For outlines like this:

App used: Picsart

Step 1: Place your render

Step 2: make a copy of your render by tapping on the 3 dots

Step 3: change the mode of the render at the bottom to xor

Step 4: tap on the 3 dots and use the "transform" function to move the xor layer however you want

Step 5: merge the xor layer with your background (in this case, it's the white one)  by tapping on the 3 dots

Step 6: create a new layer (with a different background) by tapping on the white square with the plus and place it at the bottom

For outlines like this:

Recommended for: bigger renders
Not recommended for: full body renders & impatient people

Follow steps 1 to 6 above (optional)

Step 7: create a new layer and place it in between your render and background

Step 8: using a different colour for your brush, draw the outline of your render (I outlined the yellow part)

And that's it! You officially know how to outline your render if you didn't know how to at first
