Capricorn might annoy easily, but generally it takes a LOT to anger a Capricorn. And it's certainly not a recommended that you cross the line. If a Capricorn is angry with you, they have no time for you. They might not tell you that they're angry with you. Most of the time, Capricorns will just flat out ignore you. It will take a some time to themselves to sort things out, but most of the time, Capricorns will decide that they are no longer friends with you.
