(Lin Beifong is seen taking Victor H. Ramos to the Black Ops.)

Lin: They're all yours.

(Then Lin leaves while the Black Ops take him to an interrogation room.)

Parker: Start talking.

Ramos: Something much worse is coming for you all.

Glaser: What could be worse than the Neon-Federation, the Shadow Company and Atlas Corporation combined?

Ramos: The Union.

Cody: The Union?

Ramos: Yes, a group of powerful beings who masquerade as heroes. Huntsmen, Ninjas, I.S. pilots, Devils, Mages and even more.

Fletcher: Damn it...

Ramos: You will have to be prepared.

(Meanwhile, the heroes prepare to destroy Almagro's gas factory.)

Elias: If Almagro is in that factory, he's mine.

Lincoln: Pop Pop and Rusty are in there. They will provide some explosives. My friends and I will plant charges on the pipeline... Elias and kick will go with the rest and get a detonator from Pop Pop to rig rig the main furnace. When the charges are set, get a safe distance... and bring it down. Air support from Laswell paves the way. Rest is up to us.

????: I hope we're not too late to join, cutie.

(Lincoln turns to see Sunset Shimmer and the GIGN.)

Lincoln: Hey, Sunset.

Ladybug: Sabre, it's been a while, right?

Cat Noir: Do you know him?

Sabre: Yes, she does. Remember who shot Volpina's legs in that day?

Carapace: Was that you?

Faucon: And another thing, our Commander and Sunset Shimmer are actually together.

R. Dash: Phew.

Pinkie Pie: Well, it was bound to happen, because...

Rarity: What did we tell you about spoilers?

T. Sparkle: Technically, everyone knows that now.

Rarity: You have a point.

(Then Lincoln and Tokuro pull out their K-Touch.)

Lincoln: Ready, Tokuro?

Tokuro: Ready, Lincoln.

DCD. K-T: Hyper, Shining, Blaster, Armed, Survive, King, Rising, Emperor, Super Climax! Final Kamen Ride: Decade!

Diend K-T: G4, Ryuga, Orga, Glaive, Kabuki, Caucasus, Arc, Skull! Final Kamen Ride: Diend!

(Then they become Kamen Riders in their complete forms.)

Decade: Let's go!

(Some minutes later, the heroes are seen across the bridge to the other side to assault Almagro's gas factory. An APC is seen with them providing fire and support.)

Kick: Good kill, Watcher- Good kill...

(The heroes take cover behind the APC.)

Decade: Bell's rung- let's see who's home!

(Then Kamen Rider Decade presses a button in his K-Touch)

K-Touch: Kuuga! Kamen Ride: Rising!

(Then Kamen Rider Kuuga appears in his Rising Ultimate Form)

Kick: (on radio) Perimeter's open, Kate. We're moving in.

(The joint team begins their assault on the gas factory.)

Laswell: (over radio) Handing strike control to you now, 3-1- Air assets are all yours.

Kick: Copy. Good on ya, Kate.

Laswell: You have the con, 3-1, shoot smart...Watcher out.

Decade: Stack up!

(Kick carries a laser beam which he uses to guide the drone missile strikes.)

Kick: Jaguar 4-7, this is Echo 3-1 - Call for fire!

US UAV Operator: Echo, Jaguar is ready for tasking. Mark your target.

(A Neon-Federation helicopter flies inbound.)

Decade: This one is mine.

N. Decadriver: Final Attack Ride: K-K-Kuuga!

(Then both Decade and Kuuga destroy the chopper. But more trucks appear and offload Shadow Company soldiers.)

Diend: 3-1, call for close-air, now!

(Kick guides the beam to its intended target, allowing the drone to destroy targets.)

US UAV Operator: Missile out.

(The drone strike hits its intended target.)

US UAV Operator: Splash out. You got the whole group.

Decade: I got another surprise to them.

(Lincoln then presses another button of his K-Touch)

K-Touch: Agito! Kamen Ride: Shining!

(Agito is summoned in his Shining Form, and then the team pushes closer and closer to their objective.)

Decade: Let's take that hill!

(Another Neon-Federation troop helicopter flies towards the assault force.)

Lawrick: Enemy helo, inbound!

Elias: FIRE!

(Lincoln then inserts a card at his Neo Decadriver)

N. Decadriver: Final Attack Ride: A-A-Agito!

(Decade and Agito strike down the chopper, destroying it.)

Kick: Helo's down, good hit!

Sabre: The kid is full of surprises.

Decade: Everyone push! Get to the top!

Olesia: RPGs up high!

Elias: Up the hill! Keep going!

(The APC is eventually destroyed by Almagro's forces.)

Decade: Shit- our APC's down! I have to take action about this!

(Then Kamen Rider Decade presses another button of his K-Touch.)

K-Touch: Ryuki! Kamen Ride: Survive!

(Ryuki is summoned in his Survive Form as the rest of the team proceeds.)

Elias: Almost there!

(Another Neon-Federation helicopter appears in the skies.)

Decade: Enemy aircraft comin' hot!

Elias: You know what to do, Lincoln!

Lincoln: (pulls out a card) Sure!

(Lincoln inserts the card at his Neo Decadriver)

N. Decadriver: Final Attack Ride: R-R-Ryuki!

(Then Decade and Ryuki manage to destroy the chopper.)

Kick: Good effect on target!

Rico: (excited) Kaboom!

Skipper: Good kill, recruit!

Private: Was this really necessary?

Skipper: Affirmative!

(The drone returns with more missiles)

US UAV Operator: 3-1, Jaguar is back in the A-O.

Decade: Top of the hill!

(The assault force moves closer to their objective as they run up the hill.)

Marx: Almost to the top! Move your ass!

Almagro: All forces, all forces...

Cat Noir: Listen...!

Almagro: Code-6- We are under attack!

Elias: It's General Almagro! He's here!

Devade: Let's make sure he never leaves!

K-Touch: Faiz! Kamen Ride: Blaster!

(Kamen Rider Faiz is summoned in his Blaster Form as a Shadow Company attack helicopter appears just over the entrance to the chemical factory and begins attacking the assault force.)

Skipper: Enemy helicopter, inbound- take it down!

Almagro: Report to your combat stations, immediately...!

Decade: (pulls out another card) You won't get away with this!

(He inserts the card at his Neo Decadriver)

N. Decadriver: Final Attack Ride: Fa-Fa-Fa-Faiz!

(Decade and Faiz manage to take down the helicopter.)

Kick: Halo destroyed!

Danny: Good job.

Almagro: Annihilate the intruders- Shoot on sight...

(The Neon-Federation soldiers start retreating deeper into the complex while the assault force pursues them.)

Kick: They're on the run...!

Elias: Coward, he'll try to escape!

Skipper: Clear the carpark, boys!

(Rico then spits a flamethrower and eliminates the Neon-Federation soldiers outside the territory.)

Rico: Clear!

Skipper: You did well, Rico.

(The assault force moves up to the entrance leading into the factory.)

Decade: Echo team- this is your start line. Fight your way to Rusty and Pop Pop for the charges.

(Decade pries open the door. Kick, Elias and their team enter the facility.)

Elias: Masks on. Almagro could use the gas.

(Kick, Elias and their team come to a window overlooking the turbine room as they see the workers try to evacuate.)

Elias: Look- the workers are leaving...

Almagro: Security, report to the Turbine Room!

Kick: Let's go to work.

Elias: We'll get there.

(Kick, Elias and their team notice the weapons locker outside the turbine room.)

Kick: They're well-armed for a lab...

Elias: We will bury it all. Spread out.

Kick: Everyone fan out!

(Kick and Elias lead the militia into the turbine room when the main lights go out, leaving only the searchlights. Neon-Federation soldiers appear on the catwalk and open fire on Kick and Elias.)

Kick: Heads up...

Elias: Ambush! Up high! On the catwalk! Up there! Shoot!

(Kick and Elias engage the Neon-Federation soldiers, with Kick moving up the stairs onto the second level.)

Kick: Moving up- second level!

(Kick and Elias manage to eliminate the Neon-Federation soldiers inside the turbine room.)

Elias: Let's go! Outside!

(Kick and Elias lead the militia back outside where they see Albert's van parked.)

Elias: The van, that's him!

(Kick and Elias meet with Rusty and Albert, who open the back door of the van to reveal the explosives.)

Rusty: Kick, Elias...!

Kick: Rusty, Albert...

Albert: Come quickly- Get your charges.

(Kicks grabs his bundle of explosives and Rusty hands him the detonator.)

Rusty: The detonator will start the chain reaction.

Kick: Blow the furnace- the rest follows...

Albert: Correct. Don't lose it.

Elias: Why help us?

Albert: My family, except for Lincoln  and Lily, is a stain on my life, it will not stand.

Elias: Thank you, Albert.

(Rusty and Albert close the van's back door and prepare to drive over to Lincoln and his team.)

Albert: I'll take the rest to my grandskn and his friends. See you on the other side!

(Kick and Elias take the militia to a door leading back into the factory. They enter the turbine room where the lights are off. Suddenly, a Neon-Federation soldier kills one of the militia with incendiary shells. Kick kills the soldier in turn.)

Elias: Take that shotgun. We'll need it!

(Kick takes the shotgun as they engage other Neon-Federation soldiers and Almagro's voice is heard over the loudspeaker.)

Almagro: Attention- we are under terrorist attack. Do not leave your stations...

Kick: He's scared shitless...

Elias: Let's get to the furnace!

(Kick, Elias and their team move through the turbine room to the other side as they prepare to pass through the door. Suddenly, the doors burst open with such explosive force that it sends Kataryna flying backwards. A Federation Juggernaut appears armed with a machine gun. Kick grabs his detonator and sees that it has been damaged.)

Kick: Shit!

Elias: Alex, move!

Blitzo: What is that?!

A. Dust: Get away from it!

Juggernaut: You can try!

(Kick and Elias run throughout the turbine room and try to outflank the Juggernaut in order to defeat it. Kick uses the steam vents to confuse and blind the juggernaut.)

Vaggie: He's blind! Flank him!

(Eventually, Kick manages to kill the juggernaut.)

Kick: Big boy's down!

(Kick then picks up the Juggernaut's PKM.)

Kick: Shouldn't leave this lying around!

(Kick and Elias continue on to the furnace.)

Elias: Kick, the furnace is this way.

(Kick follows Elias up the stairs as her men plant explosive charges throughout the building.)

Elias: This way to the furnace, we're getting close...

(Kick holds up the detonator and sees it die out.)

Kick: Elias, we've got a problem...

Elias: What is it?

Decade: (over radio) Echo, this is Actual, how copy?

Kick: Send traffic Actual.

Diend: Got eyes on Diego Almagro! I say again, Almagro is moving to the heli-pad!

Kick: Echo is approaching the furnace, now, Actual.

T. Sparkle: Set your charges and move!

Kick: Roger, Echo, out! (to militia) You heard him, let's get it done.

(Kick and Elias reach the door and the stairs leading into the furnace.)

Elias: The furnace is through here! There's the door!

Kick: On it.

(Kick opens the door into the furnace as he and Elias enter it. They move through the chamber leading into the furnace and check for enemies.)

Elias: Clear! What happened?

Kick: Detonator's fucked.

(Kick tosses the detonator to Elias who looks at it.)

Elias: It's dead.

(Elias looks through the windows into the furnace.)

Elias: I'll go in there.

Kick: And do what?

Elias: Ignite the furnace.

Kick: You'll never get away in time.

Elias: I know what I'm doing.

Kick: (exasperated) Elias... listen to me.

Elias: No, you listen to me...because of this poison, my people have known something worse than war. I have not come this far to turn back.

Kick: I'm not asking you to turn back...I'm asking you to give me the order.

Elias: I won't do that.

Kick: Commander, please.

Elias: I am not your CO.

Kick: Then who is? Because someone needs to light this fire and someone needs to kill Almagro... you can't do both. I've been on assignment my whole life. This...is one I believe in. Give me the order.

Elias: (admiringly) You are a freedom fighter, Kick.

Kick: You're a born leader, Elias. Say the word.

(Elias hands the detonator to Kick.)

Elias: Go.

Kick: (grins) Yes, sir...

(Elias unlocks the door leading into the furnace and Kick looks at Elias and the others one last time.)

Kick: Good luck.

(Kick opens the door and enters the furnace. Marx and Ech0's childre sadly watch him go before Elias moves on to find and kill Almagro.)

(Meanwhile, Lincoln and his team are seen jumping down to an area in the compound and take cover from a sniper. Kick calls in to Lincoln and his team on the radio.)

Kick: (over radio) Bravo, Echo is set at the furnace. Elias is going for the general.

Diend: Roger, Echo! Fighting to the pipeline now.

Dexter: You set, Jimmy?

Jimmy: No ROE's now, huh, Dexter?

Dexter: None at all. Starting with that sniper.

(An RPG opens fire on Lincoln and his team.)

Ladybug: RPG- left side!

(Kamen Rider Decade and hisbteam move from cover to cover to try and outflank the sniper while contending with Neon-Federation soldiers.)

Decade: Keep pushing, Tokuro! Nearly there!

(Kamen Rider Diend reaches a set of doors which burst open to reveal two attacking Neon-Federation juggernauts. Kamen Rider Decade and his team dispatch the two juggernauts.)

Diend: We're clear!

Leon: Bravo, on me! Pipes lead this way, let's get this done!

Bobby: Yes, sir!

Chris: Through here, Leon!

(Kamen Rider Decade and his team reach the pipeline and begin setting the explosives.)

Sabre: Alright, set the charges! Let's go!

Cat Noir: Pipeline charges hot--!

(Kamen Rider Decade and his team see Almagro's helicopter flying away from the gas facility.)

Leon: Fuckin' hell, Almagro's buggin' out. Elias, Rusty, Albert, where are you?

(Then Jimmy pulls out a K-Touch.)

Jimmy: Lincoln! (gives it to Lincoln) Use this!

(Then Kamen Rider Decade starts pressing the buttons.)

K-Touch: Double, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, Zi-O, Zero-One! Final Kamen Ride: Decade Complete 21!

(Then Kamen Rider Decade changes to his Complete Form 21.)
Decade: Wow.

(Then he pulls out another K-Touch and hands it over to Tokuro.)

Diend: My new treasure.

(Then Kamen Rider Diend starts pressing some buttons on his K-Touch)

K-Touch: Accel, Birth, Meteor, Beast, Baron, Mach, Specter, Brave, Cross-Z, Geiz, Vulcan! Final Kamen Ride: Diend Complete 20!

(Then Kamen Rider Diend changes to his newest form.)

Diend: Wow.

(Suddenly a monster bursts out of a door.)

Leon: Holy shit.

Jill: It's Nemesis!

Sunset: I'd better take action! Ready, Kiva-La?

K. Kiva-La: Ready, Sunset!

Sunset: Henshin!

(Then Sunset Shimmer becomes Kamen Rider Kiva-La.)

Kiva-La: Kamen Rider Kiva-La!

Nemesis: GGGGGRRRRRRAAAAAAAH!

Decade: Tokuro, Sunset, Let's do it!

(The three rush Nemesis and attack from sides, but Nemesis deftly blocks and parries the punches and kicks. He then stands and lets his tendrils fight BOTH at the same time. Diend is picked up by the throat and Kiva-La is pinned against the side of the factory. Diend is about to choke to death, but Ingvild slices his arm, causing it to drop aside as Danny Phantom rushes towards him. Nemesis swats the half-ghost away like a fly. Kamen Rider Decade and Nemesis dash towards each other... and Decade double axe-handles the monster to the ground.)

Decade: I will destroy you myself!

(Then Kamen Rider Decade dashes at Nemesis while dodging his tendrils. Then he kicks the monster in the gut, and presses one of the buttons in his K-Touch 21)

K-Touch: Build! Kamen Ride: Genius!

(Then Kamen Rider Build is summoned in his Genius Form. Kamen Rider Diend slowly gets up, and also presses a button at his K-Touch 20)

K-Touch: Baron! Kamen Ride: Lemon Energy!

(Then Kamen Rider Baron is summoned in his Lemon Energy Arms as Diend manages to get up.)

Nemesis: GGGGGRRRRRRAAAAAAAH!

(Then both insert some cards in their drivers)

N. Decadriver: Final Attack Ride: B-B-Build!

N. Diendriver: Final Attack Ride: Ba-Ba-Baron!

(Then the four Kamen Riders descend into Nemesis with their combined kicks and put the monster to sleep.)

Decade: That was really close.

Diend: We barely made it, huh?

(Meanwhile, Sokolov and some other heroes catch the Loud sisters.)

Lynn Jr.: YOU!

Sokolov: Yes, Lynn Jr.. US!

Lori: Stay away from our sister!

Bobby: (angry) Or what?

Lori: Boo-Boo Bear?

(Then Bobby slaps Lori.)

Bobby: We're breaking up! Definitely!

(This causes Lori to fall into tears while Lynn Jr. still struggles to break free, but this is all in vain as Sokolov starts punching her hard in the face.)

Sokolov: I have been waiting long enough for this.

(Then he keeps punching her.)

Sokolov: And this is for Lincoln, you lying fucking bitch!

(Then Sokolov and the group take the Loud sisters away. Cut to the chopper, Elias is seen stabbing Almagro as he says his last words.)

Almagro: No! WAIT! You and your children- I know what you are...I've always known.

(Elias kicks Almagro off the helicopter and watches his body fall to the ground below. Leon tries to contact him.)

Leon: (over radio) Elias, what's your status?

Elias: (on radio) Leon, Almagro is dead.

Leon: Roger that.

(Meanwhile, Nemesis is seen mutating as he wakes up.)

Nemesis: GGGGGRRRRRRAAAAAAAH!

Diend: He's still alive?

Jill: Damn it...

(Then Lincoln decides to insert a card on his Neo Decadriver.)

N. Decadriver: Final Attack Ride: D-D-Decade!

(Then Kamen Rider Decade finally finishes Nemesis.)

Barry: Is that monster finished now?

Claire: I guess so...

Decade: Kick, charges set?

Kick: (over radio) Affirmative, sir.

Elias: Kick?

Kick: I'm not getting out of here. Let's do this.

Elias: (sadly) Thank you.

Kick: Yes, sir.

Elias: All clear, Captain.

Leon: Rog- All stations, on my mark... 3... 2... 1...

(The factory explodes all throughout.)

Logan: Confirm visual- targets destroyed. Well done... Proceed to exfil.

(Rusty calls out to Elias from the helicopter cockpit.)

Rusty: Elias!

(Elias enters the cockpit and the camera reveals Rusty and Pop Pop at the cockpit.)

Rusty: (smiles) The world would approve! Where to...?

Elias: Let's take them all to the main base.

(The helicopter flies away from the factory towards Elias' Base.)

(Meanwhile Sabre is seen with Sunset Shimmer.)

Sabre: What should we do next, dear?

Sunset: We will join Team Decade and other heroes. We will help them in their missions.

Sabre: So? Shall we follow them?

Sunset: Sure, my love.

(Then Faucon is seen at the helicopter along with Tuner.)

Tuner: Come on then, commander.

(Then the couple get inside their helicopter as it flies away.)

(The battle is over. Despite some enemies, including Rorke having escaped, our heroes will get them next time.)
