Ashley's POV*

As I said that tonight was feeling normal, it did. Not like the past couple of weeks 'normal' but 'normal' as before I joined the BAU. Everything was fine until after the meet & greet.

As it was nearing towards the end, guards were standing by the restrooms again.

"Spencer, Morgan. Look." I nudged them as I pointed secretly.

"Oh." Spencer gasped quietly.

"Hey, baby. I'll be right back." I whispered to Joey as I kissed his cheek.

"Okay. Be careful, I love you." He whispers back.

"I will. I love you too." I said quietly. Morgan, Spencer and I walked over.

Morgan pulled out his badge, "FBI. SSA Morgan, Ashley and Dr. Spencer Reid."

"FBI?" A guard asks.

"Yes sir." I answered.

"What happened?" Spencer questioned.

"A girl, was just found murdered. She died just a few minutes ago." He answers.

"May we take a look?" I ask.

"Sure, go ahead." He nods. We walked in and saw a young girl laying on the floor.  She didn't look like she was strangled, she only had a bloody shirt. The only thing that didn't fit was the restroom wasn't clean like the last two. A guard sat on the floor next to her.

I walked over and crouched down, placing my hand on his shoulder, "Excuse me. Can you tell me what happened?"

"S-She died. In front of me, i-in my a-arms." He stuttered.

"It's okay, it's not your fault." I say smoothly.

"I-I couldn't stop the bleeding." He sighed.

"The bleeding?" I questioned.

"Yeah. She had something carved into her stomach." He whispered.

"Hey, shh." I said quietly, trying to calm him down. "Morgan, when are the techs getting here. I need a pair of gloves."

"Soon. Why?" He asks.

"The victim, she had something carved into her abdomen." I answer with a sigh.

"They should be here any minute." Morgan sighs also.

"The crimescene, is different." Spencer comments.

"Yeah. There was definitely a struggle." I reply. "The girl was alive. She died just a couple of minutes ago."

"How do you know?" Spencer asks.

"She died in my arms." The guard on the floor answers.

"I'm sorry." Spencer apologizes.

The guard just sighs in response. I got into my wallet and grabbed my card, handing it to the guard. "Look, it's gonna be hard. Just call me if you need anything."

"Thanks." He whispers, taking the card and getting up. The techs walked in and Morgan handed me some gloves.

I put those on and lifted up the girl's shirt so I could examine her stomach. The wound was definitely jagged. Blood was splattered everywhere. I sighed, "Look around for a dull knife or piece of glass."

"Yes ma'am." The techs replied. They all got to work.

I took a closer look at the wound. It took me a minute. It took everything in me not to freak out. "Someone needs to check on the guys."

"What's wrong?" Morgan asks, crouching down next to me.

"The UnSub carved AL into the victim, then Ash." I sighed.

"I'll go. Reid, stay here with Ash. Do not leave without her." Morgan demands.

"Got it." Spencer replied.

On the outside, I tried to make it look like it didn't bother me much, but on the inside. That was a different story. I heard Morgan's heavy foot steps run down the hallways to the guys' dressing room.

I stood up, taking off the gloves. "Hey, Spence. I'm gonna call Hotch."

"Okay. Stay in here, why don't you. We need you Ash." He pleads.

"Fine. I'll stay." I sigh. I called Hotch, listening the other line ring.

"Hello?" Hotch answered.

"Hey, we have another here in Rochchester. The UnSub is evolving." I sigh.

"What happened?" Hotch questions.

"She bled to death. The UnSub carved words into her abdomen." I explain.

"Do you know what it says?" He asks.

"AL and Ash." I answer.

"AL?" He asks.

"It's the acronym for Anthem Lights." I explain.

"I see. JJ or I will be up there tomorrow." Hotch sighs.

"Alright sir. We're heading to Salem, Ohio." I inform.

"Okay. We'll be in Rochchester tomorrow morning. Get the information and we'll most likely meet in Salem. I'll let Prentiss and Rossi know." He sighs.

"Thank You sir." I smile.

"Just be safe. Keep your family safe." He says, I could sense a small smile on his face.

"We will. We're a team." I say quietly.

He gave a small laugh before hanging up. Hotch has really trusted me with this; especially being the newest member.

"Can we get this to Ms. Penelope Garcia in the BAU?" I ask.

"Yes ma'am." A tech replied.

"Thank you." I sigh.

"You ready Ash?" Spencer asks.

"Yeah. Let's go." I answer. He nods and we left, heading back to the dressing room. I was freaking out, but I knew Morgan. He's the type to protect anyone.

"Ash, you have to calm down." Spencer says quietly, placing a hand on my shoulder.

I sighed, "But, I can't. It started happening when I joined. I putting my family and friends in danger. I could care less about myself, it's you guys that I'm worried about."

"Don't worry us, Ash. Just be strong for you and your family." Spencer smiles slightly.

I pulled him into a hug, "Thanks Spencer. It means a lot to have all of you supporting me."

"We're a family. It's what family does." He whispers. He pulled away and we walked in. The guys just stared at us, their faces have a worried expression.

"What's going on?" Alan asks.

"Did you not tell them?" I ask Morgan.

"No. I thought it would be better if you told them." Morgan explains.

"We believe that someone is targeting me directly to get to you guys." I explain.

"What? Why do you think that?" Chad asks.

"AL and Ash was carved into the victims stomach." I sigh.

"What?" Caleb and Joey ask together.

"Yeah. Hotch is gonna be here tomorrow to get information then the whole team is meeting up in Salem." I explain once again.

"Is it safe for the girls to come?" Alan asks.

I look over at Morgan, and he nods. I trust his judgment, he was once section chief.

I sigh, "Yes. But we have to stay in the hotel. I can see if the team can pick them up at the airport. Have you guys called them?"

"No. I was gonna FaceTime with my girls, from what Brycie has been saying, the three girls miss you." Alan smiles slightly.

"Alright, go ahead and do it. I wouldn't mind seeing them." I grin, "I miss my nieces."

"Alright. Then I'm gonna go ahead and call Fallon." Chad sighs, getting up off the couch.

"I'm going to call Kels." Caleb nods, following Chad. Joey got up and hugged me.

"I'm so glad that you're okay." He whispers.

"Yeah. I'm okay, a little scared, but okay." I laugh.

"I love you Ashley. I love you so much." He whispers.

"I love you too Joseph." I happily sigh, resting my forehead against his.

"Yo! Lovebirds, your nieces wanna see you." Alan laughs.

I quickly kiss Joey and turn around to see my nieces. "I'm coming princesses." I call.

"Aunt Ash!" AJ squeals as I come to the screen.

"Hey, princess." I smile.

"Are we gonna see you with daddy tomorrow?" Presley asks.

I laugh, "Yes princess. I'll see you tomorrow."

"Hey, Ash." Brycie smiled.

"Hey Brycie." I smile back.

"How's everything up there?" She asks.

I sigh, "I guess it's okay. Doing my best to keep everyone safe."

"You also need to be safe. Be careful Ash." Brycie sighs.

"I'm trying. God's keeping us safe." I smile.

"God does good. Alright girls, let's go pack our bags." She smiles at the girls. "We'll see you guys tomorrow. Bye, I love you Alan."

"I love you too babe." He smiles at her. I turn around, letting them have their moment. I sat down on the couch with Joey, as he slipped his arm under my waist.

Woohoo! Two chapters in one night. Haven't done that in awhile. I've been feeling quite motivated today. This was just mainly a filler, but it's something. So I'm sorry if its boring.

I'm really excited to bring the wives in for a few chapters. I have few plans for the next couple of chapters. Mainly involving just the girls.

Plus a little sidenote. Who's excited to see God's Not Dead 2. I'll have the trailer up above, but I'm really excited. Not to mention that it has Spencer Kane and Melissa Joan Hart and Sadie Robertson. I'm sooo excited. It comes out April First!
