I am happy to announce that the first chapter of the sequel is now out!!!! It is called:

This next bit is going to be long and sappy because the author is a rambler and he wants to let you all know how grateful he is for you all and how happy you all make him.

When I had this idea a month or two ago, I thought it was simple and silly and maybe worth a one shot at most. It took a lot of hyping myself for me to finally share the idea in a group chat I'm in (I'd never done that before, I don't really talk about my writing at all) and they were all so lovely about it, hyping it up and adding in ideas. That's what sparked the little idea into a flame. So, I'd like to thank every single one on discord who not only listened to but supported and encouraged my idea.

After that, it was the matter of motivation to continue. There's times where I find I simply can't write. The ideas are all there but I can't bring myself to write them out. Every single time I posted a chapter, it was the comments I looked forward to the most. Seeing the way people react to the things that I wrote. Seeing that I made you laugh or cry or have to put your phone down to deal with the embarrassment. Seeing that you wanted to stay up until ungodly hours of the morning just because that's when I'd post in your time zone. Or because you had a few more chapters and you just couldn't stop. Even the random little keyboard smashes made me smile to myself to the point where my mum asked whether I had a new crush (sorry mum). So, I'd like to thank every single comment and every single one of you who wrote them.

And it's the votes too. Those silent supporters, letting me know that they enjoyed it, that I did well enough to warrant a vote. That I should continue, despite the amount of times I thought that my writing wasn't good enough. So, I'd like to thank every single vote and voter.

This storyline has given me a place to do something I love, based around creators I love and I'm so glad for the opportunity. I hope I can bring even a fraction of happiness you have all brought into my life into your lives as well. You've given me a place I feel I can belong, a place I feel welcome and unafraid.
