Dear Kathy,

Sorry about missing your letter, I was busy. I joined the Quidditch team. It is so great. Everyone here loves me and they treat me like some great hero. It is so awesome everyone knows who I am. They all want to be my friend. I am doing so well in all of my classes, my teachers love me well, one doesn't, but he doesn't matter. I have practice soon. I will write when I have the time.

Dear Harry,

It is perfectly alright, I was a little worried. I understand that you are busy with school and stuff. What is Quidditch? Is it some sort of game? I am very happy that they are being kind to you and you have lots of friends. I hope they'll be nice to me too when I get there. Is the teacher who doesn't like you the one who was mean on the first day of school? I miss you, can't wait to see you at Christmas.

Lily sent her letter to Hedwig and went to bed. The next morning she didn't receive a letter, though she did not think much of it knowing Harry was busy. She kept up hope until another day went by, and another, and another. A week went by without a reply and all she could do was wait. Why isn't he responding?
