Kihyun's pov

   "Mate? What do you mean?" I asked carefully. Hyunwoo sat up and wrapped his arms around me. I smiled happily but pushed him away.

    "No, don't touch me! I want to know what the hell you mean." I exclaimed angrily. Hyunwoo smiled calmly and kissed my lips. My eyes fluttered shut as I grasped handfuls of his black shirt. I felt calm, serene. I really enjoyed the short kiss.

"Did you feel how calm you got? How quickly your heart beat in your chest? That's proving us to be mates. I know it's a really early time to be feeling like this, but I really like you." Hyunwoo confessed shyly. I sat shocked for a minute.

"After six days you like me? Six days?" I asked for confirmation. Hyunwoo nodded his head sadly. I lifted his chin with my fingers.

"It's our mate bond. But usually it's only between two werewolves, not one and a human. Kihyun, are you a werewolf too?" Hyunwoo asked. I shook my head no.

"I mean, I don't think so? I've never changed into a wolf or anything. No ears and tail- nothing. I'm just, me." I shrugged. Hyunwoo tilted his head to the side cutely.

"That's unusual. I smell wolf on you, and it isn't me." Hyunwoo comments. I smiled jokingly.

"Maybe I am a werewolf but my parents never told me." I giggled imagining that I would be a werewolf too. Hyunwoo pressed his nose to my neck and inhaled deeply.

"The scent is coming from you, Kiki. I think you should ask your parents." Hyunwoo said. I nodded my head and smiled at him sweetly.

"Hold on, isn't there like Alpha, Beta, and Omega? If there is, what are you?" I asked, unsure of if the rankings were real. Hyunwoo smiled and kissed my forehead.

"I'm an alpha. Well, not just an Alpha, I'm a pureblood Alpha, meaning both of my parents are alphas." Hyunwoo states. He took another inhale of my neck.

"If my nose is correct, you're an omega. You smell sweet, like strawberries and sugar." I blushed and pushed him away from my neck.

"Stop smelling me." I whined and rubbed my neck. Hyunwoo smiled and kissed my cheek.

"But you smell nice." Hyunwoo whined too. I blushed darker and handed him a pillow.

"Here! It should smell like me!" I exclaimed. Hyunwoo nodded and handed me back the pillow.

"Why would I want the pillow when I have you?" He flirts. I smirked and wrapped my arms around his shoulders.

"So you aren't sniffing me like an animal." I mumbled. Hyunwoo wrapped an arm around my waist and laid us down gently.

"But I am an animal- an animal whose heart belongs to you." Hyunwoo kissed my lips again. I smiled and scooted my body even closer to Hyunwoo.

I smiled into the sweet kiss happily. Hyunwoo held onto my hip and caressed it gently with his thumb.

"Will you come with me to ask my parents?" I asked Hyunwoo once we pulled away for air. He smiled and nodded.

"Anything for you."
