Personality:
She is known to be very kind and peaceful to everyone whom she may meet. Lucia loves to connect with people and Pokémon around her whether they knew of her or not. The young woman is very charming with her compassionate words that match with her bright smiles. She sometimes even offers help and advice to young children who admire her for her heart of gold and to those who ask for her help about certain things she could try to help them with, but she does not tolerate rude behavior. There are times where she may be clueless about small tid bits such as jokes she may not get for the first time or being flirted with, but she can sense danger and malevolence from other people such as Team Rocket who would try to steal other people's partners to sell them off. Her suspicions only decide to kick in when she feels highly cautious of something around her while as for harmless situations have her practice of caution hibernate. Lucia is very easy going and easy to joke around with, though there are times where she is too dense to get it because of her clueless behavior. It doesn't mean getting a good laugh out of her is impossible-- in fact, she still laughs even after the joke is explained. Many look up to her for her kindness towards people she approaches or vice versa and stellar performances in Hoenn's contest halls. It is known that she rather has them looking at her as an equal instead of as an unspeakable and untouchable well-known idol-- it tends to make her feel uneasy knowing someone idolizes her to where she'd be displayed as a someone in a class separate from everyone else. On stage, she displays confident grace, blinding sweet smiles, and always having on her face a tender look of genuine care to match her enchanting performances and behavior outside of contests despite being a nervous wreck under pressure. These qualities do not leave her when she battles though she displays more power in her movements yet less confidence in the arena due to not being much of a trainer participated in battles. Even so, she enjoys a good Pokémon battle between herself and her opponents, though she likes watching them more than participating in them. Lucia loves to try out new things and learn more about them thus giving her an adventurous and curious personality all the same. The things she learns are always written into a small notebook labeled as concepts or basic knowledge to help herself and her Pokémon throughout their lives such as the knowledge of what medicine she can make using certain berries and herbs she can look for or what move sets work best with each other to perform with or strategize during a battle. Lucia tends to work very hard in order to live up to her name and efforts instead of letting her looks and title as a contest performer draw in loads of attention, she doesn't like being lazy or sitting still just because she has a title and is known for it rather than what she does. Lucia does not get mad easily, but can easily be discouraged by failure as well as insults towards her own efforts, behaviors-- she tends to be distracted for a long time once she gets too worked up in said discouragement and usually has someone talk her out of it to continue on her path. Despite it, she doesn't let anyone look down on her thus why she keeps working as hard as she can to reach further towards her goal. It could either be very easy or very hard to hate someone as gentle as her.

Appearance:
Pastel pink hair, dull berry eyes, and fair skin

Lucia has long fluffy hair that reaches to her lower back with the ends curling inwards to slightly frame her body. Her fringes are fluffy and sweeps to the left a tad with the ends curling out towards the left. The locks of hair framing her face reaches a little past her shoulders and curl inward towards her face. She is known to have a twin braided headband hair style with the ends of her hair looped into loose long loops on either side of her head-- they rest on her shoulders comfortably. Her braided loops are always secured in a variety of ribbons.

Her braids are secured by wide gold bows on the side of her hair. She wears a beige tank top with visible running seams down the cloth and a connected black tank top underneath to cover up her cleavage. Both tops have their collars cut into triangular ruffles and also reveal her collar bone. Around her hips is a long thick red-brown sash accented with a thick orange line down the center. The sash is fastened by a silver detailed brooch to her left with a single loop hanging down from it and the ends, which reaches to her mid-thigh and above her knee-- the mega stone is attached to the brooch. Lucia wears a long navy skirt that is sewed similarly to a mermaid skirt, just looser around her hips down for movement and the flow of the skirt's lower half being similar to a circle skirt. Her skirt reaches a little bit above her shins. It is also decorated by dull light brown laces around her hips and she also wears a choker in the same color. Lucia wears a matching navy blue bell sleeve short cardigan that ends underneath her breast-- the sleeves end at the midst of her forearm. The back of her cardigan is slit down the middle starting from the midst of her back and also forms tails behind her that end past her bottoms-- the cuts look similar to rounded wings. The inside of the cardigan and the hems on the outside are black with the back forming a heart at the start of the split. Her tall white triangular cut collars have white laces decorating it around her shoulders and neck-- like her skirt-- and a silver infinite loop with three small spheres connected on both ends is seen fastening the cardigan together around her collar bone area. Her sleeves are also decorated by white triangular cut fabric at the edge and are laced up at the bottom by black laces. She wears tall brown laced up boots with tan rubber that end below her knees and light dull brown socks with visible seams that slight peer out of her boots a bit.

Biography:
As a young girl, Lucia was raised by her father, Abel, and mother, Wilma, as a regular girl living a normal life in Lilycove City without a Pokémon partner of her own-- she never went on an adventure like everyone else. Her parents rather had her explore the world with them when they head out the house to travel that way she didn't get hurt, but they never actually sheltered her from everything thus giving her some freedom to roam around a few places near home. She is normally soft spoken and was taught to be kind and well behaved towards others, which many adults liked her for-- with that she ended up being the definition of poise and grace for everyone around her. Lucia was never really interested in traveling with a Pokémon partner in the first place like other kids around her age, but she certainly loved to play with trained Pokémon owned by friends and neighbors thus urging her out of the house to at least travel to a certain distant in the city to play. It was obvious that her parents' Pokémon were very protective of her due to her kind nature and that made her a very easy target for any sort of attack whether she was being cautious or not-- so where ever she goes, at least one of them would follow her around to keep her safe from physical and mental harm. Lucia's parents weren't able to sent her to school due to their location being a bit on the far side, but did their best to teach her about the world of Pokémon and of the like through their own knowledge. The two also encouraged her to learn more and even try attending school when she gets older and start traveling with a partner herself. She was able to learn about many information on battles, Pokémon behaviors, and partner well-beings through her parents and even used them throughout her life whenever she got into a pinch or ran into a Pokémon that was in need of help. Her parents were also able to teach her about healing effects with certain berries and herbs which soon expanded as she sought for more knowledge to imply into her life as she continued to grow older. Heavily believing that Lucia was aiming to become a Pokémon nurse because of her knowledge in healing, the idea of the girl being a nurse was changed when she stumbled upon the Pokémon contest hall located in Lilycove City. Upon entering out of curiosity for once in her life, she was immediately entranced by many of the Pokémon and their trainers' costumes and warm up performances-- she wasn't there to see a show in the first place, thus prompting her to leave rather than stay. As soon as she got home, her new interest was immediately shared to her parents in which they happily accepted knowing what exactly she wanted to try her hands at rather than forcing interests onto her.

Though the girl didn't have a Pokémon to begin with, she often watched and studied how coordinators performed on T.V and sometimes live when she had the time to go. Because she had no Pokémon in her care nor did she want to head out and catch one herself, her father was eventually able to bring home a male ralts for her whilst taking a short business trip to Fortree City. According to Abel, the ralts was from a woman breeder who was about to send off a few Pokémon to another breeder that had open space in their day care compared her small building. Seeing the overloaded bustling building had him curious into checking out what was going on and soon he as greeted by the sheltered ralts who grew attached to the man after sensing his kindness and energetic force. Meeting Lucia and reading her emotions to understand what kind of person she was soon had the ralts attach himself to her soon after their travel back from Fortree City ended when they were presented to one another. A few days after getting Ralts, Lucia and her new partner began to train physically in order to get Ralts to learn new moves as well as have the two perform with graceful to clean movements. They also trained mentally to build up her confidence and face many new people who would wish to challenge them in regular battle for enjoyment. Days turned to weeks which then turned to months and eventually Ralts was evolved into a kirlia with move sets meant to enchant the crowd within their practice schedule, though it was a mess without her realizing it. Nervously entering into their first contest in Lilycove's hall with both parents' support, the frightened pair were quickly disqualified from their contest-- being complete amateurs compared to the other contestants who were either veterans or had competed before-- and this experience easily discouraged because of their lack of skills. Her parents continued to nudge her on and suggested her to stay and watch the rest of the performances to learn more about what she could do to fix her mistakes in which she anxiously did. Practice continued on with a weaker mind which worried her kirlia for her negative emotions affecting her and her mother soon gave her a short talk of encouragement to tell her that her first failure was simply the first step to her success and she would need to face many more to reach it. Keeping her mother's words to heart, Lucia continued to practice with Kirlia and learned to build up her solid confidence along with fixing around her routines and Kirlia's moves to have a smoother performance each time she entered. She continued to enter into contests to see how far she could get each time in each round and always strive further to reach for her goal. With many losses in tow, the two were finally able to reach to top five with their confidence rising up to the heights of enjoyment after over two years of focusing on their mistakes and perfecting them. This urged Lucia to practice a little more to reach her goal and also soon had her kirlia evolve into gallade through their hard work much to her joy.

Lucia continued to battle in regular field battles to have Gallade learn and perform new moves-- she also happened to catch a few new Pokémon to add to her team during her training-- but she was more into contest performances which caused her to be lacking skill in regular battling because of her lack of attention in it and Gallade's moves being mainly focusing in performing. Even so, she didn't mind and continued to work around with the moves to ensure victories she was able to obtain in regular battles. Eventually, Lucia got to first place in contest performing in Lilycove City's halls along with her gallade, which she lost a few times to other contestants before holding it officially and firmly. Amazed to see her hold up in efforts to get as far as she did, many younger contestants tend to look up to her while, some others looked at her as a rival or just with cold jealousy. She made many appearances with her gallade and even with new partners, building up their experiences and unknown fame to an extent and was soon known to dominate in the beauty section of contests for her lovable energy, smile, and graceful movements melded out to match with her Pokémon's. With her constant hard work and support from her close ones, Lucia began to aim for new heights and even tried out other flavors of the contest sections such as cute, cool, and clever. She was known better to stay in the beauty section, but tried the others for fun anyways and see how far she can get despite losing often or getting lucky enough to win in a category she didn't fit into properly. Her beauty performances are known to be very eye catching and powerful with graceful movements, which are hard to pull off without looking so stiff or unnatural. As she continued on to catch Pokémon for her team, many noticed that it mainly grew in numerous fairy and psychic types with a few exceptions of other types such as water or dragon. Even so, it is said that her Pokémon were capable of moving just as graceful as her no matter the type, gender and species-- this is all because they practice alongside with what she does every time to help her positive attitude grow. As they all flourished, Lucia was eventually always seen with her gallade and newly evolved gardevoir walking behind her wherever they went to protect her the same way her parents' Pokémon did when she was younger because of how others would look down at her for her slightly meek personality. She soon traveled to Slateport City, Fallarbor Town, and Verdanturf Town to attend contests there as well-- her name soon became well-known in the beauty contests throughout Hoenn and her title was solidly held up by her efforts and dedication. Even so, years later a new idol, Lisia, rises to the top of the contest halls and impresses everyone with all of the contest entries from all sections. Despite it, Lucia was still admired by people and very well out there for her beauty contest performances, parring with Lisia's natural talent that had the contest halls wrapped around her finger. Lucia holds no grudge towards the younger girl and continued to watch her grow with her Altaria whilst focusing on cultivating her own abilities that allowed her to remain dominant in the beauty section of the halls. It is known that Lisia had an interest with Lucia's performances before she started competing herself.
