She was ignored, no matter now much she tried.
Until one fine day someone heard her screams,
And what they found haunts them still in their dreams.
Now the nation fights for the injustice done against girls, now when she's no more,
Why didn't you help her when she was alive but was greeted with closed doors?
You preach so much but practise none,
You did nothing when something was actually supposed to be done.
Trying being kind, and fight things when they're supposed to be fought,
You ask me how I think this way, I ask you why do you not?
