You knew that it would be a long time before you got to Undyne. You really did. Waterfall was a big place, after all. Plus you were not gonna miss going through Temmie Village.

The bridge flower puzzle was in sight in no time. Frisk took the liberty of placing all of the seeds in the water, letting them bloom. You walked over the plants, which were actually quite wobbly. Chara, having an ability to float and fly, didn't fall into the water. Unlike you, who ended up soaked. Chara snickered and helped you up out of the water.

"Thanks," you said.

"No problem."

"Another one up ahead, I guess," Frisk noted, stepping into the large room.

Chara zipped over to the seeds and placed them in the water as quickly as she started. She landed on the other side of the bridge, smiling.

"You slow pokes coming or what?" She said. Frisk ran over to her and giggled, you not too far behind them.

"Alright! We're getting by fast!" You said. Frisk giggled and looked up at you. Their eyes were opened. Sky blue orbs looked up at you, a smile accompanied them.

Chara looked away and hid her face in her hair, presumably blushing.

"Oh my god Frisk...I swear if you get any more adorable," she muttered. Frisk giggled and gripped her hand from her face.

You smiled and continued forth hearing Chara's flustered stutters and inaudible mutterings.

Soon you made it to the wooden bridge. You knew was waiting for you three.

You walked on, then saw the blue dot on the ground. You were almost impaled by the spear that shot out of it. The kids shrieked. Apparently the spears were a little close for comfort. You and Frisk ran while Chara flew beside you, dodging spears left and right. It was chaos, and you had to backtrack a few times because of the fact you kept making wrong turns.

You got to the end of the bridge. Dead end. You honestly kinda forgot about that and you started to panic slightly. You heard Undyne run up behind you and, when you turned, she stood there, red hair flowing down from her helmet, a golden and red eye loomed from behind the metal.

"I got you now you little punks! Have a nice flight!" She said, summoning a light blue spear and slicing the end off of the bridge. The three of you fell down.

You felt like you were floating down for a moment, your vision black.

"Oh! Are you hurt?" A young voice said.

"I...I'm not sure," another voice said. A little girl.

"W-what's your name?"

The girl's voice was muffled, but apparently the other child could hear her clearly.

"That's a really nice name. M y n a m e i s..."

Then you opened your eyes and jolted up. Chara was floating in the air muttering.

"Oh my god...oh my god...oh my god..."

Frisk dragged her down and wrapped an arm around her.

"Are you okay, Chara?" They asked.

"I...I'm fine. Let's keep going," she said, heading off.

"We know it's you and Asriel. The blackout. We've heard it before. But we'll get Asriel back, just like last timeline, right?" Frisk said.

"Yea...but....I SAW the blackout. I could see Asriel right in front of me being so nice to me. I remember...so clearly..." she said. I remembered her story. She was...suicidal back then. Gave up hope in humanity and decided to end it all. I saw a tear fall down her face as her eyes started to grey.

"Chara, no. Don't cry!" Frisk said.

"I...I'm sorry. Just...that opened up a few old wounds. I guess we gotta get to Mad Dummy huh?" She said, wiping her tears away.

"Yea. Let's go," I said, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. We walked through the garbage ridden room and found him. Still as a statue. His eyes followed us, but we knew his plan.

"HA! YOU THINK YOU ALL CAN WALK AWAY FROM ME!" He said, bursting out of the water before you.

Your souls appeared before you, the only color in a black and white world yet again. You looked at Chara and Frisk, all of you DETERMINED.

I also went prom dress shopping and I got it!
