Amplify (cover)  

The cover is good. The font used and the style are nice. But I couldn't see your name and cover maker's name clearly. Had to search for it maybe if their size is increased it would be good, at least your name.

Accent (Title) 

Are you going to continue this operation octet series?  If yes then the title is apt for the story. If no then I think octet apt for the story as it revolves around these eight officers.

Crescendo (Blurb) 

Blurb is really an eye-catchy one. Making one interested to read the book.

Hook (Prologue)  

You have not presented a prologue. The prologue is an important factor to attract a reader. It will help them to know which content they have to expect from the story. You could make your first chapter a prologue.

Ballad (Plot)  

I would say an interesting and excitement filled plot. Thinking about their next step is quite thrilling.

Assemble (Characters) 

You molded the characters very well. Manik's character is very interesting and different and you definitely portrayed well. Though you didn't give a character sketch you made it a point to introduce the characters perfectly in chapters and also nice brief in the blurb.

Avant Grad(Storyline)

The storyline is interesting yet difficult to portray. Many try to write on the army but only a few do the justice to it and I can say you are doing well with it. The way you are presenting their every step is causing great interest. Good going dear.

Well, I didn't find any grammatical mistakes in your story. As it is edited your friend is doing a good job in it.
