Missing you

When I saw Maha I felt Happy and we greeted with Asalamu Alaikum. She gave me the gift and when I call her to come inside  she didn't waist any moment. she just came and gave a bone crashing hug.

" Bhai is missing you Bhabhi " Maha said while hugging me.

Then I felt like there is butterflies in my belly.  By knowing that Hussain is missing me as I do. I felt to ask some more questions but my friends didn't let me. They all came back and started to introduce themselves and hug Maha one by one and we all went back to kitchen. I poured another cup of hot chocolate to Maha and she also blend well in my friends group. 

Then after some time Mom said she wants help to arrange the lunch table. I got up to go but my friends didn't let me. They asked me to sit back and relax. 

"But this is my home and you all are guests " I said

"You say we are your friends so don't add us in your guest list " Riya said.

"But "I was cut off by Sanam

"But,  what,  won't work with us " Sanam said and they all went leaving me and Maha,  off course they didn't let her work too. I felt bad that in my home my friends are working and I am just sitting here. And what will Maha think ? I asked myself.

"Don't worry Bhabhi I too agree with them, that you should relax and don't think that I will feel bad or anything like that " Maha said as she read my mind and made me feel better. 

I just smiled at her and thanked her. Then I called her to my room because it will take another half an hour to arrange the lunch. We went to my room and sat on my bed.  Then I felt like want to ask thousands of questions which was running in my mind from morning but I couldn't get the curag to ask her so I just waited there. Knowing she will tell something about her Bhai.  Then Maha brokethe silence as I thought. 

"Bhabhi how are you ? And I know you also missing Bhai " Maha said and looked at me.

" I am good and yes " I said slowly

"How is your Bhai? " I asked finally

"He is okay but I don't know what you did to him because he is so changed these days " Maha said

"Like? " I asked with confusion

"Oh Bhabhi! off course in a good way. Like he is coming home early and he spends time with family. He starts to value the family. " Maha said and smiled.

"But he was already a family person and he cares about others first " I said

"Yes Bhabhi, he is... Masha Allah but now more and Maa always says that Her Bahu has given her share of  kindness to her Bata" Maha said and looked at me.

I felt so happy and don't know what to say. Because I never know he will be like this after our proposal. But it was something from him too that made me someone better. We both have made each other into someone better.  That's call true love. It’s not perfect but by being who you are and makes you a better person. And gives a value to my life. Two months ago I was just  a girl with dreams in my own world.  And today I was a girl living in someone else's world as a princess.

"So you're Bhai is not angry with me ? " I just asked because I felt like need to know it again even though I know the answer. 

"Bhabhi I don't know how to make you believe that he is okay in fact so happy with your decision. " Maha said

"Maha it's just that I need to know that his decision didn't change" I said.

"Bhabhi even I asked Bhai today morning,  if he wants to speak I can give my phone? But Bhai said he is a man of his word." Maha said and continued
"Because I know he is missing you so much that he is trying to hide but it's clear in his face. " Maha said

" Oh I am sorry " I said

" Bhabhi don't feel because it's not your fault. And I know it's difficult for you too that's why Bhai has given something special so you will feel better" Maha said and *Winked *

"Thanks Maha I will check that later" I said and gave a side hug to Maha .

Then Mom came and said lunch is ready so Maha and me went behind Mom  to the dining room.
