE! LEFT SIDE! " Bobby shouted as he returned fire. Blackburn was reloading his rifle as a transport exploded 

" Misfit Actual this is Misfit  1-3 we are under heavy enemy fire we are taking heavy Casualties we need reinforcements immediately how copy over!?" Blackburn shouted through the comm channel " Copy that Misfit 1-3 we have gunships in bound to your location eta Ten minutes" The commanding officer said to Blackburn 

" With all do respect sir we don't have Ten minutes !" Blackburn shouted as he watches another marines being shoot to pieces " SERGEANT WE WON'T LAST LONG WE NEED BACK UP NOW!" A marine shouted only to be shoot in the head 

" BOOM!" A boomer shouted and fired at a Humvee  where Blackburn was taking cover. The explosion sent Blackburn flying a few feet away from his men. Blackburn's vision  started to fade as he saw his men being gun downed by the enemy.

Blackburn watches as the men he was fighting with are being killed one by one as his vision grew heavy. Bobby see's Blackburn and rushes towards him " Hang on Sergeant your going to be okay" Bobby says as he drags his sergeant towards safety. Bobby hides Blackburn behind a fallen tree 

" THIS WAY!" Bobby shouted at a couple of marines. The marines saw where Bobby was taking cover Bobby provided cover fire for the marines that where heading towards his position Round after round is fired at the locust. With the use of Cover the Remaining Marines made to there position " Sergeant Blackburn  What's the plan sir?" A marine asked him.

Blackburn looked to see him Santiago and five other marines where left the others where killed by the locust. Blackburn grabs his Rifle and Reloads with a fresh magazine " Marines there's seven of us left " Blackburn says as he loads a round into the chamber 

" Lets make sure are brothers didn't die for nothing " Blackburn says to his men they all nodded there head and reload there rifles " on three " Blackburn says as the locust drew closer 

" One" Locust Drones turn there attention to where the remaining Marines are hidden and soon began to make there approach 

" Two " step by step the Locust drew closer as dark and twisted laughter came from there mouths 

" THREE!" Blackburn shouts as he and his men rose from there cover and fire on the approaching Locust horde Armor piercing Bullets flew out of the marines Rifles and cut through the Locust.

Boomer and Grinders turned there attention on the marines and began to unleash the wrath on the Marines of Misfit 1-3. The Remaining marines where preparing for the end until rockets where fired upon on the locust Horde 

" What the hell!?" A marine shouted the sound of engines filled there ears and a figured flew above them it appeared to look like  a man but was covered in black metal with a silver face with what looked liked a machine gun on it's shoulder 

A locust drone was about to ambush the marines as he mover from his cover and pressed the trigger only to be knocked down by a shield with a white star in the middle surrounded by red and Blue. The marines where surprised by this " You boys alright" A voice as behind them.

they turned around to see a man wearing a blue suit with a star in the middle some of the chest under neath it was red and white.
