Personality:
Easily embarrassed and shy to the core, Fionn is the very embodiment of a kindhearted being that just simply loves to help others in any way he can. His embarrassed side hits him like a freight train out of his control whenever the situation calls for it, which then makes he become a gigantic stuttering mess and a huge klutz. Besides making a fool out himself when he is overexcited, he is very hard to anger and bother-- most of the time, he simply laughs off the insults and violence around him as if nothing is wrong which shows how carefree he has become. However, once he is angered greatly, he scares off everyone with his sharp glares and harsh insults-- including Elodie-- as well as offer no mercy to his enemies. Fionn really cares for his allies and, especially, his younger cousin-- no matter how hard the situation gets for him, he ends up putting everyone else before himself to keep them safe. As the older of the two, Fionn acts like Elodie's older brother and it sometimes confuse others to thinking they're siblings when they truly are not. He can't bear seeing his dear cousin upset or hurt in any sort of way and as benevolent as he is naturally, Fionn does whatever he can to prevent it from happening out of an instinct. Elodie's pain will always be his pain while his is hers; the two are very connected through emotions. He is mainly credited to have a brotherly and mature nature by others and most of his peers love it about him while some remain jealous for his control on his own anger and large amount of care. Because Elodie sees his soft personality to be partially a problem in certain situations she believes is inexcusable, she had dedicated herself to protect him with everything she can offer even through the payment of her own life much to his dismay. Nevertheless, he appreciates her thoughts and returns it with his own protection and great kindness that way she's always unscathed and happy where ever she goes with him. When Fionn's aggravation comes out, his smile turns into a sharp glare and most of the times, he releases loads of insults at the person or people he is mad at-- normally he does not insult people, but when he does, it comes off violently heartless. It is a bit hard for him to control it once he begins his barrage of insults, but it is easy for him to calm down with only the help of his cousin who also seems to fear him for her life when he's angered. Despite having great control in being calm and also being all-around a sweet person, his violent side still practically lingers inside of him like how it did when he was younger-- before it was less in control however thus prompting him to learn how to stay calm for much longer. Like his cousin, he speaks quite formally, but not a whole lot. He loves to treat everyone with respect in hopes of showing everyone of all status that not all nobles are disheartening and ill minded. Though he knows he cannot change everyone's view in the fact, he stubbornly keeps it up and even find new ways to establish the fact.

Appearance:

Fionn has layered and slightly messy hair that reaches above the nape of his neck by a bit. His long bangs are slightly pulled back and swept neatly to his left-- it does cover his lashes a bit.

Fionn's outfit consists of a full out slate colored armor with tan accents. His armor seems to have a tall slate collar connected to it to protect his neck from having it injured during fights and it is wide enough for him to turn and move his head around comfortably. A curved tan piece above his chest is seen decorating the front of his collar to provide the protection of the front of his neck. The center of his chest has a dull purple diamond in the center of two tan diamonds connected on the top and bottom of it. From his below chest down, Fionn's armor resembles to a dragon's sectioned out abdomen where it is lined into tan segments in the center of his stomach while his breast plates remain the usual slate color-- to section out the tan and slate, a black line is seen running down between. His breast plates has a tan design that runs diagonally around him starting where his decorative neck piece rests and curls outwards. Around his thighs are armored pieces that covers up the sides and are strapped around his legs and belt comfortably by teal belts and black buckles. The front end of his armor is similar to a vest reaching up to his pelvis and around his waist is a teal belt that keeps the lower pieces of his armor from heavily flapping around as he moves, the belt is strapped through slate metal pieces of his armor and the triangular tight buckle of it is right in the center of his stomach, the mid-section of these armored pieces are tan. Tear shaped shoulder guards reaching to the center of his forearms are seen strapped down comfortably by two teal belts and the rest of his arms are covered and protected by slate armor comfortably up to the back of his dark grey gloved hands-- the metal pieces are seen halting by his knuckles and the rest of his gloves are decorated by unnoticeable scaled designs. His armor is known to have tan decorating the edge of it with a design in the center of his shoulder guards. The top of his shoulders are not fully covered by the armor, but is enough to provide protection and allow him to move. The rest of his armor starts at the knee guards where it is in a slightly rounded out oblong diamond shape-- a tan line runs across the top of it. His lower legs are completely guarded and the toes of his armored shoes are slightly curled upwards-- the segments of his feet are slate, but his feet are also covered tan below the segments. Underneath all his armor, the young man wears a white long sleeved turtleneck with a sleeveless dark red tail coat over it with the collar is folded neatly-- the tail coat hangs freely behind him and is lined in dark grey. To match it, he also wears dark maroon-- nearly brown-- pants.

Biography:
Fionn was born in the year of 384 in the Valentian calendar and the year of 589 in the Arcanean calendar. As a young Rigelian noble, he was raised by his personal maid, Corinne; his mother, Hailey; and his father, Gerhardt; without a sibling in the family. It was lonely being an only child, but he still love the company he had surrounding him despite it being only in his household fill with butlers and maids. Fionn's quiet life, however, was cut short when Gerhardt passed away from a painfully horrendous murder in the night in the hopes of earning the family's wealth by corrupted nobles, which happened to be successful. Before he and his mother were killed, their remaining surviving maids and butler quickly jumped in to protect the two from suffering the same fate Gerhardt had to experience last. With the few murderers escaping, Hailey and Fionn quietly burned the image of the dead man in bed until morning arrived once more-- the young boy was completely distraught and angered to see the man he called his father laying in cold blood and lifeless from that very moment. As soon as the morning sun rose back up into the sky, the corrupted noble, who seemed to have planned this assassination, came by to say a few words to Hailey about her husband's recent passing. In order to gain their wealth, the man tried to court the woman in which she refused and soon resorted to violence and force. The act was enough to anger Fionn greatly enough to build a large distrust towards nobles and soldiers at a young age thus prompting him to stay away or treat them differently if he ever encountered them in the future. Their wealth was inexcusably stolen away from Fionn's family by the same man with the excuse of Hailey being a powerless widow and a son too young to inherit it. All their workers were dismissed from the household with Hailey's apologies for having them experience the invasion and requesting them to escape from the man. Though they did leave and respected her for her decisions, Corinne remained. By this time, Fionn-- at the age of eleven-- his maid; and his mother packed up their belongings to move over to Elodie's residency after news had reached their ears through Hailey's letter. Though hesitant with her actions, Fionn's mother was able to forcefully take back a portion of their wealth before they made way to their relatives without getting caught much to Fionn's relief. By this time the act of stealing back their own money didn't even feel like a sin anymore and the small family just allowed it to pass. Fionn felt thankful for being taken in by his cousin's family, thus paid most of his debts through kindness and also watching over Elodie due to being the older relative, but his problem was being a bit too hot-headed at times. Elodie found it uncomfortable, thus not really liking him terribly much and finding him stuck up. No matter, he loved her more than anything like a sibling-- eventually the two got along better as time passed. After the move to his cousin's house, his maid continued to help him hone his talents and through his education-- this time Elodie is taken in through the education with him. As a thank you gift for his family, he sews simple items such as handkerchiefs to give to them and continues to improve in order to make bigger items and show his gratitude. Before, Fionn had thoughts to pursue the life to look for help, but it soon faded away when Elodie came into his life. Instead, he believed he should be watching her instead of doing anything reckless.

His arrival at Elodie's house marked the two cousin's very first meeting with each other and though saddened by the tragic events that fell into his place, the young boy still felt grateful for their relative to take them in out of the context. Both Fionn and Hailey dressed up completely different than to Elodie's own family-- fancy and clean like actual nobles-- and it made Elodie a little embarrassed to even have them around the house to see just how low her family was in their current state. Fionn was highly aware of her discomfort. Due to the embarrassment she felt, Elodie didn't really like her cousin and always saw him as someone to be stuck up-- really, he was completely amiable, though sometimes a bit hot-headed. Even with her dislike towards him growing slowly, Fionn still loved her like his own sibling he never would have and always watched her like how a caring older brother would. Though during his first few weeks of staying with Elodie felt a bit odd, the young boy slowly adjusted to the new environment and relaxed himself-- he did feel skeptical and hoped that his new found home wouldn't be invaded only to have another mass murder happen before his eyes. Elodie was unaware of the situation both their families were going through at first, but after she found out when she was thought to be old enough to handle the situation, the girl was immediately changed into a person who, just like Fionn himself, distrusted the nobles and soldiers all around. Seeing her now disgruntled attitude, Fionn remained with her in order to get her to think about other things rather than getting upset about it-- she didn't appreciate his being there at first, but soon accepted his efforts with gratitude. As the cousins continued to grow up with each other, the two ended up relying on both of their respective strengths and trained their hands at weapon handling much to their guardians' dismay. Both Elodie and Fionn had set their goals to proceed the life out of their home in order to reorder the right from wrongs when they're ready and promised to each other they'll come back successfully and well alive. It was mainly because the two had the thoughts of corruption stuck with them which got both of them to decide to head out and look for help as the situation grew worse. With that, Fionn, who had the obvious strength when compared, decided it was best to attempt his hands at wielding the spears and lances along with his cousin who decided to learn sword art and even magic for emergencies through the process of studying from books and movements of soldiers in training. Both Clemente and Corrine, supported the young nobles' choices and also decided to help them in their training as well. Finding those with skills who they trusted, the two house workers brought in their allies to help both Elodie and Fionn further train their skills until the day they decided to leave.

Years later with plenty of training in their experiences, the two embarked on a journey in order to seek for the help they wished long ago to be there for them in order to get rid of the corruption in nobles. Elodie, as the blade between the two and the much noted peacemaker, noticed that Fionn has gotten too tame over the years and ended up dedicating herself to always reflect both their anger at the enemy, much to her cousin's dismay. Even though he wasn't too much of a fan for his cousin's recklessness, he was still more than happy to know that his cousin was always there willing to protect him thus why he always reciprocated and watched out for her tenfold. Fionn often gives Elodie all of his support in the fights they encounter and cannot settle calmly between brigands while they both travel around the land. This eventually led to the two to head out of Rigel territory and cross to Zofia in the process much to their surprise. Though trouble was one thing, being in danger is another. During the time the two ventured off to continue to look for the desired help, the two ended up being separated from each other in the woods and had to quickly look for each other before the worst may come. As the more calm and collected of the two, Fionn searched for his cousin desperately yet not panicking at the slightest, but eventually ran into Celica and her army instead. Though he was cautious as he approached, Fionn quickly grew fond of the princess' kindness, but snapped back to reality that Elodie was still missing. Quickly dismissing himself, Celica tried to offer him their help, only to see him take off before she could finish this time out of a panic. Attempting to help the young man, the worried priestess and her army eventually lost sight of him and went along the way in hopes of running into him again. Fionn soon ran back into his cousin minutes later with his heart racing from the thought of possibly losing her. As soon as the two exchange a quick hug of relief, a group of brigands who had been sneaking around and following Elodie from the start quickly tore the reunite apart and began an assault. With both cousins trying to fight back to get to one another, the two became heavily injured and was bind in order to keep them from attacking. The duo ended up crossing paths with Alm's group of Deliverance in the awkwardly dangerous situation. After being saved, both were relieved to hear that the group was willing to help them fight against the corruption in mankind that has spread all throughout Rigel and Zofia-- Elodie and her cousin also offered to help the soldiers with the situation they were forced to face in Zofia along the way. Though Fionn was highly aware of Elodie's fear towards soldiers, the young man continued to stay with her at all times and even beckoned her to come over and chat with an ally with him. Out of gratitude, Fionn dedicates his skills in mending clothes and sewing for the army's uniforms when necessary.
